    Influence of the polarization dueing to the output mirror on the efficiency of Ⅱ-type non critical phase match

    研究了V型腔nd∶yVO4/kTP绿光激光器中的输出镜反射相移的产生原因。结合Ⅱ类相位匹配kTP倍频晶体的倍频特性,首次分析了反射相移对腔内基频光偏振特性及Ⅱ类相位匹配倍频效率的影响。结果发现:当反射相移△在0~π范围内变化时,倍频效率随△的增大而降低;当△<2°时,倍频效率相对于理想情况下降幅度很小,可忽略不计。利用矩阵法对输出镜多层膜特性进行了分析,通过合理控制入射角度,减小了反射相移,提高了激光器的倍频效率。Effect of the polarization characteristics of the output mirror coating of a V-shaped cavity green diode pumped solid-state laser with Ⅱ-type non critical phase match is presented.Theoretical result shows that due to the output mirror,the reflection-induced phase shift of the coating can cause a decrease of the efficiency of frequency doubling.But when the reflection-induced retardancy is less than 2°,relative to the ideal state,the efficiency of frequency doubling changes very little,and can be neglected.The efficiency of frequency doubling is improved by controlling the angle of incidence reasonably to reduce the reflection-induced retardancy.The result also has some reference to four-mirror formed fold-cavity structure and ring resonator.福建省科技计划重大项目(2004HZ01-1-3

    Egg density and sinking rate of a planktonic copepod Calanus sinicus (Copepoda: Calanoida)

    中华哲水蚤是中国全球海洋生态系统动力学(China-GLOBEC)研究中的关键次级生产者,是浮游植物与高营养级生物之间的中间纽带。为了阐明中华哲水蚤的卵沉降动力学,采用密度梯度离心法研究了中华哲水蚤的卵密度,研究结果表明:在厦门湾中华哲水蚤平均卵密度为1.0733 g cm-3。按照斯托克斯定律,中华哲水蚤卵的沉降速率为43.9~67.5 m d-1。对中华哲水蚤卵沉降时间与孵化时间的比较表明,在厦门湾中华哲水蚤卵能够在孵化之前就沉降到海底。并对中华哲水蚤卵快速沉降的生态学意义展开了讨论。关键词:密度;沉降速率;卵;中华哲水蚤Calanus sinicus is regarded as one of the key secondary producers,linking phytoplankton and higher trophic levels,in the China-GLOBEC Project.The density and sinking rate of Calanus sinicus eggs were studied in order to understand the depositional dynamics of eggs.The egg density of C.sinicus was determined by the density-gradient centrifugation with sucrose solution.The mean density of C.sinicus eggs was 1.0733 g cm3 with a SD of 0.0087 g cm-3 in Xiamen Bay from December 2002 to May 2003.Based on Stokes′ Law,the values of sinking rate for Calanus sinicus eggs were estimated,ranging from 43.9 to 67.5 m d-1.The comparison of the egg deposition time and egg hatching time suggested that in most cases virtually all eggs of C.sinicus would settle to the bottom before their hatching in Xiamen Bay even though the eggs have high potential to hatch.The ecological significance of fast settlement of C.sinicus eggs was discussed.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40506002,40076034);; 极地科学青年创新基金资助项目(JDQ200502)~

    双目视觉绳系支撑飞行器模型位姿动态测量

    绳牵引并联机器人(WDPR)为风洞试验提供了一种新型支撑方式,可用于多/六自由度风洞复杂动态试验。针对该支撑下飞行器模型的大范围运动,发展了一种基于双目视觉的模型位姿动态测量方法。首先,设计了一种编码合作标志点,合理布置于模型表面,通过图像处理消除绳对标志点成像干扰,进行标志点三维重构;然后,利用绝对定姿算法求解相对位姿初值,且给出了理论误差分析,并基于双目相机重投影误差构建李代数下的无约束最小二乘优化问题,采用L-M算法进行位姿优化;最后,采用该测量系统分别进行了静态和动态精度验证试验,以及大迎角俯仰振荡等3种单/多自由度典型运动轨迹测量。试验数据显示,静态角度和位移测量精度分别优于0.02°/0.02mm;动态测量时角度精度可达到0.1°量级,位移平均误差为0.4mm。研究结果表明:设计的双目视觉测量系统是有效可行的,可为后续风洞试验的实际应用提供支持。国家自然科学基金(11702232,11472234)中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金(20720180071)~

    Precision Model and Analysis of Large Axisymmetric Aspheric Grinding

    运用刚体运动学理论和坐标变换,建立高精度平面磨床的通用误差模型。针对大尺寸轴对称非球面工件的高精度加工要求,采用光栅式平行磨削的加工方式。根据这种非球面磨削方式和高精度平面磨床的结构,给出影响大尺寸非球面加工精度的主要误差因素,并建立基于这些主要误差因素的大尺寸非球面误差模型。对主要单项误差的分析表明,磨床的直线度及定位精度误差和圆弧半径误差是影响面形分布的主要因素,而面形误差值则是各个误差综合作用的结果。通过误差模型可以预测面形误差分布和大小,并可以利用该模型进行补偿加工。加工试验结果表明,该模型能够比较准确地预测面形精度,补偿试验后精度提高,说明利用该模型进行补偿是有效的。The general error model of high precision surface grinder is presented by using rigid body kinematics theory and coordinate transformation.To meet the machining requirement of large axisymmetry aspheric lens,the grating parallel grinding method is adopted.Considering high precision surface grinder structure and the main error factors affect the machining accuracy of large aspheric,a large axisymmetric aspheric error model is proposed,which can be used to predict surface accuracy and compensation grinding.The main error factors are discussed and it is shown that the straightness error,positioning error and arc radii error are main errors that effect surface error distribution,meanwhile,surface error value is the mixed result of each individual error.The experiments are carried out and in agreement with the theoretical results.The grinding experiment shows that the model can well predict surface accuracy and surface accuracy is improved after compensation grinding国家科技重大专项(2011ZX04004-061); 国家自然科学基金(51075343)资助项

    虾池沉积环境中若干功能菌及弧菌的时空变化

    2003年10月~2004年5月在泉州东海一新建虾池与一池龄15年的老旧虾池,采用平板计数方法研究底泥环境中可培养异养菌(HB) 、淀粉降解菌(AB) 、有机磷降解菌OPB) 、无机磷溶解菌( INP) 、几丁质降解菌(CB) 、油脂降解菌(LB) 、纤维素降解菌(CLB) 、硫氧化细菌( SOB)等各种功能菌以及弧菌(VB)数量的变化情况,并对它们与可培养异养菌之间的相关关系进行了探讨. 结果表明,在整个养殖期中,新池泥样中可培养异养菌总数范围在1. 95 ×104 ~7. 7 ×105CFU /g之间, 旧池泥样中可培养异养菌总数范围在2 ×104 ~1. 88 ×105 CFU /g之间,两池的数量变化波动均较大,其它功能菌与异养菌相似,在整个养殖周期也是呈现较大的波动幅度, 但统计分析表明淀粉降解菌、有机磷降解菌、油脂降解菌、弧菌等与可培养异养细菌之间呈现着明显的正相关,而几丁质降解菌、无机磷溶解菌、纤维素降解菌以及硫氧化细菌与异养菌之间则无明显的相关关系.国家863项目(2002AA603013) ,国家自然科学基金项目 (30370276) ,福建省科技重点项目(2004 I023)资

    Truing Error Analysis of Arc Wheel in Optical Aspheric Grinding

    针对光学非球面磨削加工中对圆弧砂轮修整精度要求比较高的特点,采用gC杯形砂轮修整器对圆弧砂轮进行修整,并分析杯形砂轮修整器几何误差和原理误差。在此基础上,讨论了各种误差对圆弧砂轮的修整及对非球面加工的影响程度,确定修整器定位倾斜误差是影响圆弧砂轮修整的主要因素,特别是对圆弧半径的影响。针对定位倾斜误差因素进行了砂轮修整实验,结果表明定位倾斜情况下拟合的圆弧半径残差较大且残差分布与理论分析一致。非球面加工实验显示定位倾斜情况下的工件面形误差分布情况与理论分析一致。修整器调正后再次进行加工,结果呈现不同的面形误差分布且误差减小了,验证了定位倾斜误差对非球面加工的影响。Aimed at high accurate truing of arc wheel in optical aspheric grinding,a GC cup truer was adopted for the arc wheel truing,and the truer's geometric error and principle error were analyzed.The effects of all errors on the arc wheel truing and optical aspheric grinding were discussed.It was found that the positioning tilt error was the main error in the arc wheel truing.Truing experiment results show that the residual error of fitting radius is bigger and its distribution coincides with theoretical analysis.The optical work-piece surface error distribution is also similar to theoretical analysis in the aspheric grinding.After anti-tilting,the experiment results show that the surface error distribution is changed and the surface accuracy is improved.国家自然科学基金项目(51075343); 国家科技重大基金专项(2011ZX04004-061

    不同饵料、密度和池底对锯缘青蟹大眼幼体蜕皮变态的影响

    实验观察了不同饵料、池底、密度对锯缘青蟹大眼幼体蜕皮变态率和残杀率的影响.实验结果表明:投喂裸腹蚤时,大眼幼体蜕皮变态率最高,3种池底大眼幼体蜕皮变态率平均为 78.1%,残杀率最低平均为 11.4%;海泥池底大眼幼体蜕皮变态率最高,投喂3种饵料的大眼幼体蜕皮变态率平均为84.8%,残杀率最低平均为7.6%;裸腹蚤是青蟹大眼幼体培育适宜的饵料,而海泥则是大眼幼体变态适宜的池底.不同培育密度对青蟹大眼幼体蜕皮变态率和残杀率的实验结果表明:当大眼幼体的培育密度为3 尾/dm3 时,其蜕皮变态率最高,而残杀率与大眼幼体培育密度的关系不明确. 【英文摘要】 Effects of different dietary,densities and substrata on metamorphosis rate and cannibalistic rate from protozoea 1 (PZ1) to postlarvae 1(PL1) stages of Scylla serrata megalopae were studied in two separate experiments.In the first experiment,three dietary:Monia mongolica,minced meat of Ruditapes philippinaram which filted through mesh and haima 0 shrimp stuff and three substrata:sea mud,sand and cement were investigated.It showed that the metamorphosis rate of megalopae was higher when it was fed Monia mong...国家海洋 863 项目“锯缘青蟹大规模人工育苗技术”(2002AA603013)资
