    用地衣形芽孢杆菌 ( Bacillus licheniformis) R0 8菌体还原、制备高分散度负载型钯催化剂。透射电镜观察表明 ,R0 8菌体能够吸附还原 Pd2 +成 Pd0 颗粒。IR谱分析发现 ,细胞壁上的 - COO- 和 - HPO42 - 基团可能与菌体吸附 Pd2 +的过程有关。XPS测定结果表明 ,在载体 γ- Al2 O3上的 Pd2 +离子被 R0 8菌体还原成 Pd0。所形成的 Pd0 γ- Al2 O3催化剂经加热处理后 ,载体 γ- Al2 O3上的 Pd0 颗粒高度分散 ,其平均粒径为 5nm。该催化剂能够高效地催化一氧化碳的氧化反应

    Comparison of methods for determination of immunogenicity of recombinant human papillomavirus vaccine

    目的评价重组人乳头瘤病毒(HuMAn PAPIllOMAVIruS,HPV)疫苗免疫原性2种检测方法的相关性。方法应用间接酶联免疫吸附(ElISA)法和假病毒中和(PSEudOVIrIOn-bASEd nEuTrAlIzATIOn ASSAy,PbnS)法对26份阴性血清样本、34份自然感染HPV16或HPV18的血清样本及30份接种HPV16/18型双价疫苗后7个月的血清样本进行抗体滴度检测,并采用PEArMAn进行相关性分析。结果 3组样本的抗HPV16型和HPV18型抗体滴度的2次检测结果比值显示,试验室内重复性较好;2种方法检测血清样本抗HPV16型抗体滴度的总体相关系数为0.826,抗HPV18型为0.921;自然感染HPV的血清样本抗HPV16型抗体滴度的相关系数为0.519,抗HPV18型为0.613;接种HPV16/18型双价疫苗后的血清样本抗HPV16型抗体滴度的相关系数为0.671,抗HPV18型为0.879。结论间接ElISA法和PbnS法在检测血清样本中抗HPV16/18型抗体滴度时均具有较好的重复性和相关性,其中以接种疫苗后的血清样本中抗体滴度相关性最佳,为HPV疫苗免疫原性的检测及剂量探索试验提供了参考依据。Objective To assess the correlation between two methods for determination of immunogenicity of recombinant human papillomavirus(HPV) vaccine.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and pseudovirion-based neutralization assay(PBNS) were used to measure the anti-HPV 16 or anti-HPV 18 antibody levels in 26 negative serum samples,34 serum samples naturally infected with HPV16 or HPV18 and 30 serum samples 7 months after immunization with HPV16 / 18 bivalent vaccine,between which the correlation was analyzed by Pearman method.Results The ratio of results of two tests for HPV16 and HPV18 antibody titers in three groups of samples showed high intra-reproducibility.The total correlation coefficient of test results of HPV16 antibody titers by two methods was 0.826,while that of HPV18 antibody was 0.921.The correlation coefficient for HPV 16 antibody titer in naturally infected samples was 0.519,while that for HPV18 antibody titer was 0.613.However,the correlation coefficient for HPV 16 antibody titer in serum samples after immunization with HPV16 / 18 bivalent vaccine was 0.671,while that for HPV 18 antibody titer was 0.879.Conclusion Both ELISA and PBNS showed high reproducibility and correlation for determination of HPV16 / 18 antibody titers in serum samples,especially for those in samples after vaccination.It provided a reference for determination of immunogenicity and optimization of dosage of HPV vaccine.国家高技术研究发展计划(2012AA02A402); Themajorpro-jectofInternationalScienceandTechnologyCollaborativeProgram(2010DFB30100

    Zooplanktonic diversity in the western Pacific

    西太平洋区是全球海洋生物种源中心,许多类群的最高物种多样性都出现于该区域,因此,在该区开展种类多样性的研究不仅重要和必要,而且具有在跨国尺度上进行综合管理和相互合作的迫切性。本文在西太平洋的浮游动物样品鉴定分类、编目、文献资料整理和分析的基础上,记录和编入西太平洋10个浮游动物类群2,658种(含亚种),隶属于206科675属,其中水螅水母类99科251属697种,栉水母类12科22属59种,浮游软体动物14科35属86种,介形类8科89属416种,桡足类51科156属908种,糠虾类4科58属202种,磷虾类2科8属56种,十足类8科22属105种,毛颚类5科8属48种,被囊类5科26属81种。The western Pacific region has been operating as a centre for the origin of marine biodiversity: the richest diversity of many marine taxa was found in these waters.Therefore,biodiversity research and con-servation efforts in this area are necessary in order to promote the integrative and international management of this resource.The present work is a compilation of numbers of all the families,genera and species of ma-jor taxa of zooplankton known in the western Pacific Ocean(106°–150°E,0°–44°N).In all,2,658 zooplank-tonic species(including subspecies) belonging to 206 families and 675 genera have been recorded from taxonomic identifications and literature,99 families,251 genera and 697 species belong to the Medusozoa,12 families,22 genera and 59 species to the Ctenophora,14 families,35 genera and 86 species to the pelagic Molluscs(Pteropoda and Heteropoda),8 families,89 genera and 416 species to the Ostracoda,51 families,156 genera and 908 species to the Copepoda,4 families,58 genera and 202 species to the Mysidcea,2 fami-lies,8 genera and 56 species to the Euphausiacea,8 families,22 genera and 105 species to the Decapoda,5 families,8 genera and 48 species to the Chaetognatha,5 families,26 genera and 81 species to the Tunicata.908专项“中国海洋生物种类名录和图谱”(908-ZC-II-02)和908专项海洋生物样品库;科技部基础工作专项“我国和邻近西北太平洋海洋生物物种编目和分布图集编制”(2006FY220700

    中国物理海洋学研究70年:发展历程、学术成就概览

    本文概略评述新中国成立70年来物理海洋学各分支研究领域的发展历程和若干学术成就。中国物理海洋学研究起步于海浪、潮汐、近海环流与水团,以及以风暴潮为主的海洋气象灾害的研究。随着国力的增强,研究领域不断拓展,涌现了大量具有广泛影响力的研究成果,其中包括:提出了被国际广泛采用的"普遍风浪谱"和"涌浪谱",发展了第三代海浪数值模式;提出了"准调和分析方法"和"潮汐潮流永久预报"等潮汐潮流的分析和预报方法;发现并命名了"棉兰老潜流",揭示了东海黑潮的多核结构及其多尺度变异机理等,系统描述了太平洋西边界流系;提出了印度尼西亚贯穿流的南海分支(或称南海贯穿流);不断完善了中国近海陆架环流系统,在南海环流、黑潮及其分支、台湾暖流、闽浙沿岸流、黄海冷水团环流、黄海暖流、渤海环流,以及陆架波方面均取得了深刻的认识;从大气桥和海洋桥两个方面对太平洋–印度洋–大西洋洋际相互作用进行了系统的总结;发展了浅海水团的研究方法,基本摸清了中国近海水团的分布和消长特征与机制,在大洋和极地水团分布及运动研究方面也做出了重要贡献;阐明了南海中尺度涡的宏观特征和生成机制,揭示了中尺度涡的三维结构,定量评估了其全球物质与能量输运能力;基本摸清了中国近海海洋锋的空间分布和季节变化特征,提出了地形、正压不稳定和斜压不稳定等锋面动力学机制;构建了"南海内波潜标观测网",实现了对内波生成–演变–消亡全过程机理的系统认识;发展了湍流的剪切不稳定理论,提出了海流"边缘不稳定"的概念,开发了海洋湍流模式,提出了湍流混合参数化的新方法等;在海洋内部混合机制和能量来源方面取得了新的认识,并阐述了混合对海洋深层环流、营养物质输运等过程的影响;研发了全球浪–潮–流耦合模式,推出一系列海洋与气候模式;发展了可同化主要海洋观测数据的海洋数据同化系统和用于ENSO预报的耦合同化系统;建立了达到国际水准的非地转(水槽/水池)和地转(旋转平台)物理模型实验平台;发展了ENSO预报的误差分析方法,建立了海洋和气候系统年代际变化的理论体系,揭示了中深层海洋对全球气候变化的响应;初步建成了中国近海海洋观测网;持续开展南北极调查研究;建立了台风、风暴潮、巨浪和海啸的业务化预报系统,为中国气象减灾提供保障;突破了国外的海洋技术封锁,研发了万米水深的深水水听器和海洋光学特性系列测量仪器;建立了溢油、危险化学品漂移扩散等预测模型,为伴随海洋资源开发所带来的风险事故的应急处理和预警预报提供科学支撑。文中引用的大量学术成果文献(每位第一作者优选不超过3篇)显示,经过70年的发展,中国物理海洋学研究培养了一支实力雄厚的科研队伍,这是最宝贵的成果。这支队伍必将成为中国物理海洋学研究攀登新高峰的主力军

    HPV1618假病毒中和抗体检测方法的验证

    通讯作者:李长贵 E-mail:[email protected] 作者简介:赵慧(1980-),女,助理研究员 主要从事病毒疫苗质量控制工作目的 应用假病毒中和法建立检测血清HPV16/18中和抗体滴度检测方法并进行验证。方法 分别采用不同批次假病毒以及不同代次细胞对不同滴度的HPV16/18阳性血清进行多次平行检测,考察这些因素对检验结果的影响;同时通过对抗HPV16/18双价阳性血清、抗HPV16单价阳性血清和抗HPV18单价阳性血清的检测进一步评估中和抗体检测法的准确性、特异性及重复性。结果 不同批次假病毒和不同代次细胞对检验结果的影响均在四倍范围内,此外该检测法的准确性、特异性、重复性均在可接受标准范围之内。结论建立的假病毒法可满足中和抗体效价检测的要求,可用于评价疫苗的免疫效果。国家高技术研究发展计划(2012AA02A402);国际科技合作项目 (2010DFB30100

    Investigation on spraying technique of moving belt interface for liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

    介绍了自制的液相色谱-质谱联用传送带接口喷雾装置,研究了喷雾技术。实验表明,采用对流动相和喷气气体双加热的方法,可以提高对含水流动相的去除能力,避免样品分解。该装置喷雾效果良好,能承受较大的色谱流速,而且容易操作,材料易得,成本低。A home-made spraying device of moving belt interface for liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry is described and the spraying technique investigated.Experimental results show that the method of heating both liquid phase and spray gas can increase the ability to remove liquid phase and prevent the dissociation of sample.The device has good spraying performance and can bear higher flow rate.The other advantages are easy to operate, easy to obtain materials all low in cost

    利用溶液法合成了邻菲啰啉(PHEn)和氨三乙酸(H3nTA)钴配合物CO(PHEn)2Cl2(1),nA[CO(nTA)].H2O(2),[CO(PHEn)2(H2O)2][CO(nTA)(PHEn)]2.12H2O(3),对配合物3进行了X射线单晶衍射表征,结果表明:该配合物属三斜晶系,P1空间群,A=1.2448(2)nM,b=1.5898(3)nM,C=1.7412(3)nM,α=91.746(3)°,β=97.807(3)°,γ=103.745(3)°,V=3.309(1)nM3.利用荧光光谱法研究了室温下这3种配合物与牛血清白蛋白(bSA)的相互作用,并测定了不同温度下这3种配合物与bSA相互作用的荧光强度变化,确定配合物1和3对bSA的荧光猝灭方式均为静态猝灭;分析了配合物1和3与bSA相互作用时的结合常数、结合位点数以及热力学函数与温度之间的关系,进一步讨论了这2种配合物分别与bSA相互作用时的作用位点、作用力的类型以及两者之间的距离.Cobalt complexes [Co(phen)2Cl2(1),Na[Co(nta)]·H2O(2),[Co(phen)2(H2O)2]·[Co(nta)(phen)]2·12H2O(3)](phen: phenanthroline,nta: nitrilotriacetate) were synthesized in solution,and the structure of complex 3 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD).It crystallized in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=1.2448(2) nm,b=1.5898(3) nm,c=1.7412(3) nm,α=91.746(3)°,β=97.807(3)°,γ=103.745(3)°,V=3.309(1) nm3.The interaction between bovine serum albumin(BSA) and complexes 1—3 was investigated with fluorescence spectra at room temperature.Fluorescence quenchings were shown as static quenching for complexes 1 and 3 based on the fluorescence spectrum at different temperatures.The binding constant,binding sites and thermodynamic functions were calculated.The interaction sites,binding force and distance for BSA with complexes 1 and 3 were discussed respectively.国家自然科学基金(批准号:21073150)资

    本文建立了一种用发光细菌快速检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的方法.以3%nACI(W/V)溶液从蔬菜中洗涤出残留的农药,加入定量发光菌溶液,通过其发光量的变化来检测农药的含量.分析了发光菌对蔬菜中六种有机磷农药的响应情况,探讨了检测空心菜(学名蕹菜)中甲胺磷农药残留的最佳参数.实验表明,新建立的方法是检测蔬莱中有机磷农药残留的一种快速有效、价廉的方法.A rapid method For the determination of organophosphorous pesticide residues in vegetables with photobacterium phosphoreum has been established.The organophosphorous pesticide residues are washed ofF From vegetables with 3% NaCl (W/V) and detected quantitatively by recording the change of light intensity of photobacterium phosphoreum.The responses of photobacterium phosphoreum to six organophosphorous pesticides have been investigated.The optimum parameters For the detection of methami-dophs in water spinach have been studied in detail.This new method has the advantages of being rapid, eFFective and cheap compared to instrumental analytical and other detection methods.福建省自然科学基金资助项
