    Qtech-413 粘弹阻尼材料在盾构隧道中减振性能研究

    根据盾构隧道的结构特点,用Qtech-413 粘弹阻尼材料对盾构管片标准块进行约束阻尼处理,通过单点锤击振动实验,得到处理前后结构的时域波形、固有频率、复合损耗因子等振动特性。实验结果显示:经过约束阻尼处理后,盾构管片振动加速度幅值降低了26.7%,振动时长降低了50%;各阶固有频率均有所降低,且随着频率的增加,降幅逐渐增加;各阶复合损耗因子均有所升高,高频增幅比低频增幅更大;振动总级值降低了10 dB 左右。因此,Qtech-413 粘弹阻尼材料应用于盾构隧道能降低振动加速度幅值、振动时间、固有频率和振动总级值,增加复合损耗因子,对高阶固有频率和复合损耗因子影响较大,低阶影响较小

    Clinical effects of goshajinkigan for male infertility

    本剤は八味地黄丸にゴシツ, シャゼンシを加味した漢方薬である.その粉末5.0 g/日を男性不妊症患者中, 無力精子症3例, 乏精子症27例の計30症例に3ヵ月以上投与し, 検討した.1)精子運動率に対して53%の症例に有効性を認めた.2)精子数は33%に有効な増加を認め, ことに精子濃度10×106/ml以上の症例に有効であった.3)妊娠成立は30例中1症例のみであった.4)血清LH, FSH, 及び精液中prostaglandin E値には本剤投与前後において有意の変動は認められなかったNo study has been reported of the effects of Goshajinkigan on male infertility. Thirty infertile male patients were orally given Goshajinkigan at a daily dose of 5.0 g for three months or more. Sixteen of these patients showed significant improvement in sperm motility. Ten cases showed effective increase in sperm count. Only one patients became pregnant during the period of administration of this drug. Laboratory examination showed no significant change in serum LH, serum FSH or prostaglandin E in seminal fluid. These results suggest that administration of TSUMURA-Goshajinkigan is effective as therapy for male infertility, but how this drug may be involved in promoting fertility should be investigated in future
