    用色谱和光谱两种方法对金鱼总色素和色素组分进行了研究。研究结果表明,红鲫、草金鱼和红龙睛等红色金鱼总色素光谱在可见光区(472nm附近)有一个吸收峰,黑鲫和黑龙睛等黑色金鱼在可见光区(450nm和472nm附近)有两个吸收峰出现,且红色金鱼所含色素组分以红色(虾青素)为主,黑色金鱼所含色素组分以杏黄色和橙色为主,其他色素组分为辅。金鱼黑色色斑形成是由于黑色素存在时,其他各色素组分的颜色被掩盖的结果;金鱼其他各种色斑的形成则是由于其体内各色素组分以不同比例相互搭配组合的结果。亲缘关系越近的金鱼其总色素组成就越相似,红鲫和黑鲫均含有四种近乎相同的色素组分,红龙睛和黑龙睛均含有六种近乎相同的色素组分,草金鱼虽也含有四种与红鲫和黑鲫相近的色素组分,但Rf值略有差异。据此推测,红鲫和黑鲫、红龙睛和黑龙睛可能分别具有较近的亲缘关系,而草金鱼则可能是介于黑鲫和龙睛鱼之间,且与黑鲫具有较近的亲缘关系。该研究有望为金鱼增色饵料的研制与开发提供理论依据,使金鱼的观赏价值和经济价值得到进一步提高。The study was conducted to investigate the total pigment components of different breeds of goldfish by spectrophotometer and thin-layer chromatography.The results showed the spectrum of total pigment of Red color crucian.Grass goldfish and Red Dragon-eye had one absorption peaks in visible region(472nm). The spectrum of total pigment of Black carp and Black Dragon-eye had two similar absorption peaks in visible region(450nm and 472nm).The pigment components of different breeds of Red color goldfish were mainly Red pigment(astaxanthin). The pigment components of different breeds of Black color goldfish were mainly apricot or orange pigment.The black spots of goldfish may be formed when melanin covered other pigment,other color spots may be formed when the pigment component of all kinds were mixed in proper proportions.The more the relation of color spots is close,the more the total pigment component is similar.Red color crucian and Black carp had same pigment components of four kinds,Red Dragon-eye and Black Dragon-eye had the same pigment components of six kinds,although there are four pigment components,which are close to the ones in Red color crucian and Black carp in the body of Grass goldfish,but Grass goldfish's RF has slight difference with Red color crucian and Black carp.As above,Red color crucian and Black carp,Red Dragon-eye and Black Dragon-eye probably are close relatives,respectively,and the category of Grass goldfish may possibly fall between Black carp and Dragon-eye,which has a closer relative with Black carp.This study will give help to the research and development of goldfish color-adding diet and further enhancement of goldfish ornamental value and market value

    用光谱和色谱两种方法对锦鲤的总色素和色素组分进行了研究。研究结果表明,红色锦鲤、乌鲤和绯写锦鲤总色素光谱在可见光区(448nm和470nm)有两个完全相同的吸收峰,黄写锦鲤和昭和三色锦鲤总色素光谱在可见光区(445nm和472nm附近)有两个相近的吸收峰,锦鲤所含色素组分均以杏黄色或橙色为主,其他色素组分为辅。锦鲤黑色色斑是由于黑色素存在时,其他各色素组分的颜色被黑色所掩盖;锦鲤其他色斑的形成则是由于其体内各色素组分以不同比例相互搭配组合的结果。亲缘关系越近的锦鲤其总色素组分就越相似,红色锦鲤和乌鲤均含有六种相同的色素组分,绯写锦鲤除杏黄色和橙色色素组分与前二者的同色色素组分Rf值不同外,其余四种同色色素组分的Rf值均相近;黄写锦鲤与昭和三色锦鲤分别含有三种和四种色素组分且Rf值差异显著。据此推测,红色锦鲤、乌鲤和绯写锦鲤可能具有较近的亲缘关系,而黄写锦鲤、昭和三色锦鲤与前三者之间可能具有较远的亲缘关系。该研究有望为锦鲤增色饵料的研制与开发提供理论依据,使锦鲤的观赏价值和经济价值得到进一步提高。The study was conducted to investigate the total pigment and pigment components of different breeds of color carp by spectrophotometer and thin-layer chromatography.The results showed that spectrum of total pigment of Red Color Carp and Black color Carp and Black Spot-Red color Carp had two same absorption peaks in visible lregion(470nm and 448nm).The spectrum of total pigment of Black Spot-Yellow color Carp and Black-Blue-Red Spot-color Carp had two similar absorption peaks in visible region(445nm and 472nm).The pigment components of different breeds of brocaded carp were mainly apricot or orange pigment.The black spots of color carp may be formed when melanin covered other pigment,other color spots may be formed when the pigment components of all kinds were mixed in proper proportions.The more the relation of color carp is close,the more the total pigment component is similar.Red color Carp and Black color Carp had same pigment components of six kinds,there were similar Rf values of four same color pigment components for Black Spot-Red color Carp as compared with both of the former and there were different Rf values of two same color pigment components for the latter in comparison with both of the former.Black Spot-Yellow color Carp and Black-Blue-Red Spot-color Carp had three and four pigment components respectively,and the difference of their Rf values was notable.As above,Red color Carp and Black color Carp and Black Spot-Red color Carp probably are close relatives,and the former and Black Spot-Yellow color Carp of Black-Blue-Red Spot-color Carp probably are distant relatives.This study will help the research and development of color carp color-adding diet and further enhancement of brocaded carp ornamental value and market value.广东省科技计划项目(2002C20304);; 广州市科技攻关重点项目(2002Z2-E0102)资

    草金鱼总色素光谱吸收峰在400~600nm,系类胡萝卜素色素。在不同酸碱度、维生素和有机物作用下,该观赏鱼总色素稳定性各不相同。环境pH值过高或过低对该色素具有强烈的破坏作用,中性pH值溶液利于该色素的有效保存;Vc和VE对该色素具有保护作用,但是当Vc剂量不适时,该色素遭到严重破坏,VK对该色素具较强的破坏作用;乳酸对该色素具有增色作用,苯甲酸、草酸、柠檬酸,丙二酸和反丁烯二酸对该色素具有保护作用,乌头酸、水杨酸、顺丁烯二酸、亚油酸、萘乙酸、溴丙酸和苹果酸对该色素具有破坏作用,其中以苹果酸的破坏作用最强。淀粉对该色素具有保护作用,葡萄糖和蔗糖则具有破坏作用,其中以蔗糖的破坏作用最强。研究结果提示:在提取、保存该色素以及配制增色饵料时,要特别注意避免不良因素的影响,确保试验结论的正确和增色效果的良好。Carotenoid, as the total pigment in grass goldfish (Carassius aurutus), had spectral absorption peaks at 400~600 nm and varied with pH, vitamins and organic compounds in stability. The carotenoid was destroyed at high or low pH and dosage of vitamin C, while it can be well conserved in neutral condition and in vitamin C and E. Lactic acid, benzoic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, malonic acid, amylum, and fumaric acid had the effect of protection of the pigment while aconite acid, salicylic acid, maleic acid, linoleic acid, glucose, sucrose, naphthylacetic acid, bromopropanoic acid and malic acid destroied the pigment
