Progressive collapse analysis of reinforced concrete frame structure and fortification criterion

Study on kinetics of propylene polymerizationat different temperatures via Monte Carlo simulation
在不考虑其他杂质参与聚合反应的情况下,并基于已有对丙烯聚合反应过程的普适化认识,提出了一个普适的丙烯聚合反应机理(基元反应).在已有的丙烯聚合反应机理基础上,为了证实该聚合反应过程总活性基是否满足“稳态假定”以及考察聚合反应温度对聚合过程的影响,采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法研究了传统Ziegler-Natta催化剂催化下的丙烯聚合动力学.模拟得到的总活性基数目在丙烯聚合初期快速增加到峰值,然后随聚合反应的进行保持恒定,证实了丙烯聚合过程中总活性基符合稳态假定.同时,模拟得到了聚合温度对丙烯聚合过程的转化率、分子量的影响.模拟结果表明:在聚合过程中,丙烯单体的消耗速率随聚合温度升高而增加;不同聚合温度下的数均聚合度峰值相同,但随温度增加,数均聚合度峰值来得早;随聚合温度增加,数均分子量减少,分子量分布变宽.The elementary reactions of propylene polymerization catalyzed by conventional Ziegler-Natta catalysts was proposed according to the comprehensive view and without considering the effect of any impurity in the material on propylene polymerization.The Monte Carlo simulation technique was employed to investigate the kinetics of propylene polymerization in order to determine the validity of the stationary state assumption and the effects of the polymerization temperature on the polymerization.The simulated total amount of active species,which only increases quickly at the beginning of the polymerization,indicates that the stationary state assumption in the studied system is valid.Moreover,significant effects of polymerization temperature on the polymerization conversion,and the molecular weight and its distribution were also analyzed.The simulated results show that the consumption rate of propylene increases with the increase of polymerization temperature;the maximum values of the number-average degree of polymerization are constant at different polymerization temperatures,however,the peak appears earlier with the higher temperature;as the polymerization temperature increases,the average molecular weight decreases and the molecular weight distribution changes greatly.The National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.20406016);; the Project of Fujian Petrochemical Company of SIN-OPEC (No.MS/FJ-08-JS-15-2005-01)
Polyethylene Intrapartiele Mass Transfer Model in Ethylene Polymerization on Supported Metallocene Catalyst
针对负载型茂金属催化剂催化乙烯聚合中的聚乙烯颗粒增长过程,采用改进的多粒模型建立了淤浆聚合条件下聚乙烯颗粒内部的单颗粒传质模型。采用该模型分析了负载型茂金属催化剂在聚合过程中的破碎行为,结合本征反应考察了传质对聚合反应的影响,计算出乙烯单体浓度和聚乙烯颗粒孔隙率在聚合过程中的变化。模拟结果表明,聚乙烯颗粒内部的传质阻力对聚合反应影响较大,聚合反应约200 S后,负载型茂金属催化剂由外至里逐层破裂。Ethylene slurry polymerization on silica-supported metallocene catalyst was simulated based on a modified multigrain model.The modified model combined with the intrinsic reaction investigation was used to analyze catalyst fragmentation and polyethylene intraparticle mass transfer.The model can be used to calculate monomer concentration and growth of macro-particle during polymerization.The model can also be applied to predict the variations of particle porosity and monomer concentration distribution during the polymerization.Intraparticle mass transfer resistance has great effect on polymerization.The catalyst fragmentation happen shell-by-shell from surface to centre of catalyst at 200 s after starting of polymerization.中国石油兰州石油化工研究中心资助项目(2007019
Application of nonlinear partial least square in catalyst modeling
神经网络偏最小二乘法 (NNPLS)被应用于一种甲烷氧化偶联多组分催化剂的鲁棒反应模型的建立 .重点研究了内层神经网络学习算法、激活函数、网络结构 (包括隐含节点数、隐含层 )、网络权值初始化及主元的选取原则等 .研究表明 ,内层神经网络分别采用 1 10 5 1,1 8 4 1,1 8 5 1,1 7 4 1,1 8 4 1,1 8 6 1的拓扑结构是合适的 ;Levenberg Marquardt方法被用于网络的学习算法可以加快学习速度 ;同时采用了sigmoid函数为激活函数 .计算结果显示 ,四主元可以满足建模的需要 .与单纯的神经网络催化剂模型相比 ,NNPLS方法压缩分解了变量 ,减少了计算量 ,同时使模型的推广能力得到提高 ,有效地改善了直接神经网络建模过程中催化剂模型泛化能力较差的缺点 .In this paper neural network partial least square (NNPLS) was used to establish a robust reaction model for a multi-component catalyst of methane oxidative coupling. The details, including the learning algorithm, the number of hidden units of the inner network, activation function, initialization of the network weights and the principal components, are discussed. The results show that the structural organizations of inner neural network are 1-10-5-1, 1-8-4-1, 1-8-5-1, 1-7-4-1, 1-8-4-1, 1-8-6-1, respectively. The Levenberg-Marquardt method was used in the learning algorithm, and the central sigmoidal function is the activation function. Calculation results show that four principal components are convenient in the use of the multi-component catalyst modeling of methane oxidative coupling. Therefore a robust reaction model expressed by NNPLS succeeds in correlating the relations between elements in catalyst and catalytic reaction results. Compared with the direct network modeling, NNPLS model can be adjusted by experimental data conveniently and the calculation of the model is simpler and faster than that of the direct network model
SIMULATION FOR LIQUID PHASE BULK PROPYLENE POLYMERIZATION IN LOOP REACTOR AT STEADY OPERATION CONDITIONS
采用机理建模方法,研究了丙烯在环管反应器中的液相本体聚合过程。基于流体全混流流动模式并联用机理分析方法,建立了环管反应器中的丙烯液相本体聚合的微观数学模型,模拟了在稳态操作条件下环管反应器中丙烯液相本体聚合动力学。以采集到的工业数据对模型进行了考核。从反应器内反应物料密度和聚合物熔融指数来看,模拟结果与工业现场采集数据相吻合。采用模型考察了稳态下,主要工艺条件对丙烯聚合过程的影响。结果表明,丙烯转化率和聚合产物质均相对分子质量均随聚合温度升高而增加;随丙烯进料量的增加,转化率下降,聚合产物质均相对分子质量则先增加后减小;随催化剂量的增加,转化率与聚合产物质均相对分子质量均增加;而H2进料量对转化率没有影响,但增加H2进料量将导致聚合产物质均相对分子质量下降。The liquid phase bulk propylene polymerization in loop reactor was simulated based on the polymerization mechanism.According to the flow behavior in the loop reactor and the mechanism analysis of bulk polymerization of propylene,the micro-model for liquid phase bulk propylene polymerization in loop reactor at steady operation condition was proposed in order to determine the polymerization kinetics.Moreover,the proposed model was testified by using the spot data in industry.The comparison between simulated and industrial data of the materiel density and melt index showed that they were in good agreement with each other.The model was applied to investigate the effects of the main factors,including polymerization temperature,the mass flow rates of propylene,catalyst and hydrogen,on the polymerization process.The results indicated that the propylene conversion and the weighted average relative molecular mass of the product polymer increased with the rise of polymerization temperature.With the increase of the mass flow rate of propylene,the conversion decreased,and the weighted average relative molecular mass of the product polymer increased first and then decreased.The conversion and weighted average relative molecular mass increased with the increase of the mass flow rate of catalyst.However,the mass flow rate of hydrogen had no effect on the conversion,but the increase of hydrogen could cause the weighted average relative molecular mass of the product polymer to be decreased.国家自然科学基金(20406016);; 中国石油化工股份有限公司项目(X505029)资
TNFR1/RANK嵌合体的构建及其在研究破骨细胞分化中的意义
【目的】构建肿瘤坏死因子受体1(TNFR1)膜外部分和核转录因子NF-κB受体激动剂(RANK)跨膜及膜内部分相结合的嵌合体,探讨其在破骨细胞(OC)分化中的意义。【方法】克隆TNFR1/RANK嵌合体的cDNA,用plat E将其包装成逆转录病毒。通过感染将这种逆转录病毒转染到敲除TNFRl/R2基因的小鼠(TNFR1-/R2-)骨髓巨噬细胞(BMM)中;用TNFQ刺激,分别观察OC的分化及骨的重吸收能力;用Western Blot方法证实TNFR1/RANK是通过NF-κB、JNK、P38和ERK蛋白的磷酸化来调节OC的分化和功能。【结果】在TNFa刺激下,BMM能分化成OC,而且分化出的OC能明显地导致骨质破坏。TNFQ刺激BMM5min后磷酸化的NF-κB、JNK、P38和ERK蛋白的表达明显增强。【结论】TNFR1/RANK嵌合体具有完整的分子结构和生物功能,可作为研究RANK结构、功能及其信号途径的一个简便、有效的生物工具

PCR 检测白血病、再生障碍性贫血患者 3 种疱疹病毒
目的: 观察白血病、再生障碍性贫血患者治疗前后巨细胞病毒( CMV) 、单纯疱疹病毒( HSV)、爱博斯坦巴尔病毒
( EBV)的感染状况。方法: 用 PCR 法检测急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞内 CM V-DNA 、HSV-DNA、EBV-DNA, 以及再生障 碍性贫血患者血浆中 CM V-DNA 感染情况。结果: 急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞内 CMV-DNA 的检出率高于血浆的检出 率; 初治白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞内及初治再生障碍性贫血患者的血浆 CMV-DNA 阳性率分别为 73%和 54%,明显高于 正常人(P <0. 05); 经治疗半年后未能缓解的急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞内 3 种疱疹病毒 DNA 检出率高于完全缓解和 部分缓解的急性白血病患者; 病情无改善或恶化的再生障碍性贫血患者血浆 CMV-DNA 检出率亦高于病情有好转的患者。 结论: 初治白血病患者和初治再生障碍性贫血患者血浆 CMV-DNA 阳性率高于正常人, 治疗后 3 种疱疹病毒 DNA 的检出率 在未缓解的白血病患者中较高,CMV-DNA 检出率在治疗效果差的再生障碍性贫血患者中较高
