Correlation between Voice Handicap Index-10(VHI-10) and Voice Acoustic Analysis in Patients with Unilateral Arytenoid Dislocation
目的探讨嗓音声学分析与简化嗓音障碍指数(voice handicap index-10,VHI-10)用于单侧环杓关节脱位患者嗓音质量评估的临床意义及其相关性。方法对36例(男性20例,女性16例)单侧环杓关节脱位患者和50例(男性25例,女性25例)嗓音正常者进行嗓音声学分析和VHI-10调查。嗓音声学参数包括基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、基频(F0)和噪谐比(NHR);VHI-10调查记录总分值Tvh。结果 (1)单侧环杓关节脱位组的jitter、shimmer、NHR、F0和VHI-10与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义。(2)男性单侧环杓关节脱位组患者嗓音声学分析参数jitter、shimmer、NHR和F0与VHI-10之间无相关性;女性患者组,除F0与VHI-10之间无相关性外,其余3个jitter、shimmer、NHR与VHI-10之间均有相关性,相关系数分别为0.556,0.719和0.793。结论计算机声学分析的各项参数均可作为衡量单侧环杓关节脱位患者嗓音音质的有效参数。单侧环杓关节脱位对患者生活质量具有显著影响,且不同性别的患者其生活质量所受影响的程度不同。Objective To study the relationship between voice acoustic analysis(VAA)and voice handicap index-10(VHI-10) in patients with unilateral arytenoid dislocation and to investigate the characteristic of the VHI-10. Methods 50 subjects with normal voice and 36 patients with unilateral arytenoid dislocation were tested by VAA and VHI-10. VAA include jitter、shimmer、F0 and NHR. The total score of VHI-10 recorded as Tvh. Results(1)There were significant differences in jitter、shimmer、F0、NHR and VHI-10 between unilateral arytenoid dislocation group and control group.(2)There was no correlation between all acoustic parameters and VHI-10 in male. All acoustic parameters except F0 had significant correlations with VHI-10 in female and the correlation coefficient were 0.556, 0.556 and 0.719. Conclusion The acoustic parameters are effective parameters to measure the voice quality of patients with unilateral arytenoid dislocation. Unilateral arytenoid dislocation significantly affects the quality of life in patients. Preparation and the Cytotoxicity of Conjugate Composed of Pingyangmycin and Monoclonal Antibody against Human Lung Cancer
用dEXTrAnT40为中介体的方法交联抗人肺腺癌单抗3d3和平阳霉素(A5),每克分子抗体可携带68克分子的药物,交联物中抗体活性仍能达到10-4水平,能较好地与靶细胞l-342结合。体外细胞毒实验,显示交联物和游离A5对靶细胞50%杀伤浓度分别为0.9μMOl/l和4.6μMOl/l,杀伤效果比游离A5强5倍多。单抗对靶细胞几乎没有杀伤作用;无关抗体交联物的作用也很弱。交联物和游离A5对非靶细胞MgC-803的杀伤作用无明显差别。结果提示MCAb3d3具有良好的导向作用,能携带结合的A5特异地杀伤肺腺癌l-342细胞,可作为临床抗肿瘤药物导向治疗的一种载体。The conjugate of pingyangmycin (A5) and monclonal antibody3D3(MCAb3D3) against human lung cancer was prepared with dextran T40 as the mediator.The molar ratio of A5 McAb3D3 in the conjugate was 68:1 the titer of the conjugate was remained at 10-4.In vitro,the cytotoxicity of the conjugate and Free A5 yieded IC50 of 0.9μmol/L and 4.6μmol/L,respectivel.The conjugate was Fivetimes stronger than Free A5 The cytotoxicity of the conjugate on non-target cells MGc-803 was much weaker and similar to that of.Free A5.There is no doubt that MCAb3D3 had targeting activity and could kill or damage tumor cells speciFically and could be taken as a kind of vector in studies of clinical targeting therapy

探討虛擬實境敘事中的規範以及方法
虛擬實境作為一個新媒體,尚未有特定的方式來定義該如何呈現故事。為
了探究該如何在虛擬實境中敘事,本研究依據現有的虛擬實境影片,歸納出觀者角色、提升故事體驗的互動、region-of-interest (ROI) 設定以及注意力引導這四個大方向分析現有影片,並整理出虛擬實境中的敘事原則。在虛擬實境當中,觀者可以從角色或是旁觀者的視點觀賞故事,不同的視點會產生不同的情緒反應。互動除了可以連結觀者以及故事世界,也提升了觀者在該世界中的存在感。而不同的ROI 設定則會導致觀者不同的觀看行為,例如:將ROI 放在觀者眼前能幫助他們持續專注於故事上,反之亦然。注意力引導在虛擬實境中是不可或缺的,好的引導能提升整體的觀看體驗,也能防止觀者錯過重要的故事點。接著,我們根據這些原則,設計出一個製作VR 影片的敘事架構,其中包含三個步驟:視角設定、事件設定以及轉場設定。我們期望這個架構能協助VR導演帶領觀者進入敘事情境,並達成其敘事目的
Design of a Timing Recovery and Performance Analysis for 10GBASE-T Ethernet System
本論文主要針對百億位元乙太網路系統(10GBASE-T Ethernet System, IEEE 802.3an),提出在non-loop timing操作方式下所需之符元時脈回復機,並針對時脈誤差偵測器和內插器架構,進行深入分析與探討;使用典型架構(單一數位鎖相迴路與數個延遲鎖定迴路混合使用),以及所提出基於平均取樣相位所設計之符元時脈回復機,達成10GBASE-T系統四對線同步之目標;此外設計一種可減少迴路延遲之符元時脈回復機,降低時脈回復機輸出時脈抖動,並增加系統回復較高類比數位轉換器取樣時脈誤差之能力。藉由適用於10GBASE-T系統之接收機,評估所回復時脈,對於通道等化機制及串音干擾消除效能影響,在模擬結果中可發現,本論文所提出之架構均符合系統所需最小決策點訊噪比,可確保達到10GBASE-T規格中對於位元錯誤率之要求。This thesis proposes a symbol timing recovery architecture using non-loop timing scheme for 10GBASE-T Ethernet System (IEEE 802.3an). The timing error detector and the interpolator architecture are discussed in this thesis. In order to achieve the four-pair synchronization in the 10GBASE-T Ethernet System, two symbol timing recovery architectures are presented, including conventional (a single digital phase-locked loop accompanies with multiple delay-locked loops) one and average sampling phase one. In addition, a symbol timing recovery with reduced loop delay is proposed. It is able to lower the jitter of the recovered symbol clock and recover larger sampling frequency offset at the analog-to-digital converter. The performance of these symbol timing recovery architectures is compared in terms of the decision point signal-to-noise ratio (dpSNR) of an existing software 10GBASE-T receiver architecture. 從投信被迫處理結構債-看主管機關對衍生性商品的監理
2005年國內債券基金持有的結構債券 - 高達將近新台幣6,000億的部位,在主管機關的行政命令要求下,限期處份出清,虧損部位由投信業者自行承擔,不得損及投資人權益,事件雖然圓滿落幕,各投信業者忍痛吸收將近300億的總虧損金額。
經過十多年的畸形發展,國內債券基金已經隱然成為金融怪獸,主管機關藉由處理結構債一併整頓基金市場秩序,結構債券成為壓倒駱駝的最後一根稻草,讓投信業者慘賠的結構債,只因為背負著衍生性商品的原罪,成為代罪羔羊!
衍生性商品的發展,對於新金融商品的創新,扮演著極重要的功能及元素,以台灣目前的金融環境,產業的發展必須是多元且國際化,不能排除衍生性商品的發展,因此本文借由事件的發展,比較國內外監理機構對衍生性商品的規範,參考歐美主要國家的監管方式,提供台灣主管機關參考,以制訂風險控管及監管適宜的制度,提供業者創新金融商品的發展環境
Ultrastructural observation on the relation of H.pylori to the gastric epithelia in chronic gastrictis and in peptic ulcer
目的应用透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究幽门螺杆菌(HP)与慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡粘膜上皮的关系.方法75例患者胃窦部活检标本用戊二醛固定,在锇酸染色之前先用单宁酸处理,常规包埋,TEM观察(每份样品至少做4张半薄切片定位,再行超薄切片).受检患者接受6种其它检测HP方法试验.结果55例感染上HP的患者中有53例胃粘膜内有TEM检查到细菌.在单宁酸特别染色的超薄切片中清楚地显示HP通过糖萼与胃粘膜上皮相连.当HP呈克隆状生长繁殖时,邻近的粘液细胞以及颈粘液细胞变性,其特征是细胞朝腺腔的胞质部分溃烂,细胞空泡样变或大泡形成,甚至整个上皮脱落.综合许多的证据表明:位于腺腔HP吸引中性粒细胞迁移到上皮细胞的间隙中,或者进入腺腔内进行吞噬HP活动.结论用TEM诊断HP感染的敏感和特异性分别是96%和95%.单宁酸能较好地保存细胞的糖萼.呈克隆状生长、多带有质周池的HP是导致粘膜上皮,包括颈粘液细胞,发生一系列变性的原因.若HP感染持续存在,颈粘液细胞变性和再生交替进行.最后再生干细胞受损伤,结果导致慢性萎缩性胃炎发生.AIMS The relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and gastric epithelia in chronic gastritis and in petic ulcer was studied by transmission electron mi- croscopy (TEM).METHODS Seventy-Five gastric antral biopsy speci- mens From the patients examined by six other methods For Hp were Fixed in glutaraldehyde and treated with tanin acid beFore OsO_4 staining than routinely prooessed For TEM studies (at least 4 semi- thin sections oriented For ultrathin sections in each sample).RESULTS The bacilli were detected by TEM within gastric mucosa in 53 of 55 patients inFected with Hp.Ultrathin sections especially stained with tanin acid re- vealed clearly glycocalyx by which the bacillus was connected with the epithelium.As the bacilli grouped as colony and breed,the adjacent mucous cells degerated and characterized by erosion of the juxtalu- minal cytoplasm,vacuolation or blebs,even desqua- mation of cell.Evidence was accumulated to show that the baoilli were located in the lumen attracted neu- trophils which intended to migrate into intercellular space of epithelia or into the lumen to exert the eFFect of Hp phagocytosis.CONCLUSIONS The sensitivity and speciFicity of Hp diagnosis by TEM is respectively 96% and 95%.Tanin acid is suitable For the preservation of glycocalyx of cell.The colonized bacilli,usually with the wide periplasmic pools,contributed to the spectrum degen- eration of epithelia,including mucous neck cells.IF Hp inFection persists,the degeneration and regeneration of mucous neck cells alternatively carried on and ultimate- ly the generative stem cells were damaged,as the result,the chronic atrophy gastritis could occure.SupportedbyScienceFoundationoFXiamen.No.95801
