    河南省新密市不良妊娠结局的分布和危险因素分析

    目的了解河南省新密市孕产妇不良妊娠结局的发生现状,并探究其影响因素。方法收集2015年1月-2017年4月在河南省新密市妇幼保健院进行孕检的孕早期孕妇3 124名,收集其人口学特征、既往妊娠史和本次妊娠情况,并随访其妊娠结局,分析不良妊娠结局发生率及其影响因素。结果不良妊娠结局的发生率为14.82%,不良妊娠结局排名前3位:巨大儿(8.19%)、早产(4.36%)和低出生体质量儿(2.67%)。有宫外孕史(OR=2.70,95%CI:1.16~6.29)、体质量指数(BMI)≥24 kg/m~2(OR=1.50,95%CI:1.21~1.88)和居住地为城市(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.03~1.56)是不良妊娠结局的危险因素。结论河南省新密市孕产妇不良妊娠结局的发生率处于较高水平,有宫外孕史、BMI≥24 kg/m~2和居住地为城市增加了不良妊娠结局的发生风险,需加强对该人群的孕前保健教育,以降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,改善母婴健康状况。中国博士后科学基金资助项目(2016M592093

    The Influence of Microwave Radiation on the Morphological Changes of Rats' ileum and the Mast Cell

    目的研究微波辐射对大鼠回肠上皮细胞形态结构和肥大细胞(MAST CEll,MC)的影响。方法健康雄性Sd大鼠20只,随机均分为对照组(常规饲养)和辐射组(常规饲养+辐射)。微波信号发生器规格:900MHz,1.0W,辐射频率为214μM/CM3。观察辐射过程中大鼠体质量变化,光镜观察回肠组织黏膜小肠绒毛的形态学改变,透射电镜观察回肠组织细胞超微结构的变化,甲苯胺蓝染色观察MC的数目变化。结果辐射组的大鼠体质量增加减缓;小肠绒毛结构紊乱,绒毛结构基本消失,小肠腺排列紊乱,肠腺间距增宽,肌层变薄,小肠黏膜细胞边界不清,核仁消失,线粒体等细胞器空泡化,边界不清,胞质内含大量脂滴,杯状细胞内空泡化。辐射组MC显著多于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波辐射可导致大鼠回肠上皮细胞形态结构的病理学改变,引起回肠MC数目明显增多。Objective To study the morphological changes of the epithelial cells from rats' ileum treated by microwave radiation and the effect of microwave radiation on the mast cell(MC).Methods SD-rats(♂,20) were randomly divided into two groups: experiment group and control group.The rats of experiment group were given microwave radiation(900 MHz,1.0 W,214 μm/cm3) while those of control group were conventionally bred.We observed the body weight and the morphological changes of the ileum mucosa,after which the ultrastructure of the specimens was observed under transmission electron microscopy,and mast cells distribution was detected with toluidine blue stain.Results Deduction in body weight was observed from the rats of experiment group when compared with the control group.In experiment group,the structure of the intestinal villi was disorderd;the villous structure disappeared;the intestinal gland was disorganized with the spacing widened in midgut gland and myometrial thinning.Intestinal mucosa cells were poorly circumscribed with the disappearance of nucleolus and the structure of cells like mitochondria and goblet cells were vacuolate.Fat was accumulated in the cytoplasm of small intestinal mucosal epithelial cells.The number of mast cells in the experimen group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was of clinical significance.Conclusion Microwave radiation may lead to pathological changes in the morphology of epithelial cells and significant increase of mast cells in rat ileum.福建省科技计划重点项目(2012Y0032

    中国南方地区亨廷顿患者不同运动分型的临床特征

    目的探讨中国南方地区亨廷顿病患者不同运动分型的临床特征,便于个体化精准治疗。方法纳入自2014年3月至2021年5月在中国亨廷顿病协作网广州中心登记的亨廷顿病患者58例,利用亨廷顿舞蹈症整体评估量表对患者进行运动分型,精神状态、认知功能以及全面生活能力测试,最后利用Kruskal-Wallis H检验方法对不同分型患者各组临床特征进行分析。结果中国南方地区亨廷顿患者运动分型以混合型为主,共42例,占比72.41%。不同分型临床特征不同,运动机能减退-僵硬为主型患者全面生活能力低于舞蹈症状为主型患者[8.00(4.00~11.00)vs 13.00(11.00~ 13.00);P=0.037]。结论中国南方地区亨廷顿患者运动症状复杂。精准的运动分型,对药物治疗与预后评估有一定的意义

    某MW级的风电机组偏航齿轮箱在并网运行3年时间后,出现输出小齿轮轮齿折断问题。针对失效齿轮开展了全面分析,对轮齿断口、设计因素、制造因素、装配及运行因素、系统保护因素等可能导致齿轮失效的原因进行了逐一排查,最终定位为推力瓦支座与偏航齿圈之间干涉是直接原因。经过bladed软件模拟叶轮不平衡并进行风场验证,得知风轮的一只叶片安装角度出现偏差,造成风轮气动不平衡是失效的根本原因

    Prediction of Energy Resolution in the JUNO Experiment

    International audienceThis paper presents the energy resolution study in the JUNO experiment, incorporating the latest knowledge acquired during the detector construction phase. The determination of neutrino mass ordering in JUNO requires an exceptional energy resolution better than 3% at 1 MeV. To achieve this ambitious goal, significant efforts have been undertaken in the design and production of the key components of the JUNO detector. Various factors affecting the detection of inverse beta decay signals have an impact on the energy resolution, extending beyond the statistical fluctuations of the detected number of photons, such as the properties of liquid scintillator, performance of photomultiplier tubes, and the energy reconstruction algorithm. To account for these effects, a full JUNO simulation and reconstruction approach is employed. This enables the modeling of all relevant effects and the evaluation of associated inputs to accurately estimate the energy resolution. The study reveals an energy resolution of 2.95% at 1 MeV. Furthermore, the study assesses the contribution of major effects to the overall energy resolution budget. This analysis serves as a reference for interpreting future measurements of energy resolution during JUNO data taking. Moreover, it provides a guideline in comprehending the energy resolution characteristics of liquid scintillator-based detectors
