ICP-MS测定肾癌患者血清微量元素水平及其临床意义分析
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对24例健康对照者、30例肾癌患者血清中多种微量元素的含量进行测定,探讨血清微量元素与肾肿瘤的关系。与健康对照组相比,肾癌患者血清中V、CO、nI、Mn、Cd的含量显著增高(P<0.05),而CA、zn的含量明显降低(P<0.05)。CO、nI、Cd可能是肾癌的危险因素,CA、zn可能为肾癌的保护因素。V、Mn与肾癌的相关性仍需进一步研究

时钟同步技术是分布式系统中非常活跃的研究领域之一,由于大多数分布式系统实际上是不同步的,因此需要采用容错时钟同步算法确保消息通信的有界延迟,而基于假设检验的时钟同步技术可以避免因错失对两个高概率不同步时钟进行同步调整而造成系统不正常使用的情况。该文讨论了时钟同步的假设检验问题。除了假设检验、两类错误概率,还给出了概率最小时钟偏差、时钟同步概率等概念。在时钟偏差的统计分布特性近似于服务正态分布的假设条件之下,提出了基于非中心t分布的时钟同步假设检验方案。最后,基于服务器和客户端之间双向消息通信传输模式,给出时钟偏差的估计和检验样本
Synthesis of Novel Luminescent Material KZnPO_4 Nano-lamellar
以ZnSO4·7H2O和K3PO4·3H2O为原料采用固相反应合成磷酸锌钾,应用均匀设计和数据挖掘技术设计实验方案,采用XRD、SEM和EDS等方法对产物进行表征,并对产物的长余辉发光性能进行了研究。结果表明,根据产物的产率和锌的含量进行回归分析可以建立2个数学模型,对模型进行优化处理可以得到固相法合成磷酸锌钾的最优工艺条件。在n(K3PO4·3H2O)∶n(ZnSO4·7H2O)=1.01、研磨时间31 min、保温温度750℃、保温时间3.2 h的最优条件下制备的KZnPO4纳米片,在紫外光照后可产生蓝绿色长余辉发光,最强发光峰的波长范围为415~530 nm。Potassium zinc phosphate(KZnPO4) was synthesized by solid-state reaction using K3PO4·3H2O and ZnSO4·7H2O as reagents.Experimental project was designed by uniform design and data mining technology.The obtained product was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and energy disperses spectroscopy,and its property of long lasting phosphorescence was also studied.Based on the yield and zinc content,two mathematical models were established by regression analysis.The best technology conditions of synthesis can be obtained by optimization of these two models.Under the optimum reaction conditions: molar ratio of n(K3PO4·3H2O)∶n(ZnSO4·7H2O)=1.01,grinding time 31 min,holding temperature 750 ℃,holding time 3.2 h,the prepared product is KZnPO4 with nano-lamellar structure.After ultraviolet radiation,the obtained product show blue-green long lasting phosphorescence and the highest emission peak is located at 415~530 nm.广西科学研究与技术开发计划应用基础研究专项(桂科攻11107013-6,桂科能0992028-13)资助项
