Clinical evaluation of cefixime in the treatment of acute uncomplicated cystitis
成人女子の急性単純性膀胱炎154例に対しCFIXを投与しその治療成績ならびに安全性につき検討した.1) UTI薬効評価基準を満たした94例での総合臨床効果は著効76例, 有効17例, 無効1例であり, 有効率は98.9%であった.2)臨床症状, 膿尿および細菌尿に対する効果はそれぞれ98.9%, 97.9%, 97.9%であった.3)副作用は1例に頭重感がみられたのみで, 臨床検査値異常は3例にみられた.4)急性単純性膀胱炎に対しCFIXは有用かつ安全な薬剤と思われたCefixime (CFIX) was administered 200 mg (2 divided doses) per day to 154 female patients with acute uncomplicated cystitis. Ninety four of the 154 patients who satisfied the criteria proposed by the UTI Committee, Japan were examined for the efficacy of the treatment, but 151 of 154 patients were included in the study of the side effects of the drug. The overall clinical efficacy was excellent in 80.8% and moderate in 18.1% of the patients. Ninety five (97.9%) of 97 strains which were isolated from the patients were eradicated in the urinary specimens by the treatment. Subjective side effects were observed in only one (0.7%) of the 151 patients, who complained of a sensation of heaviness in the head. No drug-related aggravation in the laboratory test was observed except for three patients who showed mild elevation glutamic pyruvic transaminase, alkaline phosphatase and blood urea nitrogen. These results showed that the oral administration of CFIX was excellent and satisfactory in the treatment for acute uncomplicated cystitis
Study on the New Type Fe_3O_4 composite Anode
制备超细Fe3O4颗粒,然后与还原铁粉混合烧结制成Fe3O4-Fe复合阳极,分别进行析氯电位、循环伏安和强化电解寿命等实验测试,优化该复合阳极的最佳烧结温度和最佳Fe含量,为实用型Fe3O4-Fe复合阳极的制作提供了可行性依据.An ultrafine powder of magnetite has been prepared, and used to prepare the composite anode of Fe_(3)O_(4)-Fe by sintering method. The voltage of chlorine evolution、polarization curves、service life and mass loss, and the optimum sintering temperature and the weight ratio of the sintered powder have been investigated.
