    Design and Implementation of Multi-rate QC-LDPC Decoder

    低密度奇偶校验码(ldPC)是目前最有效的差错控制手段之一,而其中准循环ldPC码(QC-ldPC)应用最为广泛。提出了一种通用的多码率QC-ldPC译码器设计方法,并在fPgA上完成了实现和测试。测试结果表明,该多码率译码器在资源占用不超过2种码率译码器资源之和的前提下能够有效支持至少3种码率;且工作时钟在110 MHz时,固定迭代次数为16次,该译码器的吞吐率能保持在110 Mb/S以上。Low-density parity-check(LDPC) code is one of the most effective error-controlling methods,in which the quasi-cyclic(QC) LDPC code is the most popular class.This paper proposes a design method for multi-rate QC-LDPC decoder,and then describes the implementation and test on FPGA.The test results show that the resource occupied by the multi-rate decoder is not more than two times of the resource occupied by the single-rate decoder,and this multi-rate decoder could support at least 3 code rates with the throughput higher than 100Mbps when the iteration number is fixed to 16 and the clock frequency set to 110 MHz

    化石能源非能利用需求和碳排放研究

    化石能源非能利用的消费量和碳排放量呈现逐年上升态势,对全球2 ℃温控目标的影响逐步显现。首先,分析了全球化石能源非能利用的基本原理、现状和趋势、关键技术,以及基于基本化工品的化石能源非能利用消费量和过程碳排放核算方法。结果表明,化石能源非能利用具有一定的固碳作用,化石原料中50%~70%的碳元素将长期存储在塑料等终端化工产品中,但是化工产品废弃物管理不善将导致这些存储的碳元素外泄。其次,设计了基准情景和低碳情景,并运用对数回归拟合法对基本化工品和化石能源非能利用的需求量进行预测。结果显示,基准情景下,2050年基本化工产品需求将超过10亿t。最后,建立了化石原料需求预测的成本最小化模型。结果显示,基准情景下,2050年化石能源非能利用需求将超过20亿tce,2017—2050年的年均增长率为1.4%。低碳情景下,2050年化石能源非能利用需求相对于基准情景下降23%,天然气将加速成为主要的化石能源原料,以氢能和生物质为原料的低碳化工技术迅速发展

    复合大孔聚多糖止血材料对肝脏钝挫伤止血的有效性研究

    目的研究具有交联微孔结构的复合大孔聚多糖止血材料(MPCHM)应用于模拟临床肝脏钝挫伤的止血效果,评价其对肝功能修复作用的有效性和安全性。方法建立动物肝脏钝挫伤模型,将24只新西兰兔按照随机数字表法分为实验组(使用MPCHM)和空白组(不使用任何止血材料),分别记录止血时间和出血量。在术后第1、4、8周采集兔的外周血进行血常规、生化分析及凝血两项检测,所得数据指标进行独立样本t检验。结果实验组止血时间为(105.00±29.15)s,空白组止血时间为(381.00±54.86)s,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.442,P<0.05)。实验组出血量为(0.45±0.26)g,空白组出血量为(1.26±0.51)g,差异有统计学意义(t=-14.048,P<0.05)。实验组淋巴细胞含量于术后第1、8周显著低于空白组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-12.595、-7.909,P值均小于0.05),丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶于术后第8周显著低于空白组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-5.613、-3.656,P值均小于0.05),白细胞计数术后显著高于空白组,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.521、6.433、2.399,P值均小于0.05),白蛋白于术后第1、8周显著高于空白组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.120、5.168,P值均小于0.05)。实验组术后活化部分凝血活酶时间和凝血酶原时间处于正常值范围内。结论 MPCHM具有良好的生物安全性,能促进肝功能恢复,降低机体对于肝损伤的应激反应,不会引起机体炎症反应、排斥反应及生物毒性。本课题研究为临床肝损伤止血无法完全保存肝组织这一难题的解决提供新思路。深圳市科技计划项目(JCYJ20150616163111759);;厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20151087

    Effect of Yuhan Nuanwei Cream Acupoints Stiking Therapy on Gastric Mucosa TNF-α,PCNA of Mice with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

    目的:研究御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠胃黏膜肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响,探讨御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变CAG大鼠胃黏膜损伤修复的作用机制。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴组、药物对照组,采用综合干预方法复制慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠模型,肉眼下观察大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数,光镜下观察胃黏膜组织的病理变化,采用酶联免疫分析法测定胃黏膜细胞中TNF-α、PCNA的表达水平。结果:与正常组比较,模型组的大鼠胃黏膜组织病理学检查提示存在腺体的萎缩和一定程度的细胞异型增生,大鼠胃黏膜细胞中TNF-α、PCNA的表达水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴组和药物对照组大鼠胃黏膜组织的病理损伤得到修复,大鼠胃黏膜细胞中TNF-α、PCNA的表达水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴可以促进CAG大鼠胃黏膜损伤的修复,该作用可能是通过调节胃黏膜细胞TNF-α、PCNA的表达水平来实验的。Objective:To study the effect of Yuhan Nuanwei cream(YNC)acupoints stiking therapy on gastric mucosa tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression of mice with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),so to discuss the renovation mechanism of YNC on CAG precancerous lesions. Methods:The mice were divided into normal group,model group,YNC group,drug control group. Duplicate mice model with CAG precancerous lesions by the method of comprehensive intervention,observe gastric mucosal lesion index of mice with the naked eyes,observe pathological change of gastric mucosa tissue under light microscope,measure expression level of TNF-α and PCNA in gastric mucosa cells by the method of enzyme-linked immunoassay. Results: Comparing with normal group, mice gastric mucosa histopathological examinations in model group reminded that there exist gland atrophy and some degree of cell atypical hyperplasia,the expression level of TNF-α and PCNA in mice gastric mucosa cell are increased,differences being significant(P<0.05). Comparing with model group,pathological damage of mice gastric mucosa tissue in YNC group and drug control group obtained obvious repair,the expression level of TNF-α and PCNA in mice gastric mucosa cell were dropped, differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of YNC acupoints stiking therapy can promote the renovation of CAG mice gastric mucosal lesion.     目的:研究御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜的影响,探讨御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜损伤修复的作用机制。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴组、御寒暖胃膏贴敷对照点组、药物对照组,采用综合干预方法复制慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠模型,肉眼下观察大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数,光镜下观察胃黏膜组织的病理变化,彩色多普勒观察胃黏膜的血流量。结果:与模型组比较,御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴组和药物对照组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数值均显著降低(P0.05),胃黏膜组织的病理损伤未得到明显修复,胃黏膜血流量未见显著升高(P>0.05)。结论:御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴可以促进慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜损伤的修复,增加胃黏膜的血流量,并且存在经脉-脏腑特异相关性。深圳市科技研发资金项目(JCYJ20130401105615482

    Preparation of Freestanding Bilayer Lipid Membranes and the Effect of Temperature on Their Mechanical Properties

    结合聚苯乙烯球刻蚀和微机电系统技术加工氮化硅纳米多孔膜,并在其上用囊泡法制备非支撑磷脂双层膜,通过温控原子力显微术(AfM)的成像模式和力曲线模式对非支撑磷脂双层膜的形貌和力学性质进行研究.实验结果表明,该方法制备的非支撑磷脂双层膜具有流动性,能进行自我修复,该特点有利于提供足够的非支撑磷脂双层膜区域用于其性质研究;非支撑磷脂双层膜的膜破力和粘滞力均随着温度的升高而减小,即膜的机械稳定性随着温度的升高而降低.非支撑磷脂双层膜膜破力小于支撑磷脂双层膜的膜破力,并且非支撑磷脂双层膜粘滞力随温度的变化趋势与支撑磷脂双层膜的变化趋势相反.Nanoporous silicon nitride membranes are fabricated by combining polystyrene colloidal lithography with Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, and then freestanding bilayer lipid membranes are constructed across the nanopores by the vesicle method.The topography and mechanical properties of the freestanding bilayer lipid membranes are investigated using the imaging and force curve modes of variable-temperature atomic force microscopy (AFM).The fluidity and self-repair of the freestanding bilayer lipid membranes are observed by AFM, which gives enough freestanding area for further investigations.Force curve measurements demonstrate that both breakthrough and adhesion forces decrease as the temperature increases; i.e., the mechanical stability of freestanding bilayer lipid membranes decreases as the temperature rises.The breakthrough force of freestanding bilayer lipid membranes is smaller than that of supported membranes.Moreover, the adhesion force of freestanding bilayer lipid membranes varies in the opposite manner to that of supported membranes.福建省自然科学基金(2012J01054); 国家自然科学基金(21021002); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金(2012121026)资助项目~
