    农杆菌介导的遗传转化具有操作简便,转化率高,可低拷贝和大片段整合外源基因在宿主染色体上等优点,已经在植物中广泛应用。微藻作为一种重要的种质资源,是多种功能活性产物的初级生产者,在药物开发方面极具发展潜能。农杆菌介导的转化体系在部分微藻中获得成功,有效提高了药用活性产物的生产效率,改良了微藻的生理性能,为微藻药用资源的大规模工业化生产奠定了基础。本文综述了微藻来源的药用功能产物及农杆菌转化体系在微藻中的研究现状和影响转化效率的因素,并展望了该技术在药用微藻中的应用前景,为药用微藻资源的基因工程改造提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation has been widely used for plants, owing to its merits such as operation simplicity, high efficiency of transformation, and transferring a large segment of foreign DNA with low copy of the transgene(s) into host chromosomes. Microalgae are known as germplasm resources and primary producers of a variety of functionally activated products. It also possesses great potential in the development of pharmaceutical exploitation. Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation system has been established successfully in some microalgae. This technology has efficiently increased the productivity of medicinal activated products and improved the physiological performance in microalgae, thus laying foundation for the mass production of medicinally valuable microalgae at large-scale.     用于滑油中碎屑在线监测的电容传感器设计与实现

    设计了可集成于滑油管道的同轴电容传感器,可用于原位检测滑油中碎屑从而诊断航空发动机健康状态。建立同轴电容传感器的数学模型,采用数值仿真方法对电容传感器相关参数进行分析。结果表明:圆筒式电容传感器的电容值随碎屑数量的增加而增大,且大致呈现线性关系,随碎屑尺寸的增加而增大,且有较好的线性关系。确定合适的传感器设计参数,搭建试验台对同轴电容传感器进行初步实验验证,试验结果表明同轴电容传感器具有可行性。中央高校基本科研业务费项目(20720180120

    An Empirical Study of Earnings Management Based on Real Activities Manipulation——Empirical Evidence from Chinese Listed Companies

    以中国上市公司A股2002~2011年的数据为样本,对上市公司的真实盈余管理行为进行了实证研究。研究发现,微盈公司显著存在利用应计项目和真实活动进行正向盈余管理的现象,而在新会计准则实施后,微盈公司利用应计项目进行正向盈余管理的程度显著降低,但利用真实活动进行正向盈余管理的程度显著提高,说明新会计准则的实施促使微盈公司转而利用更加隐蔽的真实盈余管理进行利润操控。进一步研究发现,在控制了资产规模、资产回报率、年持有收益率、操控性应计利润及成长性等影响因素后,上市公司真实盈余管理的程度与其后期的业绩表现显著负相关,说明真实盈余管理行为会损害公司的长期价值。This paper empirically examine the real earnings management behavior of Chinese list companies with the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share from 2002-2011.The results show that small profit companies manage earnings upwards significantly by accruals as well as real activities.Small profit companies use less accrual earning management but more real earnings management significantly after the promulgation of new accounting standards.It suggests that the promulgation of new accounting standards urge small profit companies switch to use more covert real activities to manage earnings.The further research shows that real earnings management is negative related to the subsequent operating performance of list companies after we control other influence factors.It suggests that real earnings management will harm companies' long term value.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70972111); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目(2011221035

    Effects of nutrient limitation on cell cycle,toxin content and composition of Alexandrium tamarense CI01

    优化了塔玛亚历山大藻AlEXAndrIuM TAMArEnSE CI01细胞同步化方法,研究了n、P限制对A.TAMArEnSE CI01细胞周期及毒素含量和组成变化的影响。结果表明,采用前期驯化、细胞沉降分离和光限制诱导相结合的同步化方法,细胞同步率提高了约14%。n、P限制条件下,细胞分裂受抑制,分别停滞于g2/M期和g1期。营养盐对毒素合成及组成影响比较明显:n限制下单细胞毒素含量降低,P限制下单细胞毒素含量升高。在正常营养和P限制条件下,C1,2占毒素总量的98%以上,gTX2,3占总毒素量的2%左右;n限制条件下,C1,2所占比例下降到90%左右,而gTX2,3比例增长到约10%。根据C1,2和gTX2,3在一个细胞周期内的变化规律推测,毒素的合成受光诱导并在细胞周期g1期的特定时间内合成,细胞可能先合成gTX2,3毒素,后被转化为C1,2毒素。This study optimized the cell synchronized method of Alexandrium tamarense CI01 and investigated the effects of nutrient limitation on cell cycle,toxin content and composition of A.tamarense CI01.The result showed that the synchronization ratio of A.tamarense CI01 cells increased 14% compared to the traditional darkness induced method.Under nutrient limitation conditions,nitrate-limited cells were arrested at G2/M phase while phosphate-limited cells were arrested at G1 phase.Toxin content and composition of A.tamarense CI01 varied significantly at the different cell cycle phases.Nitrate-limitation decreased toxin content while phosphate-limitation increased toxin content compared to the nutrient replete condition.Compared to nutrient replete and phosphate-limitation conditions,the ratio of C1,2 declined from 98% to 90%,and the ratio of GTX2,3 increased from 2% to 10% under nitrate-limitation.Toxin biosynthesis was induced by light and always occurred during a defined time frame within the G1 phase of the cell cycle.Analyzing toxin biosynthesis time and ratios of C1,2 and GTX2,3 toxins in cells,we postulate that GTX2,3 is synthesized firstly and then is transferred to C1,2 in A.tamarense CI01.国家自然科学基金(40776068;40876059

    FEC基电解液对高压正极材料Li2CoPO4F电化学性能的影响

    本文研究了以氟代碳酸乙烯酯FEC(fluoroethylene carbonate)为共溶剂的电解液对高压正极材料Li2CoPO4F电化学性能的影响,与碳酸酯基电解液1 mol·L-1LiPF6EC/DMC=1:1(m:m)相比,1 mol·L-1LiPF6FEC/DMC=1:1(m:m)可显著提高Li2CoPO4F的循环稳定性.通过线性扫描伏安法(LSV)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)结合电化学阻抗(EIS)对FEC改善Li2CoPO4F材料循环稳定性的机理进行了探索,结果表明与传统碳酸酯基电解液相比,FEC基电解液在高压下有着优异的抗氧化性,能够有效抑制电解液的氧化分解.同时,FEC基电解液中形成的表面膜具有更高的稳定性,能够抑制电极/电解液界面副反应的发生,提高循环过程中电极材料结构稳定性,从而有益于提高Li2CoPO4F材料的电化学性能.福建省自然科学基金项目(No.2014J05019);;国家自然科学基金项目(No.21233004,No.21303147);;厦门大学校长基金(No.20720150090)资

    海洋有机质的光谱分析方法评述

    海洋有机质的光谱分析已成为海洋碳循环的研究热点之一。本文从天然有机质吸收光谱和荧光光谱分析的基本原理入手,系统梳理了有机质光谱分析中容易被忽视的基本概念,讨论了过滤与保存方式、p H值、荧光内滤效应等对有机质光谱分析的影响。结合色氨酸、酪氨酸、腐殖酸及大量现场样品的实验结果,对吸收光谱和三维荧光光谱的不同解析方法进行了系统的分析与对比。基于在南海、西菲律宾海获取的现场调查数据,对于文献中常用的荧光指数(FI)、腐殖化指数(HIX)、自生源指数(BIX)等光谱参数的内在含义及其在海洋环境中的适用性进行了评述。此外,还归纳和总结了胶体有机质和颗粒有机质荧光分析的最新进展,并对今后在光谱分析与观测领域有待完善和突破的一些关键领域进行了展望。国家自然科学基金面上项目(41876083;41276064);;“科学”号高端用户项目(KEXUE2017G11;KEXUE2018G03);;厦门市海洋与渔业局项

    Contents and Structure Analysis of Tannins in Leaves of Three Cultivars of Camellia sinensis

    测定了本山、黄旦和铁观音三个品种茶树成熟叶片的总酚及可溶缩合单宁含量,并通过基质辅助激光解吸附飞行时间质谱(MAldI-TOfMS)研究了茶叶缩合单宁的基本结构。结果显示,三种茶叶均具有较高的总酚含量,大约为200Mg/g;三种茶叶的缩合单宁是以(表)儿茶素(EC/C)和(表)棓儿茶素(EgC/gC)为基本结构单元的均聚物和杂聚物,且大部分聚合物的结构单元之间存在A型和b型两种连接方式,其中本山和黄旦缩合单宁的最高聚合度要大于铁观音。The contents of total polyphenols and extractable condensed tannins in leaves of three types of Camellia sinensis (Benshan,Huangdan and Tieguanyin) were determined.In addition,the structures of condensed tannins were characterized by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-Tof MS).Three types of tea leaves have total phenolic contents as high as 200 mg/g.The majority of condensed tannins in the three types of C.sinensis are identified as the mixtures of procyanidins and prodelphinidins with a medium level of galloylation through the linkage of A-type and B-type interflavan bonds.Meanwhile the degree of polymerizations is higher in Benshan and Huangdan than in Tieguanyin.国家自然科学基金项目(40376026;30671646
