Analysis of North-South's Disputes on Intellectual Property Rights and China's IPR Protection

南北国家在知识产权国际保护领域的争议由来已久,在争论的焦点在于知识产权保护与经济增长的关系。TrIPS作为协调知识产权国际保护的重要协议之一,逐渐发挥出应有作用。但从谈判到实施,南北国家对的TrIPS争议不断,不仅是南北国家在知识产权保护领域历史争议的延续,也是TrIPS中各成员不对称地位的体现。中国作为南方国家之一,在知识产权保护上已取得一定成绩,但也存在较多亟待解决的问题。在当前国际经济环境下,中国应根据本国实际确定合适的知识产权保护标准,加强与WTO其他发展中成员在知识产权保护上的合作。North-South's disputes on intellectual property rights are Long-standing,focusing on the relationship between the level of IPR protection and economic growth.TRIPs is one of the most important international agreements to manage and coordinate issues about IPR.Conflict existed although its negotiation and implementation,and still is existing now,reflecting North-South historical disputes and unequal situation in TRIPs.This paper also gives a brief introduction of China's IPR protection,and gives some policy proposals China should take in the current global economic environment
