人工湿地植物根区土壤酶活性与污水净化效果及其相关分析
通过对人工湿地植物根区磷酸酶和脲酶活性的测定发现 ,其脲酶的活性与总氮的去除率有较明显的相关关系 ,而其磷酸酶的活性与总磷 (TP)的去除率相关性不显著 .同时其磷酸酶和脲酶的活性与BOD5及COD的去除率都不呈显著相关 .研究结果为利用酶活性强度作为评价净化效果的指标提供了理论依
Situational evaluation method of the Chinese people’s holistic thinking characteristics and their application
创设了新的中国人思维特征的情境评估方法,初步应用于整体性思维特征与创造力倾向关系的研究并对其信效度进行了检验。新评估法选取体现典型文化意境和中国人思维特征的成语谜语作为材料,利用虚拟现实技术构建形与意、情境与语境相互转换的成语谜语文化园,记录被试游览时即景说出的成语建立成语库,并编码所录成语的思维特征类型以作为被试的整体性思维测量指标。基于测试数据的信效度分析表明整体性思维成语测试系统信效度表现良好。整体性思维与创造力倾向的相关分析表明,整体性思维与创造力倾向中的好奇性显著负相关。研究首次证实了利用虚拟现实技术来重建传统文化情境以实现对中国人思维特征的情境评估的可行性,提示基于虚拟现实技术的情境评估法在未来心理学相关研究中的应用价值。</p
The Production of DMS by Emiliania huxleyi(Haptophyceae) Under Different Salinity and Temperature Conditions
研究实验室培养条件下,温度和盐度对球石藻(Em iliania huxleyiHay and Mohler)释放到水体中的二甲基硫(DMS)含量的影响.结果表明:培养盐度为40和30时,藻细胞释放到水中的DMS的量增多(0.08 ng/cell);而盐度为35时,释放量仅为0.04 ng/cell.E.huxleyi在12℃、18℃和24℃培养下的DMS释放量分别为0.02、0.04和0.12 ng/cell.较高的温度加快了E.huxleyi的生长速度,促进细胞裂解速度,使细胞在较短的时间内释放出较多的DMSP,并最终裂解为DMS,E.huxleyi在藻细胞整个生长周期中,DMS的大量出现几乎都在指数生长后期至衰亡期,这与DMSP向DMS转变的一系列复杂的生化过程有关.
