Effects of transfected HSP70 on p38MAPK signal pathway
目的:探讨热休克蛋白 (HSP70 )在人胶质瘤细胞BT 32 5 p38MAPK信号通路中的作用。方法:用脂质体介导法将hsp70基因导入人胶质瘤细胞BT 32 5中 ,倒置显微镜观察转染细胞的形态学及粘附性变化 ,紫外线照射 30min后 ,采用免疫组化和Western blot方法测定转染前后HSP70的表达水平及照射前后 p38MAPK表达情况。结果:免疫组化和Western blot证实hsp70基因成功转染入BT 32 5中 ,转染细胞受到紫外线照射后 p38MAPK表达减弱。结论:体外转染hsp70基因可抑制紫外线照射后BT 32 5细胞 p38MAPK的表达.

The morphological and adhesive changes of the cells were observed under an inverted microscope. The level of HSP70 was measured by immunohistochemistry. 数字时代平台经济领域金融业务的监管思考
在数字经济时代大背景下,平台经济领域金融业务不断深化发展,极大地提升了金融对实体经济的支持力度。但是平台经济领域金融业务市场垄断、数据安全等问题凸显,给平台经济领域金融业务的有序发展带来了风险,也使监管面临新的挑战。面对平台经济领域金融业务快速发展中的不健康、不规范苗头和趋势,国家相关部门提出必须坚决纠正和治理。从监管侧出发,通过观察平台经济企业金融业务的演进过程和14家代表性平台企业的金融业务现状,分析平台经济企业金融业务的风险及监管痛点,提出运用监管科技等手段构建金融风险评价模型,第一时间发现风险苗头和隐患,及时发出预警,推动平台经济监管向主动监管、穿透监管、一致性监管模式转变
剥落故障演变对直齿轮副啮合刚度的影响研究
作为机械装备中的关键传动机构,渐开线直齿轮在啮合传动过程中,受极端工况影响,轮齿表面极易引发剥落缺陷,改变齿轮副啮合刚度,严重影响其工作性能和传动效率。针对轮齿表面剥落形貌演变过程中的齿轮副啮合刚度,以拓展后边缘线与原矩形剥落边缘线夹角描述剥落故障演变,结合势能法构建了含剥落故障齿轮副的啮合刚度计算模型。结果表明,当齿轮副发生齿面剥落时,会使剥落区域参与的啮合区间啮合刚度减小,并且随着剥落参数的增大,齿轮啮合刚度减小趋势增大;当剥落区域沿齿轮副轴向中心面不对称时,齿轮易发生扭转变形而产生扭转刚度;同时,由于摩擦力存在,剥落区域边缘会进一步拓展,使剥落区域的宽度增大,导致齿轮副时变啮合刚度曲线变化的区间范围增大
Study on Rh ZnO/MWNTs Catalyst for Methanol Synthesis
研究新型的由多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)负载的,ZnO助催的铑基甲醇合成催化剂.当铑含量达到4%(w)时,催化剂具有较高的比表面积(99.6m2·g-1),催化剂的反应活化能为68.8kJ·mol-1.在563K,1MPa下,催化剂的最高催化活性和甲醇选择性分别为411.4mg/gcat.·h和96.7%.TEM、TPR和TPD等表征结果显示,碳纳米管能增加Rh在催化剂表面的分散度,提高催化剂的还原温度并能增加氢物种的吸附量,这些结果将有助于更好地了解催化剂中各组分间的协同作用和催化活性中心本质.A novel catalyst for methanol synthesis, ZnO promoted rhodium supported on multi wall carbon nanotubes(MWNTs), was developed. As Rh content in catalyst is 4%(w), the catalyst has higher specific surfafic area of 99.6m2·g-1 and activation energy of 68.8 kJ·mol-1. The highest catalytic activity of CH3OH, 411.4 mg /g cat·h, can be obtained at 563 K and under 1 MPa(Table 1). The results of TEM, TPR and TPD showed that MWNTs can enhance the dispersion degree of Rh on the catalyst surface, increase the reduction temperature of the catalyst and the adsorption capacity of hydrogen species. These results will contribute to a better understanding of the synthergistic action of reaction components and the nature of catalytic activity center in the catalyst.福建省自然科学基金(E9910001,E0010006)资助项目
