    Electrosynthesis of glyoxylic acid in a static bed reactor with cooled cathode

    以过饱和草酸水溶液为阴极液,盐酸溶液为阳极液,在阴极冷却固定床电化学反应器内草酸电解合成乙醛酸。考察了电流密度、电极和电解液温度、阴极材料对合成乙醛酸时空产率和电流效率的影响。结果表明,阴极冷却固定床反应器是一种较理想的反应器,用石墨板作阳极,铅作阴极,电流密度为400.5A/m2,阴极空速u0=0.505m/s,电解温度为20℃左右时,电解1.5h,在阴极可得到质量分数为5.45%的乙醛酸溶液,平均时空产率可达0.12kg/dm3·h以上。Glyoxylic acid was produced by electroreduction of oxalic acid in the static bed reactor with cooled cathode. The cathodic and anodic electrolytes were super-saturated oxalic acid and hydrochloric acid aqueous solutions. The current efficiency and time-space yield of glyoxylic acid were studied under different current densities, temperatures of cathode and electrolyte,materials of cathode. The results indicated that the cooled cathode static bed reactor is an excellent reactor. The average space-time yield of glyoxylic acid is over 0.12 kg/dm~3·h and the concentration of glyoxylic acid can reach 5.45% after 1.5 h electrolysis with cathode of lead and anode of graphite board under conditions of temperature 20℃,superficial flow rate of 0.505 m/s and current density of 400.5 A/m~2 in the cooled cathode static bed reactor.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(F99029

    Cloning and expression of egI gene from Penicillium decumbens L-06

    【目的】克隆斜卧青霉l-06的内切葡聚糖酶Ⅰ基因(EgI),并实现其在大肠杆菌内的高效表达。【方法】利用rT-PCr技术克隆了斜卧青霉l-06的内切葡聚糖酶Ⅰ基因(EgI),并将EgI基因克隆到原核表达载体中,构建了重组质粒PET32A-EgI。【结果】转化至大肠埃希菌rOSETTA(dE3),经IPTg诱导重组蛋白表达,SdS-PAgE检测结果表明:重组表达产物的相对分子质量约为80 kd,与预期相符。重组表达的菌悬液,经破碎离心,取其上清液,进行纤维素酶活性染色,获得了活性条带。dnS法测得内切酶活力为2.56 Iu/Ml。【结论】构建了斜卧青霉l-06内切葡聚糖酶Ⅰ的原核表达系统。[Objective] The research focus on cloning endoglucanase I(egI) gene from Peni-cillium decumbens L-06 and expressing in Escherichia coli with high efficiency.[Methods] egI gene was cloned from Penicillium decumbens L-06 by RT-PCR method.Recombinant plasmid pET32a-egI was constructed and was transformed into Escherichia coli rosetta(DE3).Recombinant protein with His-tag was expressed in E.coli rosetta(DE3) after induction with IPTG and then was purified with the Ni-NTA affinity chromatography.[Results] As expected,the relative molecular mass was approximately 80kD after analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting.Hydrolysis activity of recombinant protein was assayed by cellulase activity staining and DNS method(2.56 IU/mL).[Conclusion] The results achieve the purpose as con-structing prokaryotic expression system and expressing egI gene.国家自然科学基金项目(No.41076106);广东省自然科学基金项目(No.S2011030005257);广东省科技计划项目(No.2009B090300346);广东高校科技创新重点项目(No.CXZD1124

    [中文文摘]针对传统草酸电解生产乙醛酸工艺只能间歇循环的缺陷,本文提出模拟连续化实验方案,并分别设计阴极冷却反应器和阴极冷却固定床反应器,探讨连续化实验的可行性.另外还考察了草酸饱和度和温度工艺参数对反应的影响.实验表明,保持草酸过饱和和利用变温操作可在反应停留时间(30m in)内于连续化反应过程中得到分别含有3.76%和3.66%乙醛酸的反应液,因此阴极冷却固定床反应器可望实现草酸电解还原乙醛酸的连续化生产.[英文文摘]A simulative-continuous-operation approach was proposed to study the continuous operation for electroreduction of oxalic acid to gloxylic acid using a packed bed reactor and a parallel reactor with cooled cathode in order to solve the low productivity problem in current state by using traditional reactor.The effects of the concentration of oxalic acid and temperature on this process were also studied.Results showed that,after 30min of the reaction(residence time),the mass fraction of the produced glyoxylic acid in the catholic solution could reach 3. 76% and 3. 66% with respect to a saturated oxalic acid method and a step - temperature decreasing method.     vision-based gesture interfaces toolkit for interactive games

    分析了视觉手势的交互特征,提出了非接触型设备交互模型,基于数据流图方法建立了支持连续信息输入的数据流模型来描述视觉手势信息的处理流程,基于pai nt-view-correct隐喻构建了手势界面开发工具IEToolkit.系统的主要特点包括:使用插件设计思想提供了可扩展的接口,方便开发人员 对系统进行扩展;实现了对平台内部多个分类器的统一管理,方便用户对这些分类器进行动态配置;提供了可视化的用户界面,用户能够根据不同的应用灵活地定义 高层的手势交互语义;屏蔽了图像处理、机器学习等底层的技术细节,降低了界面开发难度.最后介绍了基于IEToolkit的软件系统开发方法与应用实例. 实例表明,该界面工具能够为基于视觉手势的互动游戏的设计开发提供统一的平台和有效的解决方案.国家自然科学基金; 国家重点基础研究发展计划973; 国家高技术研究发展计划863In this paper,a toolkit is created for designing vision-based gesture interactions.First,an abstract model for non-contact devices is proposed.Then,based on a data flow diagram method and an interactive learning approach,the IEToolkit is presented.It is designed based on the attributes of vision interaction and shields the underlying details of the computer vision algorithms.It has the following characteristics:a scalable interface to facilitate developers to add new classifiers,a unified management mechanism that provides dynamic configuration for all of the classifiers,and a visual user interface that supports the definition of a high-level semantic gesture.Finally,several prototypes are given.Experimental results show that the IEToolkit can provide a unified platform and a general solution for vision-based hand gesture games
