    【中文文摘】基于一类不可逆三热源热变换器的循环模型,提出以每单位成本的泵热率作为热经济学目标函数,优化热变换器的各种性能参数.分析内不可逆性、热漏和经济参数对热变换器性能的影响,利用数值解计算热经济学目标函数的最大值及所对应的各种性能参数. 【英文文摘】The heating load per unit cost is taken as the thermoeconomic objective function with the cycle model of a class of irreversible three-heat-source heat transformers as the basis. The objective function is used to optimize the performance of the cycle. The effect of internal irreversibility, heat leak and economic parameter on the performance of the cycle is analyzed. The maximum thermoeconomic function and the corresponding performance parameters are obtained by using numerical calculation.     本文对Clr气缸工作性能的实验研究,目的是为了满足数控机床气动随行夹具中气缸的旋转夹紧要求。利用PlC控制器、气阀、气缸、传感器等元器件搭建实验平台。对主要实验步骤进行详细分析,通过实验论证fESTO Clr直线摆动夹紧气缸完全满足气动随行夹具工作要求。In this paper,we introduced an experiment to study the performance of pneumatic cylinder.In order to meet the requirements of the line/rotation clamping cylinder in CNC machine tools pneumatic clamp accompanied system.Using PLC controller,valves,cylinders,sensors and other components to build an experimental platform,the main experimental steps have been analyzed in details.Through the different kinds of experimental data demonstrating the Festo CLR line/rotation clamping cylinder is fit for the requirement of practical work

    建立了一类化学泵循环模型 ,考虑质量传递不可逆性对循环性能的影响 ,导出循环的泵能率与性能系数间的优化关系 .在此基础上进一步讨论了循环的其它优化特性 .所得结论可为电化学、光化学、质量交换器及固态设备等的优化设计提供新的理论指导The cyclic model of a class of chemical pumps is established.The effect of the irreversibility of mass transfer on the cyclic performance is taken into account,and the relationship between the optimal coefficient of performance and the rate of energy pumping is derived.Moreover,other optimal performances of the cycle are discussed.The results obtained here can provide some new theoretical guidelines for the optimal design of a class of apparatus such as electrochemical,photochemical,and mass exchangers and solid state devices.国家自然科学基金资助项目!(5 9976 0 33

    本文建立太阳能热机系统的一般循环模型,探讨传热和内不可逆性因素对其循环性能的影响;在不同的热传递规律下优化系统的各主要性能参数,对系统的效率、集热器的工作温度和热机中高、低温热交换器的传热面积比作了较深入的分析,从而获得一些有意义的新结论。A general cycle model of a solar engine is set up. The influence of finite-rate heat transfer and internal irreversibility on the cyclic performance of the system is searched. The several main performance parameters of the system are optimized for some different heat-transfer laws.
