Study and Application of New Approaches on Synchronous Fluorescence Spectrometry
同步荧光分析法具有谱图简化、选择性提高、光散射干扰减少等特点,尤其适合多组分混合物的分析。该法近几年得到迅速发展和广泛的应用,出现了许多的新技术,如导数恒基体同步荧光法、斯波斯基(Shpol’skii)低温同步荧光法、非线性可变角同步荧光法等等。本论文致力于研究导数恒基体同步荧光法、常温导数非线性可变角同步荧光法和低温导数非线性可变角同步荧光法,并应用于几个研究体系。论文分为四章:第一章是文献综述,重点阐述了同步荧光新方法的进展、非线性可变角同步荧光法、恒基体同步荧光法的理论基础和分析应用、低温技术与同步荧光法的联用以及生物标志物――卟啉的应用价值和分析方法,最后提出了本论文的研究设想。该章分...Synchronous fluorescence spectrometry has advantages of simplifying spectra, increasing selectivity, decreasing scattering interference, which is useful for the analysis of multi-component mixture. Further Understanding on the Measurement Methods for Solid-State Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy——Discussion on Concentration Effects
对近期发展的固体圆二色(Cd)光谱测试方法进行了概述、评价和比较,着重探讨了“浓度效应“的存在使固体Cd光谱失真的原因.通过对本课题组和其他作者已报道的四种化合物的固体Cd谱再测试的反思,强调了依手性化合物的手性光谱学性质不同,根据浓度梯度实验选择其合适测试浓度的必要性.对固有手性的阻转异构化合物(S)-1,1-联二萘酚(S-bInOl)进行了成膜法固体Cd谱浓度梯度测试,发现所得固体薄膜Cd谱中也存在着“浓度效应“.In this paper, the recent developments in measurement methods of solid-state circular dichroism(CD) spectroscopy were summarized and discussed, especially the effects of concentration on solid-state CD spectral distortions.By reinspection and introspection of the solid-state CD spectra of four reported compounds, concentration gradient measurements were proved to be necessary for appropriate concentrations, which are greatly related to the chiroptical properties.The thin film solid- state CD measurements of the inherently chiral atropisomer(S)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol(S-BINOL) were carried out with concentration gradient measurements.Using this film- state technique for the first time, the results show some subtle correlations between the CD curves and the special concentrations.国家自然科学基金(21273175;21271150;21001026); 中国科学院福建物质结构研究所结构化学国家重点实验室基金(20110006;20130008)资助项目~
Constant-Energy Synchronous Fluorescence Spectrometry for Simultaneous Determination of Anthracene and 9,10-Dimethylanthracene
[中文文摘]建立了蒽和9,10二甲基蒽的同时恒能量同步荧光分析法。它们的恒能量同步荧光光谱和常规荧光光谱相比,分辨力明显提高。蒽和9,10二甲基蒽的线性范围分别为0~2μg·mL-1和0~5μg·mL-1,检出下限分别为22ng·mL-1和17ng·mL-1,相对标准偏差不大于2%。水样中蒽和9,10二甲基蒽的回收率为85%~103%。该方法简便快速,无需预分离。[英文文摘] A new method of constant2energy synchronous fluorimetry to determine anthracene and 9 ,102dimethylanthracene simulta2
neously is suggested. The spectral resolution of the constant2energy synchronous fluorescence spectra of these two compounds was much
higher than that of conventional spectra. The linear ranges for anthracene and 9 ,102dimethylanthracene were 022μg·mL - 1 and 025μg
·mL - 1 respectively. The detection limits of anthracene and 9 ,102dimethylanthracene were 212 ng·mL - 1 and 117 ng·mL - 1 respec2
tively , and the relative standard deviation was less than 2 %. When the new method was used for the determination of anthracene and
9 ,102dimethylanthracene in water samples , the recoveries were in the range of 85 % to 103 %. This method has proved to be simple

Research on Measurement of Information Industries with a Subsidiary Account in Fujian Province
第一次尝试性地将附属账户方法用于2002年福建省信息产业对经济影响的测度。在保持国民账户体系完整性的前提下对福建省信息产业的经济重要性进行计量,得出以下结论:信息产业在福建省整体经济中占有约三分之一的产出,信息服务业具有更高的增加值水平,信息工业的各行业之间投入产出水平差异不大,而信息服务业中的不同行业之间投入产出水平则存在较大差异。与以往运用投入产出方法测算信息产业的结果相比,本方法具有更高的准确性和可信度。This paper attemptly tries to apply the method of subsidiary account to the measurement of the impact of information industries on the regional economy in Fujian of 2002.Compared with the results measured by former input-output methods,this research reaches better results of economic importance of information industries with higher accuracy and credibility.福建省软科学重点项目(2003R030

Derivative Constant-energy Synchronous Fluorescence Spectroscopy for Rapid Analysis of Polynuclear Aromatic Hydrocarbon Mixtures
[中文文摘]通过选择合适的能量差 (Δν =130 0cm-1)并结合导数技术 ,对 2 ,3 苯并芴、3,4 ,8,9 二苯并芘、苯并[α]芘和 2 ,3 苯并蒽进行了导数恒能量同步荧光分析。结果表明 ,样品只需经 1次扫描 ,即可利用导数恒能量同步荧光光谱对上述多环芳烃 (PAHs)进行同时分析和定量测定 ;二阶导数恒能量同步荧光法测定结果表明 ,2 ,3 苯并芴、3,4 ,8,9 二苯并芘、苯并 [α]芘和 2 ,3 苯并蒽的检出限依次为 0 2 2× 10 -9、0 5 2× 10 -9、0 4 6×10 -9和 0 2 4× 10 -9g/mL。此方法应用于分析海水样、自来水样、大气飘尘样中多环芳烃 ,均取得了良好的效果 ,回收率分别为 87%~ 99 5 %、88%~ 10 1%和 84 %~ 10 5 %.[英文文摘] A derivative constant2energy synchronous fluorescence spect roscopy for rapid and simultaneous analysis of four polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) :2 ,32benzofluorene , benzo[α]pyrene , 3 ,4 ,8 ,9-dibenzopyrene and 2 ,32benzoanthracene has been developed. Only a single scan is needed for the simultaneous identification and quantitative determination of above2mentioned PAHs. The detection limit for 2 ,3-benzofluorene , benzo[α]pyrene , 3 ,4 ,8 ,92dibenzopyrene and 2 ,32benzoanthracene is 0122 ×10 - 9 , 0152 ×
10 - 9 , 0146 ×10 - 9 and 0124 ×10 - 9 g/ mL , respectively. By using this method , the four PAHs in real samples were determined directly and with good result s. Preliminary study on Leucine aminopeptidase activity in the upwelling region of the Southern Taiwan Straits
2006年夏季,在台湾海峡南部上升流区调查了亮氨酸氨肽酶活性(LAPA)的分布,跟踪分析了上升流过程中该酶活性的变动规律,探讨了环境因子对该海区LAPA的影响及水华过程中亮氨酸氨肽酶的应对机制。结果表明,台湾海峡南部近岸区的LAPA明显高于浅滩区和陆架边缘区,推测溶解有机氮(DON)是影响LAPA的主要因素。上升流过程中,LAPA呈现递增趋势(尤其是表层),在垂直方向上的分布总体表现为表层>10m>15m以深,随着水华的发展,LAPA逐渐升高,浮游植物水华后期产生的大量DON,可诱导亮氨酸氨肽酶表达至最大值。

石墨二炔及其电子转移增强特性
石墨二炔是由sp和sp2杂化的碳原子构成的新的碳同素异形体。由于石墨二炔具有独特的拓扑结构和电子结构、较高的电荷迁移率及优异的电子传输性能,使其与其他材料相互作用,可表现出独特的电子转移增强特性。本文基于石墨二炔的电子转移增强特性,概述了石墨二炔及其电子转移增强特性的最新研究进展,包括金属氧化物/石墨二炔、金属纳米颗粒/石墨二炔、聚合物/石墨二炔以及染料分子/石墨二炔等多种石墨二炔基材料。本文从理论和实验研究两个方面详细阐述了石墨二炔的电子转移增强特性、石墨二炔与不同材料的相互作用以及相关的应用。希望该综述能对石墨炔化学的发展起到一定的积极作用
