结核分枝杆菌相关γ-干扰素体外释放试验在结核病诊断中的应用价值
目的探讨结核分枝杆菌相关γ-干扰素体外释放试验(Tb-IgrA)在结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法用国产Tb-IgrA试剂定量检测268例结核病患者和104例体检健康者外周血结核特异性γ-干扰素的含量,同时与澳大利亚QfT-gIT试剂和结核菌素纯化蛋白质衍生物(PPd)皮试进行平行比较分析。结果国产Tb-IgrA试剂、QfT-gIT试剂和PPd皮试3种方法的敏感性分别为90.7%、88.1%和75.4%,特异性分别为76.9%、80.8%和54.8%,阳性预测值分别为91.0%、92.2%和81.1%,阴性预测值分别为76.2%、72.4%和46.3%,准确性分别为86.8%、86.0%和69.6%。三种方法对肺结核与肺外结核的检测效果无显著差异。结论 Tb-IgrA法对诊断结核病有较高的敏感性和准确性,在结核病防控中有较好的应用价值。国家十一五“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项资助项目(2008ZX10003-004

Value of in vitro IFN-γ release assay in detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis
目的探讨结核分枝杆菌相关γ-干扰素体外释放(Tb-IgrA)定量试验,对于结核病诊断的应用价值。方法用国产Tb-IgrA试剂定量检测342例结核病患者、143例非结核病患者外周血特异性γ-干扰素的含量,同时与澳大利亚QfT gIT和英国牛津T-SPOT.Tb试剂进行平行比较分析。结果 Tb-IgrA试剂对结核病患者的检测阳性率为90.1%,且对肺结核与肺外结核的检测差异无统计学意义,检测结果不受bCg的影响,与QfT gIT和T-SPOT.Tb试剂比较,3种方法差异无统计学意义。结论 Tb-IgrA检测结核分枝杆菌有较高的敏感性,对于结核病的诊断及预防有较好的应用价值。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the application value of MTB related IFN-γ release assay(TB-IGRA) for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.METHODS We detected the specific IFN-γ content in peripheral blood of 342 tuberculosis patients and 143 non-tubercular people with homebred TB-IGRA,in the meantime,did the same detections with QFT GIT from Australia and T-SPOT.TB from Oxford UK as parallel controls.RESULTS The positive rate of TB patients was 90.1% with TB-IGRA,and there were no significant differences between the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis,without BCG affecting this,as compared with QFT GIT and T-SPOT.TB,there were no significant differences among the 3 methods.CONCLUSION TB-IGRA has high sensitivity to the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and preferable application value in the diagnosis and prevention of tuberculosis.传染病重大专项(2008ZX10003-004
安徽省黄缘盒龟资源现状及驯养繁育调查
为弄清安徽省黄缘盒龟资源现状及驯养繁殖情况,2011年810月对安徽省皖南山区的黟县、泾县、广德及大别山区霍山县、金寨县等12个县区进行了调查。调查共发现安徽本地黄缘盒龟共34只,其中皖南山区27只,大别山区7只,另外发现台湾黄缘盒龟8只;安徽省有16个黄缘盒龟驯养基地,共有亲本2194只,2011年繁殖幼龟2280只。分析认为:黄缘盒龟资源严重衰退,存在种质混杂风险。建议加强资源管理,建立皖南、大别山黄缘盒龟保护区,建立安徽原产地黄缘盒龟繁殖中心,防止因台湾黄缘盒龟进入造成种质混杂
