    税收政策变动影响我国国有企业固定资产投资的实证研究

    本文试图利用1997~2005年省际面板数据实证检验税收政策的变动对国有企业投资行为的影响,在资本使用者成本模型的分析框架下,本文的研究发现,税收通过资本使用者成本对我国国有企业的投资行为具有显著的反方向影响,其中增值税对投资的弹性系数为-0.7,企业所得税为-0.8;同时,在非税收因素中,地方政府的财政扩张程度、地方政府间的竞争两大因素对国有企业的投资具有显著的正方向影响,但是影响的力度正随国有企业改革的推进逐年减弱。国家自然科学基金项目(70873099)支

    CCND1基因多态性与肝细胞癌遗传易感性的病例对照研究

    目的探讨细胞周期蛋白D1基因(CCND1)rs9344位点多态性与肝细胞癌易感性的关联;方法采用病例对照研究,对经肝内穿刺活检确认的266例原发性肝细胞癌新发病例及经年龄、性别匹配的306例健康对照,应用MALDI-TOF法检测CCND1 rs9344基因多态性,以χ2检验比较CCND1基因型及相关危险因素在病例对照间分布的差异,采用非条件Logistic回归分析基因型与肝癌发病风险的关系。结果 CCND1 rs9344位点存在GG、GA、AA三种基因型,G/A等位基因及各基因型在肝癌组与对照组中分布未见明显差异,但在分层分析中发现,有肝脏疾病史人群中病例组AA基因型携带比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,与GG基因型相比,AA基因型伴有肝病史个体罹患肝细胞癌的风险比值比为5.29(OR=5.29,95%CI:1.42-24.49);结论 CCND1 rs9344位点多态性与肝细胞癌易感性无明显相关,AA基因型携带者且有肝脏疾病史对比其他基因型携带者患肝细胞癌的风险较高。厦门市科技局社会发展项目3502Z20124023

    Fabrication of a Spongelike Nanostructured TiO_2 Film and Its Photocatalytic Activity

    采用电化学阳极氧化法在钛表面构筑了海绵状纳米结构TIO2膜.应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(Xrd)对膜层的形貌和晶型进行了分析和表征,考察了阳极氧化时间对膜层厚度的影响,并通过海绵状纳米结构TIO2膜对甲基橙的光催化降解研究了膜层厚度与光催化活性的关系.结果表明,海绵状纳米结构TIO2膜对甲基橙具有光催化降解作用,而且随着膜层厚度的增加,光催化降解速率显著增大,厚度为2.2μM的海绵状纳米结构TIO2膜对甲基橙的光催化降解速率是厚度为480nM的6.4倍.A spongelike nanostructured titanium dioxide(TiO2) film was fabricated on a titanium substrate by electrochemical anodic oxidation.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) experiments were performed to characterize the morphology and crystalline phase of the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 films.The effect of anodizing time on the thickness of the layers was examined.The relationship between the thickness of the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 film and its photocatalytic activity was investigated by the degradation of methyl orange solution.Results showed that the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 film had a high photocatalytic activity.The photocatalytic degradation rate of a methyl orange solution increased with the film thickness.The photocatalytic degradation rate by the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 film with a thickness of 2.2 μm was 6.4 times as large as that by the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 film with a thickness of 480 nm.福建省自然科学基金(U0750015);福建省科技计划重点课题(2007H0031);厦门市科技计划(3502Z20073004);国家基础科学人才培养基金(J0630429)资助项目---

    目的 研究 p38MAPK基因转染大鼠胶质瘤细胞系C6后对其生物学特性的影响 .方法 利用脂质体介导法将p38MAPK基因导入大鼠胶质瘤细胞系 C6中 ,用免疫细胞化学染色检测其在细胞转染前后的表达情况 ,用 HE染色、流式细胞仪等方法研究其对细胞形态、粘着状况和生长周期的影响 .结果 转染 p CMV5 - p38MAPK质粒组 p38MAPK蛋白表达阳性 ,细胞形态发生变化 ,贴壁性降低 ,出现大量凋亡细胞 .结论 转染 p38MAPK基因可诱导胶质瘤细胞凋亡 【英文摘要】 AIM To study the effect of p38MAPK transfection on the biological characteristics of glioma cell C6. METHODS p38MAPK was transfected into glioma cell C6 by lipofectin. Expression of p38MAPK was detected by immunocytochemistry. HE staining and flow cytometry were adopted to measure the cell morphology, adhesion and cell cycle.     The model research of hybrid-compression conformal predictor with confidence

    提出一种改进的混合压缩相符预测器.混合压缩相符预测器采用两阶段压缩过程:先将部分序列样本压缩成模型以知识的形式保存;再将知识传递给后续样本用于置信预测.混合压缩相符预测器不仅能提高计算效率,还提供巧妙的邻近性度量,从而极大地提高了第二阶段的预测效率.以田纳西-伊斯曼化工过程为例,验证了该方法的有效性和高效性.Conformal predictor is extended to hybrid-compression conformal predictor(HCCP) in order to improve the computational efficiency.HCCP executes compression in two stages: a.a compression expert is assigned to compress part of the sequence of data;b.it transmits the extracted information to the successive transductive prediction.As a result,HCCP yields competitive computational efficiency,as well as maintaining the predictive efficiency,due to the ingenious proximity between the examples produced in the second stage.A case study of Tennessee Eastman Process was provided to illustrate the advantage of the proposed method.国家高技术研究发展计划资助项目(2006AA01Z129

    DYNAMIC of NUTRIENT ELEMENTS IN LITTERFALL of SUBTROPICAL RAIN FOREST of HEXI IN FUJIAN

    探讨了福建和溪亚热带雨林主要营养元素通过凋落物的归还动态.结果表明,该森林一年中凋落物不同组分各元素的含量具有波动性,加权平均含量为n>k>CA>Mg>P(落果CA=Mg、落枝CA>k)。通过凋落物归还n、P、k、CA、Mg元素的年库流量,分别为87.41、3.82、40.80、28.81和15.32kgHM(-2),灰分量为284.57kgHM(-2),其中以落叶形式居最大,分别各占总量的73.4%、68.1%、.77.2%、72.9%、74.5%和79.9%;各元素的年库流量与年凋落物量的月分布相一致,有明显的季节性.森林地表残留物n、P、k、CA、Mg元素的累积储量.分别为54.83、2.45、9.69、17.0和9.25kgHM(-2).五种元素在林下地表的滞留时间,分别为n0.61、P0.61、k0.23、CA0.56和Mg0.53年.Study on the dynamics of nutrient elements returned to the Forest Floor From litterFall in a subtropical rain Forest of Hexi in Fujian Province showed that the contents of elements in various Fractions of litterFall Fluctuated within a year, and the weighted'average contents of elements were in the order N>K>Ca>Mg>P(Ca=Mg For Fruit, Ca>K For branch).The annual Flows of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and ash From litterFall were 87.41, 3.82,40.80,28.81, 15.32 and 284.57kg hm-2, respectively.The pool amounts of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in residues on the Floor were 54.83, 2.45, 9.69, 17.0 and 9.25kg hm-2, respectively.The residence time of the Five elements on the Floor was 0.61, 0.61, 0.23, 0.56 and 0.53 year, respectively

    Photoelectrocatalytic Property of Titanium Based TiO_2 Nanotube Array Electrode

    应用电化学阳极氧化法在纯TI基底上制备高度有序的TIO2纳米管阵列,考察了TI/TIO2光阳极的光电化学响应。以苯酚溶液为目标污染物,研究TI/TIO2电极的光电催化性能,并与光催化性能进行比较。结果表明,该电极光电催化性能优于光催化性能,施加0.6V电压时,光电催化性能最好。电化学阻抗谱分析显示,光电催化和光催化降解过程的速控步骤均为表面反应步骤,外加偏压减小了界面电荷转移阻抗,提高了光生载流子的分离效率。TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by the electrochemical anodization on pure Ti surfaces,and their photoelectrochemical activity was examined.The photoelectrocatalytic property of Ti/TiO2 electrode was evaluated by the degradation of phenol aqueous solution and compared with its photocatalytic performance.The results demonstrated that the photoelectrocatalytic degradation rate of phenol solution for Ti/TiO2 electrode was higher than its photocatalytic degradation rate.The highest photoelectrocatalytic level could be achieved when the bias potential of 0.6V was applied on the Ti/TiO2 electrode.The results of EIS analyses revealed that the surface reaction step was the only rate limiting step either for the photocatalytic process or for the photoelectrocatalytic process.The extra bias potential could decrease the values of the electron-transfer resistance and increase the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.福建省自然科学基金(No.U0750015);福建省科技计划重点课题(No.2007H0031);厦门市科技计划(No.3502Z20073004)资助项
