Parasitic Action of Marine Bdellovibrios on Prawn pathogenic Bacteria and Other Bacteria
用宿主双层琼脂平板法,测定海洋噬菌蛭弧菌对25株对虾病原菌和大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、绿脓杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的寄生作用,结果表明噬菌蛭弧菌菌株不同寄生的范围不同,但所有供试寄主细菌都能被某些蛭弧菌寄生,形成清晰的噬斑.用相差显微镜和电镜观察蛭弧菌的形态及噬菌过程Parasitic action of marine bdellovibrios on 25 strains of prawn pathogenic bacteria E.coli, B subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,and Staphylococcus aureus were determined by selection technique of double agar plates containing host.The results showed that the bdellovibrio strains tested had diFFerent host range ,and that all the bacterial strains tested For host capability were capable of being host cells For some bdellovibrio strains ,Forming obvious plaques in the double agar plates .Morphology and phage process of bdellovibrios were investigated by phase contract microscopy and electron microscopy.福建省自然科学基
海洋噬菌蛭弧菌的分布
以对虾病原菌鳗弧菌(VIbrIOAnguIllAnruM)89027为宿主,从近岸海水和对虾养殖池海水分离噬菌蛭弧菌(bdEllOVIbrIObACTErIOVOruS),研究其数量分布。结果表明:海水6—10月份检出数量最高,平均在17~30Pfu/Ml,对虾养殖池海水8月份平均在45Pfu/Ml,两者最高分别达175Pfu/Ml和80Pfu/Ml,最低月份在3—4月,海水3月平均7.2Pfu/Ml,虾池水4月份平均2.5Pfu/Ml。两种水样阳性检出率分别达5%和80%。培养8天后噬斑直径4—50MM,并随培养时间的延长而扩展。福建省基
Indication and Purification of Marine Water by Bdellovibrio
[中文文摘]厦门近岸海水海洋噬菌蛭弧菌的数量与海水中弧菌类的数量成正相关.灭菌海水中只加蛭弧菌,其数量出现负增长.若同时加入蛭弧菌和宿主菌鳗弧菌8927菌株,则蛭弧菌数增加、增加速率随宿主菌浓度增加而增加,并导致宿主菌数减少,此时宿主菌随培养时间延长而减少,但减少速度缓慢,15d仅减少26%.[英文文摘]There was a positive correlation between the quantity of marine Bdellovibrio and that of Vibrio in the sea water. The number of Bdellovibrio was decreased when it was lonely added into the steile water, whereas the number of Bdellovibrio was increased when it was added into the steile water with V.anguillarum 8927,which was a host for Bdellovibrio.The rate of growth of Bdellovibrio was proportionably increased with the concentration of V.anguillarum 8927. PRIMARY STUDY ON PATHOGENESIS of VIRUSES ISOLATED FROM CULTIVATED PENAEID SHRIMPS
用从日本对虾分离的杆伏病毒扣长毛对虾分离的球伏病毒分别感染健康无病毒的日本对虾,对虾死亡率分别为65%(杆状病毒组)和50%(球状病毒组),而对照组的死亡率仅为25%,在诸环境因素中,温度的上升和低压可能是对虾病毒病发作的最重要诱因之一。The healthy, virus-Free shrimps of Penaeus iaponicus were inFected with the baculovirus isolated From P.japonicus and the spheroid-virus isolated From P.penicillatus respectively.The mortality of the inFected shrimps was 65% For the baculovirus group and 50% For the spheroid-virus group and only 25%For the control group.Among the Factors investigated in the cultivated environment,the liFt of temperature and the low atmospheric pressure were suggested to be the most important Factors that could cause the viral disease of cultivated penaeid shrimps.厦门市重大科技项
