    基于栖息地风险评价模型的海岸带滩涂湿地风险评价——以闽三角为例

    海岸带湿地是生物多样性最丰富、生产力最高、最具价值的生态系统之一。然而近年来,随着城市化和工业化进程的加快,我国海岸带地区的土地利用正发生深刻变化,生态风险凸显。利用2000、2005、2010和2015年的Landsat TM/ETM+和Landsat 8 OLI遥感影像,融合行政区划图与地形图,并引入一个评价多元海洋、海岸带利用对栖息地造成风险的模型,即Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs(In VEST)模型中的栖息地风险评价(Habitat Risk Assessment,HRA),模型评价闽三角海岸带滩涂湿地的生态风险。结果表明:(1)闽三角海岸带滩涂湿地风险以低风险为主;(2)泉州地区的风险面积最大(约4389.91 hm~2),漳州地区最小(约4630.73 hm~2);(3)修正面积影响的情况下,其他建设用地造成的暴露和影响较大,耕地造成的暴露和影响最小。不同区域滩涂湿地风险程度的可视化表达,可以揭示滩涂湿地高风险地区以及高风险的产生原因,便于管理者对滩涂湿地采取精准的保育措施。国家重点研发计划(2016YFC0502900);;福建省科学技术厅民生科技专项(引导性项目)(2017Y6002);;福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2015J01122

    Experimental Study of the Abalone Shell on Cataract induced by Oxidative Stress

    目的研究石决明提取物对体外培养的晶状体氧化应激性白内障形成的作用及机制。方法离体培养小鼠晶状体,应用不同浓度的石决明提取物预孵育晶状体24h后,加入1mm过氧化氢,继续培养3小时后恢复正常培养,72小时后观察小鼠晶状体混浊程度,测定晶状体组织培养液中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量,晶状体组织中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果石决明提取物在1~2 mg/ml浓度范围内减轻氧化应激造成的晶状体混浊,减少晶状体LDH的释放,提高组织内GSH含量和SOD活力。结论石决明提取物可减轻氧化应激白内障的形成,其作用主要与石决明提取物提高内源性抗氧化系统有关。Objective To study the effect of the abalone shell extract on oxidative stress induced cataract formation and its mechanism in cultured mouse lens in vitro. Methods The cultured mouse lens were pretreated with the abalone shell extract in different concentrations for24 hours,and then 1mm hydrogen peroxide was added and continued incubating for 3 hours,and they were changed to normal culture media.After 72 hours,the opacity of each lens was observed under an anatomical microscope,the content of lactate dehydrogenase( LDH)leakages,the content of the reduced glutathione( GSH) and activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD) in lens tissue were assayed. Results Abalone shell extract in the concentration range of 1 ~ 2 mg / ml reduced the lens opacity caused by oxidative stress,alleviated the release of LDH,and increased GSH content and SOD activity in cultured lens.     金电极表面植物原生质体的固定化

    Barley protoplast was immobilized on poly(dially dimethylammonium) (PDADMAC) modified gold electrode via the electrostatic attraction between the positively charged amine groups of PDADMAC and the negatively charged barley protoplast. STM image reveals that PDADMAC/Au(111) surface displays a nano organized dot(4-6 nm) array structure. The processes of the PDADMAC adsorption and of the barley protoplast immobilization were monitored from the in situ QCM frequency change. The effects of the adsorbed mass and of the density and viscosity of medium on the frequency change of QCM were discussed, respectively. The QCM result shows that the thickness of the adsorbed PDADMAC layer is 2.4 nm

    作者简介: 祁明信, 男, 1945 年7 月 出生, 教授、主任医师、博士研究生 导师, 主要从事白内障的基础与临 床研究。联系电话: 0591-83570887; E-mail:qihuang@netease. com 通讯作者: 黄秀榕,E-mail:[email protected][中文文摘]目的开展晶状体再灌注的离体和动物实验研究,并对再灌注人工晶状体技术进行评价。方法采用新鲜离体幼兔眼、离体猪眼、新西兰白兔眼,应用自行研制的人工晶状体材料,进行以下实验:(1)体外固化实验;(2)晶状体前囊膜微型撕囊及其稳固性实验;(3)经微型前囊膜开口超声乳化吸出晶状体内容物实验;(4)活的新西兰白兔眼内人工晶状体再灌注实验。结果(1)按硅酮聚合物与固化剂50:1的比例可获得柔软、弹性好、固化时间短(完全固化时间为60min)的注入材料;(2)晶状体前囊膜1.8~2.0mm的连续环形撕囊口具有较好的稳定性,可经该微型开口吸出晶状体内容物并灌注材料;(3)超声能量18%、流量25mL·min-1、负压120mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)为晶状体内容物经微型前囊膜开口吸出的最佳条件;(4)注入灌注材料后可形成由晶状体囊膜包裹的、置换原晶状体皮质和核的、新的再灌注人工晶状体。结论采用再灌注人工晶状体的方法可进行新型人工晶状体再灌注,可为治疗白内障和老视提供参考。[英文文摘]Objective To carry out the experimental study on reperfusion of intraocular lens(IOLs) in vitro or in animal,and to assess the technique of IOLs reperfusion.Methods The following experiments were performed by using self-developed materials in fresh rabbit eyes and pig eyes in vitro,as well as in eyes of alive New-Zea-land rabbits:(1)Solidification study of self-developed material in vitro;(2)Continuous circular capsulorhexis(CCC) in anterior capsule of lens and its stability;(3)Draw of lens contents via phaco through mini-CCC;(4)IOLs ref illing in the eyes of alive New-Zea land rabbits. Results(1) Thematerialwhich was soft, springy and short-term solidification(full solidification time was 60 minutes) were obtained in certain proportion of geland solidified agent(50:1) in vitro; ( 2)The CCC in anterior capsule of lens with 1.8-2.0 mm diameter had very good stability. The lens contents were drawn and the materialwere refilled through themini-CCC; (3) The best conditions of drawing out lens contents through m ini-CCC were phaco energy 18% , flow 25 mL·min- 1, and negative pressure 120 mmH g (1kPa=7.5 mmHg);(4) The new refilled IOLs, which were wrapped by capsule of lens and were replaced original cortex and nucleus of lens, were obtained after thematerial refillied.     An Era of Women's Poetry in China : Transformation and Development in the New Era

    Chinese literature stepped into another prosperous era in the 1980s, when humanistic concerns became the main theme in Chinese society. In the works of contemporary woman poets of China, we can see that feminine consciousness has awakened, just like the case of Japan in postwar period. New women's is exemplified by the poetry of Shu Ting, whose romantic reflection upon life is clearly marked by an awakened female subjectivity. The poetry in the era can be divided into three categories represented by three poets. The first category represented by Yi Lei, whose poetry tries to dismantle herself and deconstructs traditional understanding of woman. Zhai Yongming is the major poet of the third category, whose extraordinary insights disclose the most inner experience of women. These three categories can be read as three stages of transformation which correspond to Elaine Showalter's three steps of development in feminist consciousness. Although women's movements have never taken place in China and Japan in the same manner as it did in America, there are many similar aspects in the way how women come to reflect their gender awareness

    The Awakening of Women in Literature : The First Stage of the Development of Women's Literature in China and Japan

    The emergence of a number of prominent women writers at the beginning of the 20th century in China and Japan suggests that women are no longer passive objects in literature, Indeed, women now constitute active subjects in this field. In this paper, I would like to examine the sources of similarities between women's literature in China and that of Japan. First, both Japan and China had the long history of feudalism, which became the basis of the suppression of expressing individuality in these countries. These cultural, economic and social transformations in China and Japan led people to realize the improtance of liberating themselves from feudalism and of creating a space for expressing their individuality. In this context, Chinese and Japanese literature discovered 'human as individual' which is the product of enlightenment thought brought about from the West. One of the most remarkable discovery about 'human as individual' was the discovery of 'women', which was accompanied by the call for women's liberation by pioneering female thinkers. Secondly, the forces of persistent traditional culture on one hand and emerging modernization on the other inculcated talented women in China and Japan with unique ideas and artistic inspiration for literature. Thirdly, those women who were engaged with literature during this period of time were regarded as 'mad women' in these societies. Their refusal to follow the traditional norms led them to be defined as daughters unworthy of their father's respect. Fourthly, woman's writing is the product of the author's experience. The seminal period of women's literature was characterized by the closer relations between authors and their works and by the mixture of spoken and written words. Finally, women writers became conscious of the importance of adopting original styles in their writing. It can be said that Japan saw the development of women's literature earlier compared with China because the influence of enlightenment thought came to Japan much earlier than other Asian countries. The relative distance between literature and politics in Japan might have left an open space for women's literary expression. Also, unlike Chinese women, Japanese women were free from the oppressive custom of footbinding. This may account for a lighter touch in Japanese women's writing compared with their Chinese counterparts who were coerced into this oppressive practice
