    Ki-67与脑膜瘤分级及复发的相关性分析

    目的分析Ki-67与脑膜瘤分级及复发的相关性。方法收集2005年1月—2013年5月的172例脑外科脑膜瘤初次手术治疗患者病理标本,采用免疫组化染色检测标本中Ki-67的阳性率,随访患者5年内复发情况,并分析Ki-67与脑膜瘤分级及复发的相关性。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级脑膜瘤患者的Ki-67阳性率分别为(1.70±1.13)%、(4.81±3.63)%和(25.00±8.53)%,Ki-67阳性率逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义(Z=79.474,P <0.05)。随访5年,复发患者32例。复发患者Ki-67阳性率(10.94±12.25)%高于非复发患者(2.30±2.34)%,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.958,P <0.05)。结论 Ki-67与脑膜瘤分级及复发有关,具有重要的临床价值

    Responses of upper layer of northern South China Sea to two locally-generated tropical cyclones

    应用Topex/Poseidon卫星高度计海面高度距平(SSHA)资料以及TMI的逐日海表温度数据,对两个局地生成的热带气旋(1999年台风LEO和2000年台风WUKONG)引起的南海北部海洋响应过程进行研究。结果表明,在热带气旋影响下,海面高度显著降低,SSHA平均减少30cm,流场上出现气旋型环流,海表温度显著降低,降低幅度为2℃左右,在其尾迹上出现冷涡;相对于降温过程,海表温度的恢复过程非常缓慢;热带气旋强度突变或移行较缓时易引起海洋的强烈响应,这种响应的空间和时间尺度都较大,持续时间至少1周,发生响应的海域范围也很广,甚至可以跨越3个纬度的距离。Responses of upper layer of the northern South China Sea to two locally-generated tropical cyclones have been studied by using the data derived from Topex/Poseidon altimeter and SST data from TRMM Microwave Imager(TMI).The two tropical cyclones are typhoon LEO from April 27th to May 2nd in 1999 and typhoon WUKONG from September 5th to September 10th in 2000.The following results are obtained.The sea surface height decreased and a geostrophic current appeared under the influence of the tropical cyclones.SST decreased apparently and there were cold eddies in the wakes of the tropical cyclones.Compared with the process of SST decreasing,it took longer time,about one week,for SST to recover.The sea surface height tended to show an intense response when there were abrupt changes in the intensity of the tropical cyclones or when they moved slowly.These responses appeared to have large spacial and temporal scales.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40576015,40576015);; 中国海洋大学物理海洋学教育部重点实验室开放课题(200304

    固定化双酶耦联体系制备手性胺

    胺脱氢酶(amine dehydrogenase,Am DH)能够在辅酶的作用下不对称还原前手性酮制备手性胺,并与甲酸脱氢酶(formate dehydrogenase,FDH)构建耦联双酶反应体系,通过酶活检测与高效液相色谱法得出,Am DH和FDH浓度比为4∶1、底物浓度为10 mmol/L、辅酶浓度为0. 025 mmol/L时,是游离双酶耦联体系最优反应条件.为提高双酶耦联体系的稳定性,将聚乙烯亚胺-双酶复合物作为模板和催化剂,诱导钛前驱体Ti-BALDH(titanium(IV) bis-(ammoniumlactato)-dihydroxide)缩聚,形成固定化耦联体系.与游离酶体系相比,辅酶可在固定化酶体系的微环境中高效循环再生,大大提高了多酶耦联体系的催化效率

    MLICP-CNN:基于CNN与ICP的多标记胸片置信诊断模型

    针对胸片的多标记预测集缺少可校准性的缺陷,提出一种基于卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Networks,CNN)与归纳一致性预测器(Inductive Conformal Prediction,ICP)的多标记胸片置信诊断模型MLICP-CNN。该模型将学习数据划分为训练集和校准集,通过使用CNN从训练集中学习出规则D。基于规则D和校准集使用算法随机性对被测数据进行置信预测,即为每个被测数据提供附带置信度的多标记预测集。在对Chest X-ray14胸片数据集的实验结果表明,该模型在临床常用的95%置信度下,模型准确率为95%,体现了置信度评估的恰好可校准性。在CNN架构为Resenet50并采用LS-MLICP为奇异值映射函数下,模型性能最好,其确定预测率为96.43%,理想预测率为92.31%。另外,CNN架构对预测效率的影响程度远远小于奇异值映射函数。国家自然科学基金面上项目(61673186);;\n福建省自然科学基金面上项目(2012J01274

    该研究成果揭示了吞噬性细胞内Hippo信号通路关键激酶Mst1和Mst2通过活化Rac家族蛋白来调节线粒体向吞噬小泡募集并释放ROS来清除病原体,这个生物学过程在天然免疫和宿主防御中发挥着重要作用。该成果解析了人的Mst1基因缺失或Rac2基因突变引发免疫缺陷综合症的致病机理,为研究人类感染性疾病提供了全新的视角。 该论文的主要工作由2012级博士生耿晶、2013级博士生孙秀峰以及王平、张世浩和王晓珍等学生共同承担,并与厦门市第一医院、台湾长庚大学、中国科学技术大学等单位合作完成,通讯作者为周大旺教授和陈兰芬教授。该研究工作获得了“青年千人计划”、国家自然科学基金委和科技部的资助。Mitochondria need to be juxtaposed to phagosomes for the synergistic production of ample reactive oxygen species (ROS) in phagocytes to kill pathogens. However, how phagosomes transmit signals to recruit mitochondria has remained unclear. Here we found that the kinases Mst1 and Mst2 functioned to control ROS production by regulating mitochondrial trafficking and mitochondrion-phagosome juxtaposition. Mst1 and Mst2 activated the GTPase Rac to promote Toll-like receptor (TLR)-triggered assembly of the TRAF6-ECSIT complex that is required for the recruitment of mitochondria to phagosomes. Inactive forms of Rac, including the human Rac2D57N mutant, disrupted the TRAF6-ECSIT complex by sequestering TRAF6 and substantially diminished ROS production and enhanced susceptibility to bacterial infection.     互联网与餐饮业的融合为社会带来巨大经济效益的同时,也导致了外卖垃圾的爆发式增长。在线餐饮外卖垃圾的治理是一项涉及多主体、多层级、多因素的复杂系统工程,需要多方参与共治。但目前无论是相关法律法规的建设、治理措施的实施,还是理论研究,均处于空白状态。引入与系统生态学和可持续系统工程相关的理论、方法和技术,以层次分析法为研究方法,提出参与治理主体的重要影响指标和发展。结合区块链技术,基于ACP理论和知识自动化手段构建面向在线餐饮外卖垃圾的平行溯源与治理系统,并打造一个去中心化的绿色信用平台,一方面可调动相关主体参与治理的积极性,以解决参与治理主体的有效协同问题,另一方面可解决无经验借鉴和难以科学决策的难题
