    Study on the Polysaccharides from Phellinus Linteus on Sperm Abnormal- ity and Chromosome Aberration in Testicle Cell of Mice

    目的通过小鼠精子畸变和睾丸细胞染色体畸变试验,探讨桑黄多糖对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性。方法试验设三个剂量组为2.5g.kg^-1、5.Og·kg^-1、10.Og·kg^-1Bw,经口灌胃进行试验,取小鼠睾丸制备标本,分别观察并计算各剂量组小鼠的精予畸变和睾丸细胞染色体畸变率。结果桑黄多糖各剂量组小鼠的精子和睾丸细胞染色体畸变率与空白对照均无显著性差异(P〉0.05),而环磷酰胺与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈O.01)。结论桑黄多糖各剂量组对雄性小鼠无生殖毒性作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the reproductive toxic effect of the Polysaccharides from Phellinus Linteus on sperm abnormality and chromosome aberration in testicle cell test in male mice. METHODS The Polysaccha- rides from Phellinus Linteus were intragastrical administration at does of 2. 5g · kg^-1,5.0g · kg^-1 and 10. 0g · kg^-1 ,then the rates of sperm abnormality and chromosome aberration in testMe cell were calculated. RESULTS There was no significant difference between the solvent conrail group and the treated group of the rates of sperm abnormality and chromosome aberration in testicle cell (P 〉 0.05 ) , while significant difference was observed between the positive control group and the solvent control group(P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION The Polysaccharides from Phellinus Linte- us does not induce reproductive toxicity in male mice

    目的观察湿毒清和依巴斯汀联合应用治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效以及治疗前后外周血EOS、血清Ig E水平的变化情况。方法将我科94例特应性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例,对照组患者使用依巴斯汀口服,治疗组患者加用湿毒清胶囊口服,观察治疗后对照组和治疗组的临床疗效及外周血EOS、血清Ig E的水平变化。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为63.83%,治疗组总有效率为93.62%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组血清Ig E水平与治疗前及对照组相比均呈明显下降趋势(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论湿毒清联合依巴斯汀口服治疗特应性皮炎比单纯口服依巴斯汀的治疗效果更加显著

    Study on dissolution method of Vitamin B4 tablets

    目的建立维生素b4片溶出度检测方法。方法采用桨法,以900 M l P H6.8磷酸盐缓冲溶液为溶出介质,温度37.0℃,转速为50 r/MIn,选取时间为45 MIn,经0.45μM微孔滤膜过滤,取续滤液,采用紫外分光光度法测定维生素b4片的溶出量,检测波长为262 nM,溶出限度为标示量的80%。结果维生素b4浓度在4~16μg/M l范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为100.1%,rSd=1.0%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,对不同生产企业的处方、工艺有一定考察作用,可用于维生素b4片的溶出度测定。Objective To establish a test method for determining the vitamin B4 tablets dissolution.Methods Paddle method was used to 900 m L p H6.8 phosphate buffer solution as the dissolution medium,the temperature of 37 ℃,the speed of 50 r/min,take time for 45 min.Taking the filtrate through the 0.45 μm microporous membrane filtration,vitamin B4 tablets dissolution quantity determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,determined the wavelength of 262 nm,dissolution limit for 80% of the labeled amount.Results Vitamin B4 concentration had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in 4 ~ 16 μg/m L,r = 0.9999( n = 5),the average recovery was 100.1%,RSD = 1.0%( n = 9).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,has certain effect on prescription and study of the process of different production enterprises,can be used for the dissolution determination of vitamin B4 tablets

    Genetic diversity of two wild populations of Penaeus semisulcatus revealed by RAPD technique

    【中文摘要】 利用RAPD标记技术检测了厦门和汕头沿海2个短沟对虾群体基因组DNA的多态性,并对其遗传多样性进行了分析。从40条随机引物中筛选出13个10bp引物,共扩增出65条清晰可重复的DNA片段,片断长度为100~2200 bp,在2个群体间没有检测到特异的片段。厦门和汕头群体的多态片段比例分别为87.69%和89.23%,杂合度分别为0.212和0.218,遗传多样性指数分别为0.2847和0.2913,两群体间的遗传距离为0.018,FST值为0.004。可见两野生群体种质资源仍然维持在良好水平,遗传分化程度很低,可能是同一种群,具有进一步开发的潜力。 【英文摘要】 The green tiger prawn,Penaeus semisulcatus is one of the biggest penaeid prawns and widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of the Indian Ocean and the West Pacific Ocean.The important economic shrimp species in the north of the South China Sea are Penaeus semisulcatus,Penaeus monodon,Marsupenaeus japonicus and Fenneropenaeus penicillatus.Although the disease-resistance of Penaeus semisulcatus is more effective than that of Penaeus monodon,Litopenaeus vannamei and Fenneropenaeus chinensis,the...国家自然科学基金资助项目(30471322

    The Techniques and Application of Anhydrous Packaging with Chilled Sawdust in Longdistance Transportation of Live Kuruma Shrimp Marsupenaeus japonicus Broodstock

    本文报道了以冷冻木屑为填充料,长途运输日本囊对虾(MArSuPEnAEuS JAPOnICAS)亲虾的无水包装技术及其应用实验。亲虾在室温条件下经3~5H适应性暂养后,以1℃·H-1降温速率逐步降至15℃,并维持该温度。包装前1H再把水温降至亲虾出现僵硬或侧卧为冷休克标志,大约11℃左右。包装时,在泡沫箱内铺上冷冻木屑3~5CM,再放上一层排列整齐的亲虾,如此一层木屑一层亲虾,至表层以木屑装满箱为止。一个航空运输专用箱(60x45x32CM)可装70~80尾亲虾。箱内可根据运输时间放置降温剂(干冰)1~2块。2004年~2006年,从厦门空运亲虾到河北黄骅市渤海水产资源增殖站,36批次,亲虾总数量达16584尾,运输过程死亡1436尾,存活率为91.34%。文中还就包装过程人为操作不当的影响、常见问题和各种活虾运输方法的利弊进行了分析与讨论。This article attempts to describe in detail techniques and application of anhydrous packaging with chilled sawdust in long-distance transportation of live kuruma shrimp Marsupenaeus japonicus broodstock.The broodstock were acclimatized for 3~5 hr under the condition of room temperature, and the water temperature was gradually dropped at a rate of 1℃·h-1to 15℃ which was maintained.One hour before the packing, the water temperature was again made to drop to the temperature(some 11℃)at which the c old shock sign of the shrimp, stiff or lying on side, appeared.During the process of packing, 3~5 cm layer of chilled sawdust was put at the bottom of a foam box, then a layer of neat rows of shrimp was put on the chilled sawdust, and a layer of chilled sawdust was again put on shrimp until the top surface of box was filled with chilled sawdust.A special air transport box(60×45×32cm)can hold 70 ~ 80shrimps., and 1~2 pieces of the cooling agent(dry ice)were placed in the box according to the air transportation period.From 2004 to2006, a total number of 16584 shrimp(36 batches)were transported from Xiamen to Huanghua Bohai Multiplication Station of Aquatic Resources of Hebei Province by air, with survival rate of 91.34%.The harmful effects caused by improper handling and common problems during the packing process, the pros and cons of various methods to transport live shrimp were also analyzed and discussed.福建省科技重点计划项目(2012N0030
