    The Internationalization Of Indian SMEs In B-to-B Markets

    Purpose – The study aims to examine the effect of market orientation on the international performance of Indian SMEs in the business-to-business market; assess the potential moderating effect of environmental uncertainty, along with market orientation, on SMEs’ performance; and discuss implications to guide SME owners/managers in their efforts to successfully expand internationally in turbulent markets. Design/methodology/approach – Surveys were sent to a random cross-sectional industry sample of SMEs located in India. The data consisted of 150 responses. Findings – Market orientation and international orientation are positively related to export performance and the relationship between the market orientation and international performance of Indian SMEs is moderated by market turbulence. Research limitations/implications – The data were collected at a single point in time, and therefore do not allow the determination of cause and effect or the impact of changes over time. Data were collected with a reliance on self-reports for all of the research variables. Practical implications – The positive relationship between market orientation, international orientation, and the degree of internationalization of the firm would suggest that the upper management of Indian SMEs should place a priority on promoting behaviors consistent with a positive international orientation, especially in turbulent markets. Originality/value – Studies focused on market orientation have been done primarily in the context of advanced economies. The significant economic contribution of SMEs is well understood, but their business practices in emerging economies have not been studied extensively.     伴慢性蝶窦炎的垂体瘤经蝶窦显微手术初步探讨

    【目的】探讨伴有慢性蝶窦炎的垂体瘤经蝶窦显微手术方法, 如何预防继发颅内感染。【方法】对15 例伴有慢 性蝶窦炎的垂体瘤患者施行经蝶窦手术, 术中完整地剥除蝶窦粘膜, 打开鞍底前及切瘤后, 用双氧水、酒精及庆大霉素浸泡蝶 窦腔及瘤腔各2 次, 每次1 min , X 线或导航定位下显微放大8 ~ 15 倍切瘤, 切瘤后用链霉素粉肌肉浆封闭鞍底, 术后加强抗炎 3 ~ 5 d 。【结果】本组肿瘤全切除12 例, 次全切除3 例, 无死亡及其他并发症。【结论】慢性蝶窦炎不应再成为经蝶入路的禁 忌症

    异体骨结合骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗骨缺损的动物实验

    【目的】研究使用异体骨混合骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗骨缺损的可行性及动物实验初步结果。【方法】将15只新西兰白兔双侧桡骨造成1 cm骨缺损模型,随机选择同一只动物的一侧为实验侧,自体配对的另一侧为对照侧。将表面脱钙的同种异体骨和来源于受体的体外培养增殖的骨髓间质干细胞混合植入实验侧骨缺损,对照侧仅植入同样制作的异体骨。12周后,进行X线检查、生物力学检查和组织学检查,将结果进行对比。【结果】动物在术后12周,实验侧X线片光密度测量结果,破坏载荷时扭矩和扭角测量结果均优于对照侧;组织学评分中,实验侧骨痂量评分优于对照侧,骨连接成熟程度和骨髓发育程度两者没有明显差异。【结论】骨髓间质干细胞可以促进异体骨在移植后的成骨作用,在增多成骨量的同时不影响骨组织发育

    壳聚糖衍生物处理碳纳米管改性聚丙烯腈基碳纤维

    自制了邻苯二甲酰化壳聚糖、萘甲酰化壳聚糖、羧甲基化壳聚糖等3种壳聚糖衍生物对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行表面处理,发现邻苯二甲酰化壳聚糖(PhthCS)能有效提高MWNTs在极性6~10范围溶剂中的分散性及稳定性,并考察了PhthCS的分子量及浓度对MWNTs的分散性及稳定性的影响;通过微观形貌和元素分析,发现MWNTs部分表面包覆了一层厚度约为5~10 nm的包覆膜.经凝胶纺丝工艺制备了PhthCS-MWNTs/聚丙烯腈复合原丝,经预氧化、炭化制备了复合碳纤维,SEM结果表明PhthCS-MWNTs在复合原丝和复合碳纤维中分散均匀,良好取向;PhthCS-MWNTs对复合原丝和复合碳纤维的力学性能具有明显的改善作用,当PhthCS-MWNTs含量为0.5%时,复合碳纤维的拉伸强度提高了19.8%;增加PhthCS-MWNTs用量对复合碳纤维的拉伸模量具有显著提高,当PhthCS-MWNTs含量为3%时,复合碳纤维的杨氏模量从6.24 GPa提高到了13.86 GPa,增大了122%

    分子对接预测H5亚型禽流感病毒的广谱中和表位

    H5N1禽流感病毒已经在亚洲、欧洲和非洲广泛传播,造成了巨大损失.最近我们鉴定出一株对多种来源的H5N1代表株均有良好中和活性的、识别H5亚型血凝素(hemagglutinin,HA)的广谱单克隆抗体8H5,它对寻找克服禽流感高变性的广谱治疗性抗体、疫苗和药物具有重要价值.本研究应用分子模拟技术,采用"典范结构"方法对8H5抗体Fab片段进行结构模建,并通过能量分析、SAS值分析、"拉曼强传图"检验、profile-3D分析等理论验证,获得较为合理的8H5Fab的三维空间结构.8H5Fab与3种HA蛋白晶体结构的分子对接结果表明,8H5抗体与HA蛋白的作用模式与HA宿主来源无关,但与HA结构的亚型相似性相关.综合抗原同源比对结果,推测8H5抗体识别的广谱中和表位是由HA上的Asp68,Asn72,Glu112,Lys113,Ile114,Pro118,Ser120,Tyr137,Tyr252不连续氨基酸残基组成的构象表位.这一模型将为H5亚型禽流感病毒广谱疫苗和治疗性药物的分子设计提供依据

    毕赤酵母分泌表达嵌合HEV表位的HBcAg颗粒

    在毕赤酵母分泌表达嵌合有HEV受体相关表位12A10的HBcAg蛋白,经甲醇诱导后的培养液上清通过切向流浓缩、更换缓冲液后,进行疏水层析纯化.CsCl等密度梯度离心测得分泌的重组颗粒的密度为1.32 g/mL.透射电镜观察显示,纯化的重组颗粒为均一的直径30 nm左右的空心颗粒.小鼠免疫实验表明,纯化颗粒免疫8周后鼠血清中的特异性12A10抗体滴度可达到1.6×105,并且重组颗粒较好地呈递了HEV受体相关的非免疫优势表位.本文的结果为毕赤酵母胞外分泌表达其它大尺度的重组蛋白颗粒提供了参考,为研究携带表位多肽的疫苗载体提供了范例

    Genomic organization and tissue-specific expression analysis of hepcidin-like genes from black porgy (Acanthopagrus schlegelii B.)

    【英文摘要】Hepcidin is an antimicrobial peptide and putative iron regulatory hormone previously described in mice and humans. Dozens of fish hepcidins have been isolated and characterized so far. Here we present seven hepcidin-like cDNA sequences named AS-hepc1–7, amplified from the normal commercially cultured fish (black porgy) by RACE–PCR. Sequence analysis reveals that these seven potential hepcidin peptides have highly conserved sequences with other known hepcidins, but they are different from each other in constitution and characteristics of predicted mature amino acids. Based on the study, it is deduced that AS-hepc1–7 represent different variants of a family of hepcidin genes in black porgy. To understand the organization of these hepcidin-like genes, we sequenced AS-hepc2 DNA, AS-hepc3 DNA, AS-hepc4 DNA, AS-hepc7 DNA and AS-hepc2 upstream region; and all of the four genomic DNAs consisted of two introns and three exons, the same organization as other reported hepcidins. The tissue-specific gene expression of hepcidins in normal black porgy was evaluated using RT–PCR and dot blot approaches. RT–PCR showed that transcripts of hepcidin-like mRNAs were present in each tested tissue of normal juvenile black porgy, including liver, spleen, kidney, heart, brain, stomach, intestine, gill, skin and blood, but abundant hepcidin-like mRNA transcripts were only detected in the liver, kidney, spleen, intestine and stomach by dot blot assay. In addition, using dot blot and Northern blot approach, a significant increase of hepcidin mRNA transcription was observed in the liver within 48 h after immersion in a suspension of live bacteria, which suggested that the expression pattern of hepcidin-like genes in black porgy might be different in the liver from the other tissues as previously reported in several hepcidin studies
