本文对基于GIS 空间分析支持下的海洋功能区划指标法、叠加分析法、综合分析法进行了初步研究,建立 了对应价值评价指标。根据渤海海域遥感影像资料、自然环境调查和社会经济资料,运用遥感影像解译方法、GIS 空间分析方法,全面分析了环渤海地区海洋区划,将研究方法应用于渤海海域功能区划工作中。进一步分析了渤海区划和海域利用规律,揭示了该区域的主要类型和分布特征,为渤海海洋可持续利用提供科学有效的决策支持

The Impact of New Rural Pension Insurance on Labor Force Participation of Rural Middle-aged and Older Adults in China : An Empirical Study Based on CHIPs Data

In 2009, the Chinese government implemented a new public pension system called the New Rural Pension Insurance (NRPI) in rural areas. As the government promoted participation in the NRPI, the coverage rate and the number of members increased. In this paper, we conducted an empirical study using a quasi-natural experiment―the difference-in-difference (DID) method—to investigate the impact of the NRPI on the labor participation of rural middle-aged and older adults in China, and test four hypotheses on the issue.The main conclusions are as follows. First, the NRPI positively affects the labor force participation rate of rural middle-aged and older adults. Second, the expected effect of the NRPI may lead to an early labor market exit among middle-aged adults (50-59 years.) Third, the NRPI may reduce the probability of work participation among rural residents, without having a significant statistical effect on migrant workers. Fourth, the impact of the NRPI on labor force participation differs from region to region. It has a negative effect on the eastern region, while having a positive one on the west.The results suggest that to solve the problems, such as low public pension enrollment rate among migrant workers, and pension benefit disparities between regions, revised public pension reforms should be considered by the Chinese government
