柴郁地仙方治疗围绝经期抑郁症体会
围绝经期抑郁症的发病基础是肾虚精血亏少,七情过极是诱因,病程中多表现为肝郁气滞、痰瘀交阻、闭塞脑窍。肾虚肝郁又常累及心脾二脏,故以补肾疏肝、化痰祛瘀、补益心脾立法,自拟柴郁地仙方治疗本病取得良好效果。从实验及临床研究结果来看,补肾疏肝、化痰祛瘀、补益心脾这种多脏腑整体调治,虚实兼顾治疗围绝经期抑郁症的思路较有效,且值得进一步推广和深入探讨。福建省卫生厅资助项目(WZPW101307);; 厦门市科技局资助项目(3502Z20133007
智能化门诊药房存在的问题及其改进措施
门诊药房是医院与病人交流的窗口,处方调剂是病人在医院就诊的最后环节,发药速度快慢对病人及其家属的就医满意度产生直接影响[1]。为创造良好的工作环境、提高药房管理水平[2]、确保病人用药安全[3],解放军第一七五医院于2015年8月底启用了智能化门诊药房。该药房的引进给药师带来很多便利,同时也对药房工作模式的改进提出了要求。作者从自身工作出发,结合医院现状及智能化门诊药
Spatial sampling method for crop acreage based on remote sensing in hilly area in Minhou County,Fujian Province
以福建闽侯县作为研究区,采用传统抽样(简单随机抽样、系统抽样、分层抽样); 、空间抽样(空间随机抽样、空间系统抽样、空间分层抽样)等方法对研究区农作物种植面积进行样本抽选、总体推算及误差估计,结果表明: 1 500; m*1 500; m格网为最优抽样单元尺寸,空间分层抽样方法的相对误差为3.86%,变异系数为6.03%,抽样成本为6.03,抽样效率高.与传统抽样方法相比,空间; 抽样方法显著减少样本容量,节约调查成本.Traditional sampling methods of simple random sampling,systematic; sampling,stratified sampling,and spatial sampling methods of spatial; random sampling,spatial system sampling and spatial stratified sampling; were applied to conduct sample extraction,population extrapolation and; error estimation in crop acreage in Minhou County. The results showed; that spatial stratified sampling had the highest sampling efficiency; with 1 500 m*1 500 m square grid as the optimal sampling unit size. And; relative error,variation coefficient and sampling cost was 3.86%,6.03%; and 6.03,respectively. Assessment of impact of intensive livestock cultivation on water environment in mountain and hilly areas of South China
[摘要]选择南方山地丘陵区典型规模畜禽养殖集中地为研究区域, 通过对该研究区域周边地表水及地下水的
调查采样, 分析主要污染物时空变异及污染物形态之间的变化, 并对周边水环境进行初步评价。结果表明:
规模化畜禽养殖区域的浅层地下水和地表水已经受到严重污染; 养殖场的环保处理设施与养殖规模不配套
造成大量污染物进入地表水环境; 生物氧化塘的护堤和塘底未经防渗处理, 造成下游地下水污染; 养殖场排
放的污水经厌氧和好氧生物处理后富含有机质、氨氮、可溶态有机磷, 利于作物吸收和生长, 应尽量循环使
用。指出由于养殖污水变化较大, 为避免二次环境污染, 必须处理达标后结合配方施肥技术按需回用农田。[Abstract]By selecting a typical site of intensive livestock cultivation in a mountain area of South China as the study
area, and investigating and sampling surface and groundwater in the study area, the spatial and temporal variat ions of the
main pollutants and changes among pollutant forms were analyzed. The environmental effects of intensive livestock
cultivation on surrounding water environments were evaluated. The results indicated that the shallow groundwater and
surfacewater were heavily contaminated in the intensive livestock cultivation area. Large amounts of the pollutants entered
the surface water, due to the fact that the wastewater treatment facility did not match the scale of livestock cult ivation.
The lack of liner treatment of the bank and liner of the lagoon resulted in groundwater pollution. The effluent wastewater
from the culturing farm after anaerobic and aerobic biologic treatment was full of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, and
dissolved organic phosphorus, which aided the growth of plants and should be recycled. Because of the significant change
of the wastewater component, and in order to avoid secondary pollution, the wastewater should be recycled to land

鲍鱼碱性磷酸酶的分离纯化和性质研究
以杂色鲍(Haliotis diversicolor)内脏为原料,经Tris HCl缓冲液(pH 7.5,含0.1mol/L NaCl)抽提,正丁醇处理,硫酸铵分级沉淀分离,DE 32离子交换、Sephadex G 150分子筛、DE 32纯化,得到电泳单一纯的碱性磷酸酶制剂,比活力为1 226 U/mg.酶学性质和动力学性质研究表明:该酶催化对硝基苯磷酸水解反应的最适 pH值为 10.08,最适温度为48℃.米氏常数Km 值为0.80 mmol/L,Vm 值为20.1 mmol/L·min-1(pH 10.0,37℃).酶的热稳定性研究表明:该酶在pH 7~11区间和在温度低于55℃下稳定.金属离子对酶活力的影响结果表明:Li+、Na+和K+对酶活力没有影响,Mg2+、Ca2+、Ba2+、Mn2+和Co2+对酶有不同程度的激活作用,而Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Hg2+、Ag+、Bi2+和Pb2+等对酶起抑制作用
Determination of Lead Content in Standard Materials of Lake Sediment and Tea by ID-ICP-MS
采用2种微波消解体系(HNO3-H2O2和HNO3-H2O2-HF)及3种定量模式(同位素稀释法、标准工作曲线法和标准加入法),对沉积物和茶叶标准物质中的铅进行测定,结果表明:同位素稀释质谱法的各项检测指标显著优于其它两种定量模式(茶叶中铅含量测定值为4.30μg/g),标准加入法次之(3.75μg/g),标准工作曲线法较差(3.61μg/g)。二种微波消解体系中,加HF酸优于不加HF酸,不加HF,茶叶中铅的回收率仅有89%,加入HF则上升为98%。Three different quantitative modes,namely external calibration,standard addition and isotope diluˉtion were compared for the determination of lead contents in lake sediment and tea standard materials with two digestion systems.The results showed that the isotope dilution gave the highest accuracy and precision in comˉparison with the other two modes.But the results were affected by the digestion system.For example,the reˉcoveries of lead content for tea were98%and89%for HNO 3 -H 2 O 2 -HF and HNO 3 -H 2 O 2 digesting sysˉtem,respectively.福建省重大科技项目子课题(2003Y005-04);; 厦门大学现代分析科学教育部重点实验室开放课题(B40402
