Models of online advertising operation and strategy based on LBS applications

The Role of Quality Control Circle in Shortening the Waiting Time of the First Infusion to the Clinical Department
目的探索品管圈在缩短静配中心首批输液送到临床科室等候时间中的作用,提高静配中心工作效率,提高临床科室和患者满意度,提高药学服务质量。方法成立品管圈小组,选定品管圈主题,依据品管圈基本方法开展品管圈活动。对静配中心首批输液送到临床科室等候时间长进行原因分析,找出影响因素,制定并实施对策,分析活动持续改进后的效果。结果开展品管圈活动后,有形成果中改进流程前后对比,平均每袋输液配置的时间缩短了0.2分钟。规范医嘱,利用信息技术输液批次系统上线前后对比,准时出科的科室数量比例提高了28.65%。优化物流,增加人员配送,平均每天的物流时间缩短了20.5分钟。无形成果中在患者满意度、输液及时准确性、临床投诉次数、药师责任心、团队合作能力等都有正向提高,显著缩短首批输液送到临床科室的等候时间。结论品管圈促进了输液质量的持续改进,提高了静配中心全体员工的合作能力,对静配中心的管理具有重大意义。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle in shortening the waiting time of the first infusion to the clinical department and improve the work efficiency of static allocation center, the satisfaction of clinical departments and patients as well as the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods A quality control circle group was set up, the subject of quality control circle was select and quality control circle activities according to the basic method of quality control circle was carried out. The reasons for the long waiting time of the first infusion to the clinical department were analyzed, the influencing factors were found, and the countermeasures were formulated and analyzed, and the effect of continuous improvement was analyzed. Results After carrying out the quality control circle activities, the improvement process of tangible results was compared with before and the average time of each bag infusion configuration was shortened by 0.2 minutes. With the standard physician order,after the use of information technology and infusion batch system, the proportion of punctual delivery to departments wasincreased by 28.65%. The hospital had optimized the logistics and increased the delivery personnel so that the average daily logistics time had been shortened by 20.5 minutes.In the intangible achievement,the degree of patient satisfaction, timely and accurate transfusion, the number of clinical complaints, pharmacists' sense of responsibility and team cooperation ability were positively improved which significantly shortened the waiting time of the first infusion to the clinical department. Conclusion Quality control circle promotes the continuous improvement of infusion quality, improves the cooperationability of all personnel in static distribution center and is of great significance to the management of static distribution center
福建省安海湾、围头湾海域表层沉积物重金属含量分布特征及潜在生态风险评价
对2017年4月采集的安海湾、围头湾表层沉积物中7种重金属Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb含量进行测定,结果显示,这7种重金属的含量平均值依次为96. 99、13. 35、33. 53、39. 68、132. 87、0. 17、39. 10μg/g;除Co外,其它重金属含量平面分布总体呈现由西北向东南降低的趋势,在靠近陆域的东南部有少量回升,可能与陆源输入有关,Co的分布特征没有明显的规律性;调查站位中Cd和Pb含量均符合第一类海洋沉积物标准,Cr、Cu和Zn含量符合第一类海洋沉积物标准的站位分别占35%、71%、71%,其余站位符合第二、三类海洋沉积物标准.利用主成分分析法分析安海湾、围头湾中重金属的主要来源,结果显示,Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb主要来源于人为排污输入,Ni主要来源于岩石风化等地球化学过程和人为排污输入,Co主要来源于岩石风化等地球化学过程.采用潜在生态危害指数法评价安海湾、围头湾重金属污染程度和潜在生态危害,结果显示,研究区域内的综合潜在生态风险评价为强生态危害,应该采取相应措施控制污染源加强环境保护

提高水稻产量,改良稻米品质是育种学家广泛研究的课题.随着现代生物技术的发展,水稻已成为植物基因工程的重要研究对象.许多实验室已成功地建立了一系列供外源基因转化水稻的系统.但是这些转化系统主要应用TI质粒衍生的载体,通过T-dnA左右两端的序列将目的基...Many laboratories have set up several foreign gene transformation systems for rice.But these transformation systems were all used T DNA system of Ti plasmid, then the foreign gene integrated into plant genomes DNA by means of the insertion of both ends of T DNA.The integrated target of T DNA in plant genome DNA is random, while the thoroughly random integration would interfere with self stable system of plant genome, which could lead to pernicious mutation.In this study, according to the mechanism of homologous recombination, we had constructed a new donor plasmid for indica rice.It would cause the foreign gene intergated into chromsomal rDNA locus. According to the known sequence of ribosomal DNA, we cloned the 2.5kb fragment of it by PCR, and used the fragment as the integrated homologous sequence.After subcloning foreign DNA including nptII gene and metallothionein gene at the end of homologous fragment, the donor plasmid pURKMT which will integrate into the genomes DNA of indica rice was constructed.Then, donor plasmid pURKMT was introduced into calli of indica rice (Jiahe NO.7) by electroporation.Screened by kanamycin, the transformant calli which was integrated the foreign DNA were selected.Dot blotting data showed that the foreign DNA including nptII gene and MT gene has integrated into rice genome DNA
Study on Absorption of Cu~(2+) by Inorganic Colloid of Brown Desert Soil in Xinjiang
选用采自新疆阿克苏地区典型的棕漠土壤,用模拟吸附方法研究棕漠土无机胶体在不同阴阳离子作用下对Cu2+的吸附特征,得出:棕漠土无机胶体对铜的等温吸附曲线可以用Langmuir等温方程式拟合,解吸后,铜在胶体内的残余量与加入溶液的浓度呈很好的一次函数关系;随着加入支持电解质浓度的增加,胶体对铜的吸附量逐渐减少;不同电解质溶液对土壤无机胶体吸附铜的影响不一样,在Cl-存在下,对铜竞争吸附的影响K+>NH4+>Na+;当支持电解质阳离子浓度相同时,阴离子对胶体吸附铜的影响都为SO42->Cl-This paper chose typical brown desert soil from Aksu,Xinjiang,studied the absorption of Cu2+ by inorganic colloid,the results as follows: Isothermal adsorption curve of copper absorbed by brown desert soil can match with Langmuir equation well,after desorption the relationships between original Cu2+ concentration and remainder Cu2+content in colloid was a linear function.With the increasing of electrolyte strength,the absorption quantity of Cu2+ by colloid decreases gradually;Different compounded negative ion and positive ion have different influence on copper absorbed by colloid.When negative ion is Cl-only in solution,the order of the influence on copper absorption is K+>NH4+ >Na+.SO42-on copper absorption is higher than that of Cl-
