    运用生态系统服务功能价值法以及生态恢复成本法对福建省永定工业园南部园区开发的生态补偿费用进行了估算,以生态系统服务功能价值损失为上限、生态恢复成本为下限,经发展阶段系数、林地补偿系数、贴现率调整,得到生态补偿费用的下限为4 987.50万元/A,上限为56 760.25万元/A,指出通过利益相关者的协商博弈确定最终的生态补偿标准。Ecosystem services value assessment method and ecological restoration cost assessment method were used to estimate the ecological compensation fees of Yongding South Industrial Park's construction.Ecosystem services value as the upper limit,ecological restoration cost as the lower limit and with the adjustment of development phase coefficient,forest compensation coefficient and rate of discount.The lower limit of the compensation standard was 49.875 million RMB per year,the upper limit was 567.602 5 million RMB per year,and the final compensation standard was subjected to negotiation between stakeholders

    Source apportionment of water-soluble ions in spring TSP of Pengjia Islet, Taiwan

    于2010年春季,在台湾省北部东海海域彭佳屿岛采集了60个总悬浮颗粒(TSP)样品,用离子色谱测定了8种水溶性离子(Na~+、Mg~(2+)、; Ca~(2+)、K~+、NH_4~+、Cl~-、SO_4~(2-)和NO_3~-)浓度.结合HYSPLIT气团后向轨迹模型、离子化学计量学关系、; 离子相关性分析和主成分分析,探讨了彭佳屿岛春季TSP中水溶性离子的主要来源.结果表明:彭佳屿岛春季TSP中水溶性离子质量浓度顺序依次为SO_4~; (2-)(7.704.53)mug/m~3> Cl~-(6.17 3.85)mug/m~3>Na~+(4.59 ; 2.28)mug/m~3>NO_3~-(4.24 3.07)mug/m~3>NH_4~+(1.53 ; 1.20)mug/m~3>Ca~(2+)(0.95 1.47)mug/m~3>Mg~(2+)(0.59 ; 0.30)mug/m~3>K~+(0.310.17)mug/m~3.其中Cl~-、Na~+和Mg~(2+)全部来源于海洋源;K~+来源较多,除了; 海洋源外,煤和生物质燃烧以及陆源矿物等都可能是彭佳屿岛春季TSP中K~+的来源;60%的Ca~(2+)来源于当地的建筑粉尘;77%的SO_4~(; 2-)源于煤和生物质燃烧释放;NO_3~-主要源于汽车尾气、煤和生物质燃烧等释放;NH_4~+主要来源于二次气溶胶和生物质燃烧等.通过整合本研究; 与前人的观测,发现在春季从中国东北至西北太平洋开阔海域,TSP中Cl~-、Na~+和Mg~(2+)的浓度在空间上呈现逐渐升高趋势,而Ca~(2+; )、K~+、NH_4~+、SO_4~(2-)和NO_3~-的浓度在空间上呈现逐渐下降趋势,显示了TSP中不同水溶性离子在海洋大气传输过程中的空间; 变化特征.In spring of 2010, sixty total suspended particulate (TSP) samples we; collected in Pengjia Islet, northern sea of Taiwan, China. The; concentrations of water-soluble ions (Na~+, Mg~(2+), Ca~(2+), K~+,; NH_4~+, Cl~-, SO_4~(2-) and NO_3~-) in the TSP samples were extracted; and then determined using an Ion Chromatography. Using these data, we; investigated the sources of water-soluble ions by a multiple-technique; analysis combining with the HYSPLIT model, ion stoichiometry,; correlation analysis of water-soluble ions and primary component; analysis. According to a decreasing order in the average mass; concentration, these ions ranked as SO_4~(2-)(7.704.53)mug/m~3,; Cl~-(6.173.85)mug/m~3, Na~+(4.592.28)mug/m~3, NO_3~-(4.24 3.07)mug/m~3,; NH_4~+(1.531.20)mug/m~3, Ca~(2+)(0.951.47)mug/m~3,; Mg~(2+)(0.590.30)mug/m~3 and K~+(0.310.17)mug/m~3. The sea water was; identified as the dominant source for Cl~-, Na~+ and Mg~(2+). Besides; the contribution from the sea salt, the K~+ had other sources, such as; coal and biomass burning, and mineral etc. 60% Ca~(2+) came from the; local construction dust, while 77% SO_4~(2-) originated from coal and; biomass burning. The NO_3~- dominantly sourced from the vehicle exhaust,; coal and biomass burning, while NH_4~+ totally originated from the; second inorganic aerosol and biomass burning. By combining our results; with previous findings, in spring, the concentrations of Cl~-, Na~+ and; Mg~(2+) in TSP increased gradually from the Northeast of China to the; Northwest Pacific Ocean; on the contrary, the Ca~(2+), K~+, NH_4~+,; SO_4~(2-) and NO_3~- in TSP decreased gradually.     Comparison of four promoters for transient expression of RFP reporter gene in cultured Bombyx mori cells (Bm-e-HNU5)

    以红色荧光蛋白基因(RFP)为报告基因,构建含4种不同启动子的重组表达质粒,用脂质体介导法转染家蚕Bombyxmori细胞(Bm-e-HNU5),观察家蚕细胞质肌动蛋白4基因启动子(A4)、α微管蛋白基因启动子(α-tub)、蚕丝心蛋白重链基因启动子(Fib)和家蚕核型多角体病毒早期即刻蛋白基因启动子(IE)4种启动子调控RFP报告基因在家蚕细胞内的瞬时表达情况。构建的重组表达质粒pDsRed-α-tub、pDsRed-A4、pDsRed-IE和pDsRed-Fib经双酶切和PCR鉴定正确无误。转染和转录实验结果表明,除了pDsRed-A4外,其他3种重组质粒在Bm-e-HNU5细胞中都得到高转染率,α-tub、IE和Fib可依次增强RFP报告基因在家蚕细胞内的瞬时表达活性。The red fluorescent protein reporter gene (RFP) was used to construct recombinant plasmids containing four different promoters, i. e., the cytoplasmic actin4 promoter (A4), α-tubulin promoter (α-tub)from silkworm, the Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus immediate early protein promoter (IE) and the fibroin heavy chain gene promoter (Fib), respectively. These recombinant plasmids, i. e., pDsRed-A4,pDsRed-α-tub,pDsRed-Fib and pDsRed-IE, had been constructed successfully by restriction enzyme digestion and PCR analysis, and then were transfected into B. mori cell lines (Bm-e-HNU5) by lipid-mediated method to observe the ability of the four promoters to drive RFP reporter gene transient expression in cells. Transfection and transcription experiments indicated that except pDsRed-A4, the other three kinds of recombinant plasmids all transfected Bm-e-HNU5 obviously. The promoters of α-tub, IE and Fib enhanced the transient expression activity of RFP reporter gene in the Bm-e-HNU5, and their activity strengthened sequentially.国家自然科学基金项目(39870410

    目的:对1例热射病合并多器官功能障碍综合征患者的营养支持方案进行分析。方法:临床药师参与1例热射病合并多器官功能障碍综合征患者的用药治疗,并协助医师制定营养支持方案。结果:患者经过12 d的营养支持及综合治疗,肝肾功能逐步恢复正常,无明显相关并发症,胃肠道功能恢复良好,营养支持效果良好。结论:在热射病规范治疗方案的基础上,合理的营养支持及有效的药学服务有助于热射病患者康复

    目的 研究高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染相关的宫颈病变程度与抗人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)抗体水平的相关性,探讨HPV致病的免疫学问题。方法 选取2012年1月-2013年6月在该院妇产科门诊就诊的女性中选取60例病理确诊为女性宫颈病变(CINⅠ及以上),且宫颈脱落细胞的DNA检测为HR-HPV阳性者为研究组,根据组织学检测结果将研究组进一步分为低度病变组30例(CINⅠ)和高度病变组30例(CINⅡ或Ⅲ)。对照组为经核酸检测无HPV感染且病理诊断未见癌前病变的门诊患者60例,按年龄进一步分为低年龄组和高年龄组。低年龄组和高年龄组与低度病变组和高度病变组的年龄差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。分别抽取研究组及对照组外周血,检测其抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体及中和抗体滴度,比较研究组与对照组抗体阳性率及抗体滴度水平的差别。结果 研究组血清中的抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体阳性率及抗体滴度均高于对照组(P〈0.05);低度病变组患者血清中的抗HR-HPV的中和抗体滴度高于相应对照组(P〈0.05),而高度病变组的抗HR-HPV的中和抗体阳性率及抗体水平与相应对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 宫颈病变患者血清中抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体升高,说明HPV感染可引起机体的体液免疫反应。低度病变组的中和抗体水平相对较高,可能是机体产生的中和抗体阻止了病毒的进一步感染。高度病变组的Ig G抗体和中和抗体均低下,说明进入CINⅡ/Ⅲ后HPV已经逃避了免疫系统的监视。基金项目:厦门市科技局项目(3502220124050);2011年福建省科技计划项目资助计划,青年创新项目(20111)00310517
