リゾートホテルにおける収益管理のあり方の検討 : インタビュー調査に基づく検討

近年，OTA の台頭により沖縄等のリゾートホテルにおいてもレベニューマネジメントの重要性が高まっている。しかし，これらの地区においては都市部と異なり，依然としてリアルエージェントの影響力は大きく，リアルエージェントとOTA を使い分けた新しい収益管理の方法が必要になってきている。そこで本論文では，インタビュー調査に基づき，リゾートホテルにおける収益管理の現状と課題を明らかにする。Recently, the importance of revenue management in Japanese resort hotels is increasing with growth of OTAs (Online Travel Agents). However, resort hotels in remote places should implement revenue management practices different from city hotels, since real travel agents have still large market share. In this situation, resort hotels have started to implement new integrated revenue management method. In this paper, we clarified the actual condition and problems of revenue management in resort hotels based on the interview survey.departmental bulletin pape
