Investigation of the origin and evolution of groundwater in Yang-Dai River Plain by chlorine,oxygen 18 and deuterium
通过分析地表水和地下水中氯离子浓度和δd、δ18O值的空间分布特征,揭示了秦皇岛洋戴河平原地下水的形成演化规律.结果发现,洋戴河平原地表河水来源于中上游水库水和大气降水的混合,且河水沿程受到δd、δ18O值、氯离子浓度更低的支流或灌渠水补给,从而使δd、δ18O值、氯离子浓度呈现沿程逐渐降低的现象.山前丘陵区地下水主要接受大气降水的直接补给,洪积扇及山麓地带地下水受到了一定的蒸发作用影响,除了接受丘陵区地下水的侧向补给外,洋河附近地下水还受到洋河水库水的混合.研究区西部咸水带的地下水由上游地下水和大泥河地热咸水混合而成,地热咸水的混合比率约为13%,而东部咸水带的地下水由上游地下水、本地污水和地热咸水混合而成,地热咸水的混合比率不超过9%.在海水入侵区,地下水主要由本区地下淡水和海水(海水混合比率不超过10%)混合而成,并且受到了不同程度的地表水或农田灌溉水的补给,其中,浦河一带是地表水或灌溉水补给较为明显的地段.The aim of this paper is to reveal the origin and evolution of surface water and groundwater by analyzing the spatial distribution of chloride ion concentration and δD and δ18O values in surface water and groundwater in Yang-Dai River Plain.The Yang-Dai River originates from the mixing of water of reservoir and meteoric water,and river water is also from the recharge in the tributary and irrigation ditch which have much lower chloride ion concentration and δD and δ18O values.Therefore,chloride ion concentration and δD and δ18O values in river water decreases gradually from upstream to downstream.The groundwater in hilly area is primarily recharged by meteoric water,and the groundwater in pluvial fan and piedmont experiences evaporation partly.The groundwater in pluvial fan and piedmont is recharged not only laterally by upstream groundwater from mountainous and hilly area,but also by Yang River reservoir water.In the study area,the groundwater in the west part of salty water region is mixed between upstream groundwater and salty geothermal water originated from Danihe area,with a mixing radio of 13% salty geothermal water.In comparison,the groundwater in the east part of salty water region is mixed by upstream groundwater,sewage water and salty geothermal water,with a mixing radio of up to 9% salty geothermal water.In the seawater intrusion region,the groundwater was mainly constituted of local fresh groundwater and intrusive seawater with a mixing ratio of up to 10% seawater,and is also partly recharged by surface water and agricultural irrigation water which have higher contribution to the groundwater recharge in Pu River area.国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目(No.2010CB428805); 环保公益性行业科研专项经费项目(No.201309006)~
血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂RGDS对血小板释放反应的影响
【目的】观察血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)拮抗剂——四肽Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser(RGDS)对血小板聚集和CD62p表达的作用,探讨RGDS对血小板聚集和释放反应的影响。【方法】检测二磷酸腺苷(ADP;终浓度5μmol/L,下同)诱导血小板聚集的最大聚集率(rPA,max)、静息血小板和ADP诱导的血小板CD62p表达,检测不同浓度RGDS对ADP诱导的rPA,max的抑制率和血小板CD62p表达的抑制率,进行回归分析。【结果】5种浓度(50、100、200、400、800μmol/L)的RGDS对rPA,max均有显著抑制作用。正常人静息血小板CD62p表达率为(3.5±0.6)%;ADP激动的血小板CD62p表达率为(65.6±13.8)%,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01);50、100μmol/L的RGDS对血小板CD62p表达无抑制作用;当RGDS浓度≥200μmol/L时(200、400、800μmol/L),其可抑制血小板CD62p的表达;RGDS对rPA,max的抑制作用和其对血小板CD62p表达的抑制作用相关。【结论】RGDS浓度〈200μmol/L时,对ADP诱导的血小板释放反应无影响;RGDS浓度≥200μmol/L时,可抑制ADP诱导的血小板释放反应;与RGDS显著的抗聚集效应相比,其对血小板释放反应的影响比较小:RGDS抑制血小板释放反应的作用与其抗血小板聚集有关

本研究通过文本标注、语音感知实验和对发音人的声学参数的辅助分析三个方面,对汉语中三种引导焦点的句法形式在多重强式焦点共现句中的强弱差异进行考察和实验检验。实验结果支持了刘探宙把"唯量词"作为一种新的引导焦点句法形式从传统的"焦点敏感算子"范围内独立出来的观点。唯量词引导焦点的强度要高于焦点敏感算子引导的焦点强度,而低于焦点标记词及句式引导焦点的强度。</p

CFB含有金属丝的物料流化及循环特性冷态试验研究
在主床截面为600mm×400mm、高6000mm的大型循环流化床(CFB)冷态试验台上进行了含有金属丝的物料流化及循环特性试验。将不同长度不同直径的钢丝和铜丝加入炉膛,观察且对取样进行分拣,分析金属丝在CFB中的流化和循环特性。试验结果表明,加入长度20mm和50mm的金属丝会造成循环回路的堵塞,而加入长度5mm和10mm金属丝能够正常流化且循环回路正常运行,粗金属丝极易沉积在返料器中
Analysis of Relationship Among RMSE of Elevation,Grid Size
利用全数字摄影测量得到的高精度点数据,获取不同密度的点数据,建立基于ANUDEM和TIN方法的两种DEM,比较两种DEM的高程中误差,分析数据密度、栅格尺寸与高程中误差的关系。研究结果表明,建立1∶100 00比例尺,具有高程中误差2m左右、栅格尺寸5m以下的ANUDEM,需要的点密度水平为大于7 000个/km2,而TINDEM则为8 500个/km2。同时,当栅格尺寸小于20m、数据密度介于7 000~9 400个/km2时,无论是ANUDEM还是TINDEM,高程中误差都处于一个较稳定的状态。The resolution of digital elevation models is a basic parameter to generate DEM.However,those studies about how to decide the resolution of DEM didn’t take the pointsnumber into account.We analyze RMSE of Elevation of ANUDEM and TIN-DEM,whichare generated by the data extracted from aero photos by digital photogrammetric method.The results show that the point density for building ANUDEM with 2mRMSE of elevationand 5mgrid size should be more than 7 000points/km2,while for TINDEM,it should bemore than 8 500points/km2 at 1∶100 00scale level.Moreover,RMSE of elevation keepsstable when the grid size is finer than 20mand the point density is in the range between7 400and 9 400points/km2
STUDIES ON STORAGE OF COMPOUND CONTAINING PHOSPHORUS FROMELECTROCHEMICAL REACTOR OF SELENO-FERRITIN
由透析袋、硒 -铁蛋白、恒流泵、电导仪、磁力搅拌器及电化学系统等构成硒 -铁蛋白电化学反应器。该反应器可储存流动水体中微量含磷化合物于铁蛋白的蛋白壳内,其储存量高低与流动水体中的含磷化合物含量成正比关系。经硒改造后的硒 -铁蛋白能提高有机磷农药的储存量,其储存能力与铁蛋白种类无关,可能与铁蛋白自身构象有关。An Electrochemical reactor of seleno-ferritin consisted of oscillating bag, seleno-ferritin, constant-flow pump, conductivity apparatus, magnetic stirrer, and electrochemical system was used to store the micro- compound containing phosphorus from the flowing water in the protein shell of the ferritin. A positive relation between the content of storing phosphorus from the reactor and its concentration in the flowing water was observed. The storing content of organic phosphate in pesticides increased greatly after the protein was modified by selenous acid.
