    Monitoring Results of Quality of Secondary-level Supplied Water on Domestic Watercraft in Xiamen Port

    目的掌握厦门港区国内船舶二次供水水质的卫生状况。方法收集2007-2010年厦门市疾病预防控制中心对厦门港某公司拖轮及旅游客轮二次供水检测的数据,利用统计学软件SPSS13.0对数据进行统计分析。结果厦门港区某公司国内船舶二次供水水质不佳,四年检测样本全部指标合格水样只为22.3%。其中,浑浊度合格率50.6%、细菌总数合格率35.3%、总大肠菌群合格率81.2%。结论应采取措施,加大对供水点和国内船舶二次供水卫生监督力度,提高二次供水水质。并逐步完善对饮用水卫生进行科学评价、合理干预、有效监督的机制。Objective To investigate the hygienic condition of secondary water supply in domestic shipping of Xiamen Port.Methods We collected the detection data(from 2007 to 2010) of secondary water supply on tugs and cruise liners which belonged to the Shipping Company of Xiamen Port from Xiamen Municipal CDC,and then SPSS13.0 software package was used for data analysis.Results The quality of drinking water of domestic ships in Xiamen Port was not good.During a four-year testing period,the samples that all indicators were qualified were only 22.3%,among them,the passing rates of turbidity,total bacterial count and total coliforms were 50.6%,35.3%,and 81.2%,respectively.Conclusions Measures should be taken to strengthen the supervision on hygienic condition of water supply sources and secondary water supply in domestic ships and improve the quality of drinking water;moreover,the mechanism of scientific evaluation,reasonable intervention and effective supervision on drinking water should be gradually perfected

    蛋白酶体抑制剂MG132 通过FOXO3a/Puma 通路对急性T 淋 巴细胞白血病细胞增殖凋亡的影响

    :【目的】研究蛋白酶体抑制剂MG132对急性T淋巴细胞白血病(T-ALL)细胞株的作用及其机制。【方法】将不 同浓度的MG132作用于T-ALL 细胞株CCRF-CEM,MTS 技术检测细胞增殖、流式细胞技术检测细胞凋亡。用qRT-PCR、 Western blotting分别从RNA及蛋白水平检测FOXO3a及其下游Puma的表达。利用慢病毒干扰技术构建FOXO3a-shRNA稳 定细胞株,再次验证MG132对其作用。【结果】MG132对CCRF-CEM细胞起抑制增殖、促进凋亡作用,而对健康人外周血单 个核细胞增殖抑制作用较弱。MG132作用于CCRF-CEM细胞后:FOXO3a的mRNA表达水平无明显改变,Puma的mRNA表 达明显上升;细胞中FOXO3a 及Puma 蛋白表达量增加;其中胞核中FOXO3a 蛋白表达量上升明显,胞浆中亦略有上升。 FOXO3a shRNA 干扰后:CCRF-CEM 细胞的FOXO3a 及Puma 蛋白表达均下降;MG132 的细胞增殖抑制作用减弱。【结论】 MG132能够抑制T-ALL细胞株CCRF-CEM增殖,诱导其凋亡,其机制与抑制泛素-蛋白酶体对FOXO3a的降解、使FOXO3a 胞核内含量增加、并激活下游基因Puma相关
