    長野県内おける呼吸器内科医の勤務状況に関する調査 : 特に上小地域と他地域との比較

    A shortage of doctors is now an urgent problem on the medical scene in Japan.The current situation of pulmonary doctors in Nagano was analyzed by a questionnaire survey,in which we also estimated the present state of pulmonary medicine in the Jo-Sho region. We sent out a questionnaire asking about the number of pulmonary physicians, the number of sickbeds, and the types of pulmonary disease patients in nineteen institutions affiliated with our institution. We also evaluated the relative status of pulmonary medicine at the Shinshu-Ueda Medical Center (formerly the National Nagano Hospital). Thirteen institutions responded to the survey.Ten out of the thirteen institutions felt there is a shortage of pulmonary physicians. The number of patients with pulmonary disease was significantly larger in large institutions (with more than 300 sickbeds).Although the pulmonary division of Shinshu-Ueda Medical Center specializes in pulmonary medicine (95% of inpatients in this division had pulmonary problems), the doctorpatient ratio was the highest among all the large institutions.Article信州医学雑誌 59(6): 419-422(2011)departmental bulletin pape

    えのき栽培従事者に発症した培地が原因と考えられた過敏性肺臓炎の1例

    We report a case of hypersensitivity pneumonitis in a worker cultivating enoki mushrooms.The patient developed symptoms of cough, sputum, and dyspnea after changing the culture medium of the enoki mushrooms. Radiographic findings showed small nodules and ground glass opacity in both lung fields. Bronchoalveolar lavage revealed a marked increase in lymphocytes.Lymphocyte stimulation test in both blood and bronchoalveolar lavage were positive for the culture medium but not for enoki mushrooms. Based on the results, a diagnosis of hypersensitivity pneumonitis caused by the culture medium of enoki mushrooms was confirmed. We should consider that the culture medium is a possible antigen leading to hypersensitivity pneumonitis.Article信州医学雑誌 53(2): 73-75(2005)journal articl

    利用多组学手段解析番茄育种过程中代谢物变化的机制

    番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)在育种过程中经历了驯化、改良、分化和渐渗等不同阶段,在这一选择过程中番茄的果重和风味等均发生了显著改变,但是目前对于番茄育种过程中代谢物的变化及其遗传基础却不是十分清楚。近期,中国农业科学院深圳农业基因组研究所黄三文研究组与华中农业大学罗杰研究组利用多组学(变异组、转录组及代谢组)手段系统解析了番茄育种过程中代谢物的变化。结果表明,在番茄驯化过程中有46个甾醇糖基生物碱类物质(SGAs)含量逐渐降低,并获得了7个与其中44个物质显著相关的遗传位点。因此,在番茄育种过程中通过优异等位位点的组合可以显著降低SGAs的含量;同时发现在番茄以果重为目标的选择过程中,控制果重基因周围其它基因的"搭车效应"是引起许多代谢物变化的重要遗传因素,及在育种过程中对某一性状的选择会对其它性状产生重要影响。该研究首次利用多组学手段系统解析了选择对作物代谢物的影响,为番茄品质改良奠定了良好的理论基础
