    The model research of hybrid-compression conformal predictor with confidence

    提出一种改进的混合压缩相符预测器.混合压缩相符预测器采用两阶段压缩过程:先将部分序列样本压缩成模型以知识的形式保存;再将知识传递给后续样本用于置信预测.混合压缩相符预测器不仅能提高计算效率,还提供巧妙的邻近性度量,从而极大地提高了第二阶段的预测效率.以田纳西-伊斯曼化工过程为例,验证了该方法的有效性和高效性.Conformal predictor is extended to hybrid-compression conformal predictor(HCCP) in order to improve the computational efficiency.HCCP executes compression in two stages: a.a compression expert is assigned to compress part of the sequence of data;b.it transmits the extracted information to the successive transductive prediction.As a result,HCCP yields competitive computational efficiency,as well as maintaining the predictive efficiency,due to the ingenious proximity between the examples produced in the second stage.A case study of Tennessee Eastman Process was provided to illustrate the advantage of the proposed method.国家高技术研究发展计划资助项目(2006AA01Z129

    Effects of Aqueous Extracts of Coptis Chinensis Franch and Prunus Mume on Intestinal Bacteria in Vitro

    通过滤纸片法初步测定了黄连和乌梅水提液的抗菌性能,用比浊法进一步考察了它们对5种肠道菌体外生长的影响。结果表明,0.001 g/mL黄连和乌梅水提液均能够有效抑制产气荚膜梭菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长,轻微促进干酪乳杆菌的生长,但对嗜酸乳杆菌的生长只有微弱的抑制作用。0.01 g/mL黄连水提液对大肠杆菌的生长影响不大。而0.001 g/mL乌梅水提液可促进大肠杆菌的生长,但当质量浓度升高至0.005 g/mL时,则对大肠杆菌的生长表现出抑制作用。因此,黄连、乌梅水提液可能是潜在的益生元,是功能性食品配料、绿色饲料添加剂的候选者。The effects of aqueous extracts from C.chinensis Franch root(Coptis root)-derived and P.mume fruit-derived materials on the growth of intestinal bacteria were examined firstly by using impregnated paper disk method,and further by using spectrophotometric method.Both Coptis root and P.mume extracts exhibited potent inhibition against Clostridium perfringens and Staphylococcus aureus at mass concentration as low as 0.001 g/mL,whereas only weak inhibitory activity was detected against Lactobacillus acidophilus.Moreover,growth of Lactobacillus casei was slightly promoted by both extracts at the same mass concentration.No inhibition against Escherichia coli was observed from treatment with Coptis root extracts even at 0.01 g/mL.On the contrary,P.mume extracts showed slight stimulation effects on the growth of E.coli at 0.001 g/mL,but exhibited significant growth inhibition at 0.005 g/mL.These results indicated that Coptis extracts and P.mume extracts may be potential prebiotics,and could be alternatives for functional food additives and green feed additives

    以闽南近海条纹斑竹鲨为研究对象,研究肝体指数和肝脏含油率的周年变化及其与年龄的关系,结果表明条纹斑竹鲨的肝体指数(LSI)的变化主要是由肝脏含油率的波动引起的,而肝脏含油率的变化与生殖活动有关;1龄鱼个体LSI和肝脏含油率变化不大,而2龄鱼以后的个体之间差异显着,我们推断,有些2龄鱼的肝脏开始储存大量脂肪为初次性成熟储存能量,条纹斑竹鲨的初次性成熟年龄应为3龄.而且成熟个体的肝体指数与肝脏含油率都存在明显的季节变化,3月至6月存在一个高峰;而未成熟个体的季节变化不明显.推测条纹斑竹鲨的生殖季节在3月至6月之间.In this paper,Liver-somatic index(LSI) and the percentage of total liver oil in white-spotted bamboo shark(C.plagiosum)in south Fujian were analysed to find the relation.Variation in LSI and the percentage of total lipid of livers with season and age were studied.LSI changes with the percentage of total lipid of livers,which might be related to reproductive activities of the animals.The age of first sexual maturing was a very important turning point in the life history of animal.Significant difference among LSI,the content of liver oil and age was found.In specimens of 1 year old,LSI and the content of liver oil were stable,but in 2 years old,there were significant differences both LSI and the content of liver oil.So,the percentage of total oil in liver of some 2 year old fishes increased rapidly to deposit energy for procreation,and the age of first sexual maturing was age 3.Significant seasonal variation in LSI and the percentage of total liver oil also was found in both mature males and females.There was a peak from March to June.But no significant difference in the LSI and the content of liver oil of immature specimens.These results suggested that LSI and the percentage of total oil of C.plagiosum liver were influenced by season.The reproductive season of white-spotted bamboo shark(C.plagiosum)was from March to June.福建省海洋与渔业局科技项目《福建省海洋生物多样性研究》(2004~2006
