    金融机构反洗钱的激励机制研究

    金融机构是资金流动的枢纽和媒介,因此也成为洗钱的主要渠道,加强对金融机构的监管是反洗钱工作的重中之重。本文首先分析了金融机构反洗钱与自身利益的冲突,提出应该对金融机构反洗钱的成本适当补偿,通过激励机制引导其积极参与反洗钱,然后分别研究激励机制的引入对金融机构和反洗钱主管部门利益的影响,得出激励机制的引入对反洗钱工作是一项"帕累托改进"。文章对反洗钱激励机制的设计提出了对追缴的非法收入实行分享制度、实行反洗钱评级制度和违规信息披露制度等政策建议

    BDNF/TrkB信号通路作为神经元生长、发育和突触可塑性的关键调节器,广泛参与中枢神经系统疾病的发生发展,如缺血性脑卒中、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病和脊髓损伤等。研究表明针刺能调节BDNF/TrkB信号通路的活性,对以上疾病具有显著的治疗潜力,其作用机制与参与突触结构重塑,抑制神经细胞凋亡,促进神经发生和突触再生等有关。本文综述了BDNF/TrkB相关信号通路在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用以及针刺对该通路的调控机制,以期为临床治疗提供新思路。未来研究应深入探究针刺对BDNF/TrkB信号通路的精准调控,以开发更高效安全的治疗策略

    Anti-resonance features of destructive quantum interference in single-molecule thiophene junctions achieved by electrochemical gating

    基于单个有机分子来构筑电子器件为电子器件微型化提供潜在技术方案。本研究发展了可集成电化学门控的单分子电子器件测试芯片技术和科学仪器方法,在实验和理论两个层面对具有相消量子干涉效应的噻吩衍生物分子器件的电输运过程进行了电化学调控研究,从而首次在室温下实现了对单分子电子器件中量子干涉效应的反共振现象的直接观测和调控,为制备基于量子干涉效应的新型分子材料和器件提供了全新的设计思路和策略。该研究充分展示了电化学调控技术在信息材料和器件领域的重要应用潜力,也体现了我校固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室在电化学研究和科学仪器研发领域的技术积累,以及面向科学前沿开展交叉学科探索的研究特色。 该研究工作是在洪文晶教授、上海电力大学陈文博教授、英国兰卡斯特大学Colin Lambert教授指导下完成的。化学化工学院博士生白杰和李晓慧为论文的共同第一作者,刘俊扬副研究员、师佳副教授、研究生唐永翔、刘帅、黄晓娟、谭志冰和萨本栋微纳研究院的杨杨副教授等也参与了研究工作。田中群教授和毛秉伟教授为该工作提供了重要指导。【Abstract】Controlling the electrical conductance and in particular the occurrence of quantum interference in single-molecule junctions through gating effects, has potential for the realization of high-performance functional molecular devices. In this work, we used an electrochemically-gated, mechanically-controllable break junction technique to tune the electronic behaviour of thiophene-based molecular junctions that show destructive quantum interference (DQI) features. By varying the voltage applied to the electrochemical gate at room temperature, we reached a conductance minimum that provides direct evidence of charge transport controlled by an anti-resonance arising from DQI. Our molecular system enables conductance tuning close to two orders of magnitude within the non-faradaic potential region, which is significantly higher than that achieved with molecules not showing DQI.     Critical Sensitivity and Trans-Scale Fluctuations in Catastrophic Rupture

    Rupture in the heterogeneous crust appears to be a catastrophe transition. Catastrophic rupture sensitively depends on the details of heterogeneity and stress transfer on multiple scales. These are difficult to identify and deal with. As a result, the threshold of earthquake-like rupture presents uncertainty. This may be the root of the difficulty of earthquake prediction. Based on a coupled pattern mapping model, we represent critical sensitivity and trans-scale fluctuations associated with catastrophic rupture. Critical sensitivity means that a system may become significantly sensitive near catastrophe transition. Trans-scale fluctuations mean that the level of stress fluctuations increases strongly and the spatial scale of stress and damage fluctuations evolves from the mesoscopic heterogeneity scale to the macroscopic scale as the catastrophe regime is approached. The underlying mechanism behind critical sensitivity and trans-scale fluctuations is the coupling effect between heterogeneity and dynamical nonlinearity. Such features may provide clues for prediction of catastrophic rupture, like material failure and great earthquakes. Critical sensitivity may be the physical mechanism underlying a promising earthquake forecasting method, the load-unload response ratio (LURR)

    甲烷脱氢芳构化反应是天然气直接制有机化工原料的重要途径,近年来,在反应历程的研究和催化剂的改进等方面取得很大的进展,但是反应过程中的严重积碳导致催化剂迅速失活,从而影响到该反应过程的开发以及工业应用。 本论文利用XRD、TG、TPO、Benzene/NH3-TPD和FT-IR等技术研究影响甲烷芳构化催化剂稳定性的因素,通过优化催化剂的Lewis(L)酸和Bronstd(B)酸中心分布提高了催化剂反应稳定性,重点考察了反应过程中积碳对催化剂失活的影响和反应过程中催化剂择型性能的变化,并且研究了催化剂再生性能,具体地: 研究6MoxMg/ZSM-5催化剂在甲烷脱氢芳构化反应过程中的积碳表明,在中/强酸中有足量Bronsted酸中心的前提下,添加0.75(wt)%Mg将催化剂上L/B的比值从0.2~0.3:1提高到0.6:1,可提高催化剂的稳定性,表明催化剂上Lewis酸有利于抑制反应过程中积碳的新观点

    [[abstract]]本研究內容主要是研究信義鄉觀光行銷策略,以信義鄉為研究對象,整合分析公部門、私部門及第三部門發展觀光的理念、做法與成效,主要目的在藉由對地方觀光行銷策略的探討,找出信義鄉發展觀光的地位,提供給相關單位做參考。 本研究以質化方法為主,透過文獻分析探討地方觀光行銷相關研究:針對公部門三人、私部門五人、第三部門六人進行深度訪談,以了解各部門推展觀光的理念、實際做法與成效。此外藉由田野調查以及參與觀察了解信義鄉發展觀光的實際情形。 就研究分析發現,信義鄉發展觀光定位以兩天以上中程旅遊體驗觀光為主。針對此發展定位,信義鄉應推廣的特色以山區生活與原住民文化體驗為主;應改善的項目為行銷宣傳不足、交通不便性及欠缺專業導覽解說人才;應發揮的優勢有塑造玉山國家公園為地方賣點及整合三部門規劃套裝行程與優惠方案來吸引顧客、並透過農特產品的認證提升產品品質與銷售量。 The contents of this study mainly consist of studying the marketing strategy for tourism in Shin Yi Township with Shin Yi Township as study subject, integrating and analyzing ideals, actual actions and outcomes from public sector, private sector and the third sector in regard to developing tourism. The goal is to find out the status of Shin Yi Township in developing toursim by exploring the marketing strategy for local tourism and provide it to relevant organizations for reference. This study is based on qualitative methods and explores correlated studies on marketing strategy for local tourism through literature analysis. To understand the ideals, autual doings and efficacy of each sectors, this study conducts in-depth interviews concentrating with three people from public sector, five people from private sector and six people from the third sector. Furthermore this study helps understand the real-life condition of tourist development in Shin Yi Township through field investigation and participatory observation. According to the findings of this study, the niche for developing tourism in Shin Yi Township mainly lies in longer-than-two-day, mid-distance travels for experience-based sightseeing. In regard to this niche, the specialties Shin Yi Township should promote are predominantly the life in the mountains and aboriginal culture experience. Items that should be improved on are insufficient marketing propaganda, inconvenient trasportation and the lack of talents for professional tour guide. The strengths to exploit are playing up Jade Mountain National Park as a local selling point,attracting clients by integrating three sectors on devising package tours and with special offers, and boosting product quality and sales volume through the verification of special agricultural products
