    A novel, simple method for determination of Cr(Ⅲ)in environmental samples

    根据Luminol H2O2 Cr(Ⅲ)体系在碱性条件下产生很强的化学发光的原理,用光电二极管作检测器测定环境样品中的Cr(Ⅲ)。本方法具有分析速度快、选择性好、检测装置结构非常简单,成本低等优点。其检测限为5.0×10-8g/mL,线性范围为5.0×10-8~5.0×10-4g/mL,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。在实际样品的分析中,取得了令人满意的结果。A novel, simple analytical procedure for determination of chromium(Ⅲ) in environmental samples with photoelectric diode detector is presented successfully, which is based on the fact that which is based on the principle that the system of luminol-H_2O_2-Cr(Ⅲ) can yield strong chemiluminescence The single analyzing time is less than 1 min.The linearity range is 5.0×10~(-8)~5.0×10~(-4) g/mL . The detection limit is 5.0×10~(-8) g/mL . The RSD is less than 5.0%(n=6). And it's detecting equipment is simple and cheap.     Effects of Fe and Mn on growth and cell size of Alexandrium tamarense under different culture conditions

    研究了单种和两种混合批量培养条件下,Fe2EDTA(Fe3+)、Mn(Mn2+)浓度对甲藻塔玛亚历山大藻( Alexandrium tamarense) 生长及细胞大小的影响,同时考察了与其混合培养中的中肋骨条藻( Skeletonema costat um) 和圆筛藻( Cosci nodiscus sp.)的生长特性.结果表明:在本实验的浓度范围内(Fe2EDTA ,0 —3115μg/L;Mn2 + ,0—118μg/ L) ,铁、锰浓度的升高对单独培养条件下的3 种藻类的生长均有不同程度的促进作用,揭示了微量元素铁、锰是触发赤潮发生的重要因子之一;在混合培养条件下(甲藻-硅藻) ,细胞较小的中肋骨条藻和圆筛藻在竞争中处于优势地位,塔玛亚历山大藻在一定时间的混合培养后衰败. 不同铁、锰浓度及不同培养条件对塔玛亚历山大藻细胞大小有显著影响.国家自然科学基金重大基金项目(编号:39790110) 资

    Effects of heating rate on fast pyrolysis of cut filler of cigarette

    为考察升温速率对卷烟烟丝快速热解行为的影响,采用热重-质谱联用技术对卷烟烟丝在不同升温速率(200 K·min~(-1)~800 K·min~(-1))下的热解特性进行研究,并建立了不同升温速率下卷烟烟丝的快速热解动力学模型。结果表明:(1)随着升温速率的升高,烟丝各主要成分热分解温度区间的叠加程度、热解速率以及释放特性指数均呈递增趋势,且有不同程度的热滞后现象。(2)引入升温速率校正因子的动力学模型能够克服热滞后所引起的动力学参数偏差,可以更好地预测不同升温速率下卷烟烟丝的快速热解行为。(3)高升温速率下,热解烟气产物中质荷比(m/z)为56(丙烯醛)、79(吡啶)、84(烟碱)、94(苯酚)和117(吲哚)的化合物释放量减小。在高升温速率下卷烟烟丝的快速热解特性与卷烟燃烧的真实状态更为接近,建立的卷烟燃烧数学模型更加准确。In order to study the effects of heating rate on fast pyrolysis of cut filler of cigarette, TGA(Thermogravimetric Analyzer) combined with QMS(Quadrupole Mass Spectrometers) was applied to investigate the pyrolysis characteristics of cut filler of cigarette at different heating rates(200 K·min~(-1)-800 K·min~(-1)), and a kinetic model for the fast pyrolysis of cut filler at different heating rates was developed. The results showed that: 1) With the increase of heating rates, thermal decomposition overlap region, mass loss rate and devolatilization index of each main component in tobacco were raised. Meanwhile, thermal lags of different extents were also observed. 2) The kinetic model overcame the deviation of kinetic parameters caused by thermal lag via introducing a heating rate correction factor, and predicted the fast pyrolysis behaviors of cut filler at different heating rates more accurately. 3) The release of pyrolysis products, such as acrolein(m/z=56),pyridine(m/z=79), nicotine(m/z=84), phenol(m/z=94) and indole(m/z=117) decreased with the increase of heating rate.     Improvement of Segmentation Correction Model Based on Local Features

    基于局部特性的分割校正模型能够在图像分割的同时实现对非均匀场的校正,从而对灰度不均匀图像有较好的分割效果,然而,该模型具有局部特性,且采用多相分割,使得活动轮廓曲线对初始位置较为敏感,且分割速度较慢。针对该不足,通过引入自适应距离保持水平集算法,采用分割校正模型与自适应距离保持水平集相结合的方法,提出一种新的快速分割算法。实验结果表明,该算法可摆脱初始轮廓的限制,避免在分割灰度不均匀图像时边缘泄漏和分割不足现象,并且具有分割快速的特点。Segmentation correction model based on local features can implement the correction of intensity inhomogeneity images,for which has better segmentation effect,but with the local features of the proposed model,and using multiphase segmentation,so that it is sensitive to the initial position of the active contour curve and the segmentation is slow.Aiming at the shortage,a new fast segmentation algorithm is proposed by introducing Adaptive Distance Preserving Level Set(ADPLS) algorithm,combining the segmentation correction model and adaptive distance preserving level set method.Experimental results show that the improved algorithm not only gets rid of the influence of the initial contour,but also avoids the edge leakage and segmentation shortage phenomenon,maintains the fast segmentation.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2008J0312

    右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑镇静在剖宫产术中的应用

    目的讨论右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine,Dex)联合咪达唑仑对腰麻-硬脊膜外联合麻醉下行剖宫产产妇的镇静效果。方法选取在腰麻-硬脊膜外联合麻醉下接受剖宫产术且术中麻醉效果良好的产妇120例,随机将其分为生理盐水组、咪达唑仑组、Dex组及Dex+咪达唑仑组共4组,每组30例。观察产妇在不同给药时间的平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)、心率(heart rate,HR)、呼吸频率(respiratory rate,RR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(oxygen saturation,SpO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PaCO2)、Ramsay镇静评分以及术后2h内产妇的不良反应发生情况,并统计产妇对术中镇静效果的满意度评分。结果组内比较:4组产妇在T1时间点的MAP、HR、RR与T0相比明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);咪达唑仑组T2T4,Dex组T4T5,Dex+咪达唑仑组T2T6与T1比较,MAP、HR、RR明显降低、Ramsay评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与生理盐水组相比,咪达唑仑组在T2T4,Dex组T4T5,Dex+咪达唑仑组T2T6时间点的MAP、HR、RR明显降低、Ramsay评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);Dex+咪达唑仑组与咪达唑仑组相比在T5T6时间点上的MAP、HR、RR明显降低、Ramsay评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Dex+咪达唑仑组与Dex组相比在T2T3,T5T6时间点上的HR、RR明显降低、Ramsay评分明显升高,MAP水平在T2T3,T6时间点上明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Dex+咪达唑仑组不良反应发生情况、对产妇的术后随访满意度与其他3组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单独应用Dex和咪达唑仑相比,二者联合应用起效更快,术中全程镇静,镇静效果好,不良反应发生率低,术后随访产妇满意度高。厦门市科技局计划指导性项目(3502Z20149013

    中药沐足结合护理干预治疗护理人员下肢静脉曲张的效果观察

    目的探讨中药沐足结合护理干预在下肢静脉曲张护士中的应用效果。方法选取某三甲综合性医院患有下肢静脉曲张的临床护士60例为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。两组研究对象均行基础护理,对照组采用医用的循序减压弹力袜进行治疗,观察组实施中药沐足结合护理干预措施。2个月后比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组研究对象静脉曲张恢复总有效率高于对照组,观察组研究对象经过3个疗程的治疗,痊愈12例,显效l3例,有效4例;对照组分别为痊愈5例,显效8例,有效9例;观察组、对照组临床治愈率和总有效率分别为40.00%、96.67%和16.67%、73.33%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药沐足结合护理干预可以改善下肢静脉曲张的临床症状。福建中医药大学2016年临床专项校管课题(XB2016085

    Continuous Tipless Electrospinning with Rotatory Electrode

    连续供液的旋转电极式无针尖静电纺丝采用圆柱滚筒电极代替喷丝头实现了高产量纳米纤维制造.该方法避免了喷丝头的堵塞问题,同时也实现了纳米纤维的连续生产.本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)探讨了该制作过程中的关键参数,如溶液浓度、偏置电压、旋转速度以及溶液厚度等对纳米纤维直径的影响.实验结果表明,纳米纤维的平均直径随溶液浓度、圆柱滚筒电极旋转速度和溶液厚度的增大而增大,但随着偏置电压、圆柱滚筒电极直径的增大而减小.圆柱滚筒电极长度为12 CM、直径为60 MM时制备的纳米纤维产量高达8.7 g/H,且纳米纤维的直径均小于500 nM.Tipless electrospinning with rotatory electrode and continuous supply polymer solution,which uses a cylindrical-shape rotatory electrode to replace syringe spinneret,is a novel method for massive production of nanofibers.It not only avoids the blockage of spinneret but also realizes the continuous production of nanofibers.In this paper,the effects of some key parameters such as solution concentration,applied bias voltage,rotatory speed and thickness of solution on the diameter of nanofibers were discussed via scanning electron microscope( SEM).The results demonstrate that the mean diameter of electrospun nanofibers increases with the increase of solution concentration,rotatory speed of cylindrical-shape rotatory electrode and thickness of solution,but decreases with the increase of applied bias voltage and diameter of cylindrical-shape rotatory electrode.The output of nanofibers achieved 8.7 g / h for a cylindricalshape rotatory electrode( 12 cm in length and 60 mm in diameter),and the diameters of nanofibers were less than 500 nm.supportedbyKeyProgramofNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina(51035002);theNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina(51205334); theNaturalScienceFoundationofFujianProvinceofChina(2011J05139)~
