Light Distribution Design and Simulation of LED for High Uniformity Illumination of Desk Lamp
针对台灯照明的高均匀性要求,设计一个自由曲面透镜对lEd光源进行二次光学配光。根据非成像光学理论,在已知入射光强分布与所需配光效果的前提下,建立关于透镜自由曲面面型的偏微分方程,并采用相应的数值解法,得到自由曲面面型数据。通过在建模软件rHInOCErOS中建立光学透镜的模型,并在TrACEPrO中进行光学仿真,得出仿真结果,验证此设计方法的可行性。According to high uniformity requirements of desk lamp lighting, a free curved surface lens is de-signed to perform the secondary light distribution of light emitting diode(LED) light source.Based on the theory ofnon-imaging optics, at the condition of known incident light intensity distribution and required light distribution effect,partial differential equations related to the shape of free curved surface are established.And corresponding numericalvalue algorithm is adopted to obtain the data of the shape of free curved surface.The models of optical lens are builtthrough simulation software Rhinoceros.And optical simulation is performed in Tracepro.The simulation results areobtained to verify the feasibility of the design method.福建省重大科技项目资助(2006H0092
LED Lighting Design of Underground Parking Lots Based on DILAUX
目前由于汽车的广泛普及,对城市的地下车库照明提出了更多的要求,但随着新一代照明光源lEd照明技术进一步的发展与完善,使得地下车库照明有了更节能、更环保、更经济的可能。在dIlAuX中建模57x33.3M2的中型地下车库,并利用dIlAuX计算软件对地下车库的lEd照明进行模拟、计算、优化,不断的调整灯具位置以及灯具间隔来到达最佳的照明效果,通过实景分析来探讨lEd在地下车库照明领域应用的可行性及其应用前景,并为地下车库照明提供一种设计上的借鉴。More requirements for the light system of civil underground parking lot lighting are concerned since cars are wildly-used nowadays.And it becomes possible to make the light system of underground parking lot more energy-saving,more environmental friendly and more economic as the new generation of LED technology gets more and more developed and improved.DILAUX is a kind of lighting calculation software,and it is used to model an underground parking lot with a medium 57 × 33.3m2and some simulations,calculations,and optimization on the LED light of the parking lot are also done by DILAUX.Therefore,constantly adjust locations and intervals of the lighting fixtures to achieve the optimal results.Furthermore,the feasibilities and application prospects of LED lighting applications in the underground parking lot field can also be explored through the real analysis.Overall,it shows an example to design the light system for civil underground parking lots.国家自然科学基金(61301009); 福建省重大科技项目资助(2006H0092); 福建省自然科学基金计划资助项目(2013J01252
1,3-取代吲唑类低氧诱导因子l抑制剂的设计合成及其抗肝癌活性
低氧诱导因子l(HIF-1)与肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭和耐药密切相关,在肿瘤细胞内HIF-1高度表达,因此新型的HIF-1抑制剂可作为潜在的抗肿瘤药物。本文合成了9个1,3-取代吲唑衍生物。通过蛋白质印迹(Western Blot)法及实时定量荧光PCR(Real time-PCR)等方法检测了其对HIF-1及其靶基因血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平的影响,并以3-(5’-羟甲基-2’-呋喃基)-1-苯甲基吲唑(YC-1)为阳性对照药物初步评价了其体外抗肝癌细胞增殖的生物活性。实验发现化合物7b可显著抑制HIF-1及其下游靶基因VEGF的表达,且体外抗肝癌增殖生物活性优于YC-1,半抑制浓度(IC50)值为10.37μmol/L。研究结果表明,3-(5’-羟甲基-2’-呋喃)-1-(1″-对甲苯磺酰基)吲唑具有靶向抑制HIF及良好的抗肝癌活性作用。福建省科技厅项目(2015Y0081,2015J01350);;厦门大学大学生创新创业训练计划项目(2016X0644,20720152005)~
Bone Proteomic Analysis About Chinese Medicine Action On Rat Ovariectomy Model of Osteoporosis.
目的:用蛋白质组学的方法对绝经后骨质疏松症和中药作用机理进行研究,有利于临床防治该疾病。方法:建立去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症模型,设立中药治疗组及假手术对照组,6周后骨质疏松症模型成功,行骨形态学检查,提取骨组织蛋白质样品,双向电泳分离,得到各组骨组织总蛋白质分子解剖图谱,用图像分析软件,分析各组间差异蛋白质点,MADITOF/MS质谱分析,结合蛋白质生物信息库(Matrix science Ltd database),对各蛋白质初步鉴定。结论:鉴定了3个差异蛋白,分别为P1硫氧还蛋白过氧化酶1(Thioredoxin peroxidase 1),P2为阻凝蛋白轻链肽2(Myosin light polypeptide 2),P3为泛素化酶E2-17KD(ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2-17kD)。初步认为这三种蛋白质在绝经后骨质疏松症的发病及中药治疗过程中发挥着重要调控作用。Objective:To study the mechanism about osteoporosis of OVX(ovariectomy) and Chinese Medicine action on osteoporosis in proteomics,it is of benefit to prevent and cure this disease.Methods:Bilateal OVX in rats was performed as osteoporosis model.Rat was randomly divided into three groups:control group,osteoporosis model group and Chinese Medicine therapy group.The pathology of bone was examined after 6 weeks.In the present proteomic study,we characterized the protential effects of OVX and Chinese Medicine on protein expression in rat bones.Using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,mass spectrometry,and Matrix science Ltd database,we elementarily identified three variational proteins.Conclusions:Three proteins were identified as proteins similar to thioredoxin peroxidase 1,Myosin light polypeptide 2 and ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2-17kD.These proteins have been demonstrated to be postmenopausal proteins.These results can provide valuable experimental evidences for the research for the molecular mechanism of osteoporosis which was response to OVX and Chinese Medicine in bone.国家自然科学基金项目(基金号:30400606); 广东省自然科学基金项目(基金号:04010036);; 广东省科技厅项目(基金号:粤科社字2004,139号);; 广州中医药大学创新基金项目(基金号:K004044
Bone Proteomic Analysis About Chinese Medicine Action on Rat Glucocorticoid-induced Model of Osteonecrsis.

Theoretical Study of Substituent Effects on Bond Dissociation Enthalpies in Lignite Model Compounds
为了探究褐煤热解过程中氧桥键C—O均裂这一重要反应,选取α-O-4和β-O-4类结构单元作为褐煤模型化合物,运用不同密度泛函计算了部分模型化合物中C—O的离解焓,并以CbS-Qb3作为理论基准值进行比较,最后选取M05-2X进行离解焓计算.结果显示,对于选定的α-O-4和β-O-4类模型化合物,其平均离解焓分别为51.0 kCAl/MOl和66.1 kCAl/MOl.周围取代环境能显著影响C—O离解焓,芳环上存在给电子基团(OH,OCH3和CH3)能降低C—O离解焓,而吸电子基团COOH则能增加其离解焓.然后深层次分析了取代基效应对C—O离解焓的影响.此外,分子内氢键的形成对离解焓也有很大的影响.C—O的离解焓与其键长没有特定的相关性,不能简单的通过C—O键长来预测其离解焓.Lignite is an abundant natural resource that is a potential source of clean fuel and value-added chemicals.The mechanisms by which thermal and catalytic treatments deconstruct lignite remain elusive,which is where quantum mechani-cal calculations can offer fundamental insights.In order to investigate the cleavage of C—O bridge bond,which is the critical step in the thermal decomposition of lignite,the α-O-4 and β-O-4 types of structural units are selected as lignite model com-pounds to calculate the C—O bond dissociation enthalpies using several kinds of density functional theory methods(B3PW91,B3P86,PBE1PBE,BMK,M06-2X and M05-2X) at 6-31+G(d,p) level.By the comparison between the results and the theoretical benchmark values provided by CBS-QB3 method,M05-2X functional was applied for the calculations on C—O bond dissociation enthalpies.The present results indicate that the C—O average bond dissociation enthalpies are 51.0 kcal/mol and 66.1 kcal/mol for the α-O-4 and β-O-4 types of model compounds,respectively.Local substituents have a great withdrawing groups such as carboxyl group.Then the substituent effects are deeply analyzed on the basis of the ground-state effect on the C—O bond dissociation enthalpies,the C—O bond dissociation enthalpies will decrease when the adjacent arene rings are substituted by electron donating groups(OH,OCH3 and CH3),while the results are opposite for the electron effect and radical effect.An electron donating group can stabilize the phenoxy radicals(radical effect),however,an electron withdrawing group has the opposite effect.In most cases,the radical effect is more important than the ground-state effect.Furthermore,there is a negligible correlation between the C—O bond distances and strengths,and the C—O bond dissocia-tion enthalpies cannot be predicted so easily.Interestingly,the C—O bond dissociation enthalpies can be significantly influ-enced by the intramolecular hydrogen bond,if the intramolecular hydrogen bond still exists after the cleavage of the C—O bond,the bond dissociation enthalpies will be lower.国家重点基础研究发展计划(No.2012CB214901); 国家自然科学基金(No.51274197)资助~
CLSI EP15-A3在临床生化正确度验证中的应用
目的探讨美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP15-A3文件在正确度验证中的应用价值。方法按照EP15-A3文件5×5实验设计方案,用IFCC提供的Rela A(水平1)和Rela B(水平2)样品、美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)909C参考物质分别验证肌酐(Cr)、尿素(Urea)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、葡萄糖(Glu)的正确度。每个样品每天1批,每批重复5次,共5 d,每个样品获得25个数据。用Grubbs’法计算离群值,单因素方差分析(ANOVA)计算用户的批内不精密度(SR)和实验室内不精密度(SWL),基于SR和SWL计算结果的均值及其标准差,计算靶值(TV)及其标准误差,最后计算出TV的确认区间(VI),观察各指标检测均值是否在VI内,如通过则用户证明了候选方法的偏差可接受;若不通过则计算均值和TV的相对偏差,观察该相对偏差是否小于用户定义的可接受范围(<1/2 TEa),若是则证明候选方法的偏差可接受。否则,需查找原因或与厂家联系。结果6个生化项目的测定结果均通过Grubbs’法离群值检查,各项目无离群值。该次验证实验中,除NIST 909C参考物质样品Urea、TC,Rela样品Cr水平2均值不在VI内,但相对偏差均小于1/2 TEa外,其他均值都在VI内。结论用EP15-A3文件进行验证的6个生化项目的正确度均符合临床要求。国家自然科学基金(81572088);;“十二五”国家科技支撑计划(2013BAI02B04,2012BAI37B01);;广东省中医院拔尖人才项目(2014-47);广东省中医院综合标准化示范项目(YN2015BZ10
