The Performance Optimization Research on Large Vocabulary Continuous Speech Recognition

Application of latent semantic analysis in continuous speech recognition
研究了潜在语义分析(lSA)理论及其在连续语音识别中应用的相关技术,在此基础上利用WSJ0文本语料库上构建lSA模型,并将其与3-grAM模型进行插值组合,构建了包含语义信息的统计语言模型;同时为了进一步优化混合模型的性能,提出了基于密度函数初始化质心的k-MEAnS聚类算法对lSA模型的向量空间进行聚类。WSJ0语料库上的连续语音识别实验结果表明:lSA+3-grAM混合模型能够使识别的词错误率相比较于标准的3-grAM下降13.3%。The theory of Latent Semantic Analysis(LSA) for speech recognition is described,and the related techniques for implementing LSA-based language modeling in speech recognition systems are presented.An LSA-based semantic model is constructed on the WSJ0 text corpus.This paper uses the interpolation method to combine this semantic model with conventional 3-gram to form a hybrid language mode(li.e.,LSA+3-gram).To optimize the performance of the hybrid model,it applies k-means algorithm to perform vector clustering in the LSA vector space while the density function is used to initialize the centroid.The constructed hybrid language model outperforms the corresponding 3-gram baseline:Continuous speech recognition experiments conducted on the WSJ0 test corpus show a relative reduction in word error rate of about 13.3%.国家自然科学基金No.60573189;国家高技术研究发展计划(863)No.2006AA01Z139;No.2006AA010107;No.2006AA010108;福建省自然科学基金No.2006J0043---
2017年春季鲍鱼苗种生产情况调研分析
为准确把握2017年鲍鱼生产形势,我们组织开展2017年春季鲍鱼苗种生产情况调研。本次调研采取问卷调查、电话咨询、现场走访及专家会商等方式进行。总体上看,2017年春季鲍鱼苗种生产增量幅度较大,已超过养殖需求,苗价回落明显;今年投苗量增加明显,正常情况下,明年养殖存塘量随之增大,预计明年商品鲍鱼可能面临新一轮的跌价考验

Numerical simulation has been becoming realistic for predicting airflow and air temperature distribution under air-conditioning conditions. The prediction has recently been easier because of the development of computer hardware and skillful program software. The problem concerning CPU time and the cost of calculation, however, has still remained. To make air-conditioning designers use frequently numerical simulation for practical subjects, the simplification of the calculation is required. The possibilities of simplification are investigated by using κ-ε turbulence model ; 1) limiting the calculation region 2) substituting a 2-D simulation for a 3-D simulation Several simplifications are compared with the simulation for a precise space shape. Under a certain circumstance of space configuration and an arrangement of air inlets and outlets, the first step prediction for the air-conditioning design can be available by the simplified simulation
Fast Algorithm for Likelihood Ratio Based on SIMD
分析基于连续概率密度的隐马尔可夫模型大词汇量连续语音识别系统中的似然率计算方法,阐述运用并行方式实现似然率计算的可行性,并在此基础上,提出一种基于SIMd的似然率快速算法,通过对语音识别工具包HTk3.4中似然率计算模块的改进实现该算法。实验结果表明,在不降低识别准确率的前提下,该算法能有效加快似然率计算的速度。The likelihood ratio computation in Large Vocabulary Continuous Speech Recognition(LVCSR) systems based on continuou density Hidden Markov Model(HMM) is analyzed.The feasibility of using t parallel method to implement the likelihood computation is showed.On basis of this, a fast algorithm for likelihood ratio based on SIMD is proposed, which is implemented by improving likelihood computation modules in HTK3.4 toolkit.Experimental results show this algorithm can speed up the likelihood computation without lowering the accuracy rate of recognition of premise.国家留学基金资助项目(2006104705);厦门大学“985工程”二期信息创新平台基金资助项目(0000-X07204);福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2006J0043
不同拮抗剂在促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂方案中的应用
目的研究促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(GnRH-ant)方案中应用加尼瑞克1、加尼瑞克2与西曲瑞克抑制内源性黄体生成素(LH)峰的差异及对临床妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析中山大学附属第三医院生殖医学中心2019年10月-2020年12月应用GnRH-ant方案行体外受精/卵胞质内单精子注射(IVF/ICSI)助孕患者共1 434个周期,根据使用拮抗剂药物不同分为3组。1组:加尼瑞克1组(461周期),2组:加尼瑞克2组(741周期),3组:西曲瑞克组(232周期),分析比较3组患者基本资料、促排卵过程及临床妊娠结局。结果3组患者年龄、体质量指数、抗缪勒管激素等一般资料无差异;3组患者获卵数、扳机日LH>10 U/L所占比例、中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生率、成熟卵子数、新鲜胚胎移植临床妊娠率及活产率差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。加尼瑞克1组早期流产率显著高于加尼瑞克2组(21.5% vs. 9.7%,P < 0.05)。结论3种拮抗剂在GnRH-ant方案中扳机日早发LH峰发生率、中重度OHSS发生率、临床妊娠率及活产率相似,但新鲜移植周期加尼瑞克1组早期流产率升高,其不良妊娠结局风险可能增加
Design and implementation of VoIP system based on Speex codec
论述了一套基于Speex语音引擎和RTP的VoIP系统设计和开发,介绍了该系统服务器端和客户机端的软件实现。该系统具有点对点通信、算法延时小、丢包补偿和延时补偿性能好等特点,并具有多方通话功能。性能对比实验表明,该系统的通话质量优于几套流行的开源VoIP软件,能满足实际应用的要求。The paper proposed the design and software implementation of a VoIP system,both on the server side and the client side.The VoIP system was written with Speex and RTP,and deployed for Windows platform.It featured peer-to-peer communication,low algorithmic latency,low packet loss,and effective compensation for jitter.It had a full range of practical functions,such as conference calling.Speech quality assessment has been done by comparing and contrasting the performance of the system to those of several other VoIP systems.Testing results show that the system has a satisfactory voice quality for practical use.厦门大学“985工程”二期信息创新平台资助项目(0000-X07204

Optimization of decalcification process during extracting collagen from scale of sea fish
研究了海鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白提取过程中的脱钙工艺条件优化。采用l9(34)正交实验,考察了酸浓度、温度、时间等因素对鱼鳞脱钙工艺的影响,并使用离子色谱法考察了各种工艺条件对鱼鳞胶原蛋白在脱钙过程中溶出的影响。确定了鱼鳞胶原蛋白提取过程中的脱钙优化工艺,即温度18℃,酸浓度0.7MOl/l,时间24H。放大实验至原料2kg规模,得脱钙率为99.4%,适合规模化生产。Optimization of decalcification process during extracting collagen from scale of sea fish was investigated.Orthogonal experiment method was applied to estimate the effect of acid concentration,temperature and time on the decalcification of fish scale.Ion chromatography was applied to observe the effect of factors on the dissolution of collagen from scale while decalcifying.Optimized process of collagen extraction from sea fish scale was confirmed.Temperature was 18℃,acid concentration was 0.7mol/L and the time was 24h.The process was carried out at large scale,the result indicated it was perfect for plant scale with decalcification rate at 99.4%.国家海洋局第三海洋研究所科研基本业务费[HE08102(1)];国家科技支撑计划[HT080601(2)
