    Effect of humidity on microstructure and properties of YBCO film prepared by TFA-MOD method

    Epitaxial YBCO superconducting films were deposited on the single crystal LaAlO3 (001) substrate by metal organic deposition method. All YBCO films were fired at 820 degrees C in humidity range of 2.6%-19.7% atmosphere. Microstructure of YBCO thin films was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Superconducting properties of YBCO films were measured by four-probe method. XRD results showed that the second phase (such as BaF2)and a-axis-oriented grains existed in the films prepared at 2.6% humidity condition; a-axis-oriented grains increased in the film prepared at higher than 4.2% humidity condition; almost pure c-axias-oriented grains existed in the films fired at 4.2% humidity condition. Morphologies of the YBCO films showed that all films had a smooth and crack-free surface. YBCO film prepared at 4.2% humidity condition showed J(c) value of 3.3 MA/cm(2) at 77 K in self-field

    YBCO superconducting films were prepared by Electron Beam Coevaporation method. All the YBCO films were annealed at 760&deg;C in humidity range of 2.3%&ndash;9.5%. Microstructure of the YBCO thin films was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Superconducting properties of the YBCO films were measured by electromagnetic induction method. XRD results showed that c-axis-oriented grains existed in the YBCO films. Morphologies of the YBCO films showed that all the films had a smooth and crack-free surface. YBCO films prepared at 7.3% humidity condition showed J c value of 4.6 MA cm&minus;2 at 77 K in self-field.</div

    三重疗法治疗雄激素性脱发疗效分析

    目的:通过三重疗法治疗雄激素性脱发,并进行疗效分析。方法:66例雄激素性脱发病人随机分为试验组与针刺组,每组各33例。试验组采取针刺、梅花针联合实按灸疗法,针刺组采取针刺疗法。记录两组患者的疗效及伴随症状评分情况。结果:试验组的总有效率为81. 82%,针刺组的总有效率为57. 58%。两组的疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后,试验组的伴随症状评分均低于针刺组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:电针、梅花针联合实按灸疗法治疗雄激素性脱发疗效显著,临床上具有推广及应用价值。中国中医科学院“十三五”重点领域研究专项第一批(No.ZZ10-011-1-2

    YBa2Cu3O7-deltaprecursor films are deposited on 2" LaAlO3wafer by the co-evaporation technique using Y, BaF2and Cu as evaporation sources. After deposition, the films are annealed at low-pressure atmosphere with the composition of oxygen and water vapour. Compared with the normal pressure annealing, it is shown that low pressure can greatly improve the superconducting properties of 2" YBCO films with thickness larger than 500 nm, as the microcrack on films surface becomes unobservable the microwave surface resistance is greatly reduced. Furthermore, it is also revealed that the optimal processing window for making high quality superconducting YBCO films through ex-situ process is relatively small, therefore the ambient in annealing furnace is crucial important and should be precisely controlled
