    The relation between the fluidity of cement paste without bleeding and concrete-slump-lost controlling ability

     在研制合成氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的过程中,对比了合成产品的无泌水水泥净浆在2h内的流动度和掺入了合成产品的混凝土在2h内的坍落度损失值。结果表明,利用合成产品的无泌水水泥净浆流动度的保持性能可以定性判定合成产品在保持混凝土坍落度方面的能力。采用这一方法,在检测合成产品性能的过程中,可以大大减少后期混凝土性能检测的试验量。This paper mainly discusses the performances of cement paste applying Point-AH superplasticizer of sulfonic acid series.And the fluidity of cement paste without bleeding in two hours and the slump loss of concrete in two hours are studied.The results show that the ability of the synthesis production to control the slump loss can be qualitatively determined through the ability to keep the fluidity of cement paste without bleeding.By this method,concrete experiments can be largely reduced in the performance testing of the synthesis production

    摘要: 探讨了结构不确定性非线性系统的全局鲁棒镇定问题.基于控制 Lyapunov 函数(CL F) ,给出了 Lyapunov 镇的充分必要条件.从这一条件出发获得了全局渐近稳定的充分条件 ,并且设计了一个状态反馈控制律 ,可全局渐近稳闭环系统的平衡点.仿真实例说明了这一方法的有效性. Abstract : This paper deals with the stabilization problem of nonlinear system with st ructural uncertainty. Based on cont rol Lyapunov function ,a sufficient and necessary condition for Lyapunov stabilization is firstly given. From the condition ,several simply sufficient conditions for the globally asymptotical stability are deduced. Lastly ,a state feedback cont rol law is designed to globally asymptotically stabilize the equilibrium point of the closed2loop system.     Study on Purification of Chinese Narcissus Viruses

    研究建立了一个差速离心和蔗糖阶梯式密度离心的分离法 ,对感染水仙叶片的有关病毒进行分离、纯化 .发现有 3种不同的病毒颗粒 ,大小分别为 4 80~ 5 5 0× 12~ 13nm ;70 0~ 96 0× 12~13nm ;180~ 2 5 0× 12~ 13nm .SDS电泳发现 3种与病毒相关的蛋白质 .它们可能属于水仙黄条病毒、水仙花叶病毒和烟草脆裂病毒The present study establishes purification method of related viruses in infected leaves of narcissus by using disparity gradient centrifuge. The results show that there are three kinds of different particles of the viruses which are 480~550×12~13nm,800~960×12~13nm;and 180~250×12~13nm respectively.SDS eletropho esis analysis indicates that there are three kinds of proteins related to Narcissus viruses, which probably belong to narcissus yellow stripe virus, narcissus mosaic virus and tobravirus.福建省自然科学基金资助课题 (C970 0 1号 );; 漳州市科委资助项

    Parameter Distributions of Inositol 1,4,5-Trisphosphate Receptor Channel Model with the Immune Algorithm

    肌醇1,4,5-磷酸三酯受体(InOSITOl 1,4,5-TrISPHOSPHATE rECEPTOr,IP3r)是内质网钙离子释放的重要通道,对细胞信号的传递至关重要。国内外已经提出一些IP3r通道模型,用来解释拟合IP3r通道膜片钳实验数据,其中的dE yOung-kEIzEr模型在数值模拟中应用最为广泛。随着人工免疫系统研究的迅速发展,人工免疫算法已经在多目标优化问题上取得了广泛应用。作者应用混合免疫多目标优化算法,根据爪蟾卵母细胞和草地夜蛾细胞核膜IP3r通道的开放概率、平均开放时间和平均闭合时间的动力学实验数据,对dE yOung-kEIzEr通道模型进行参数拟合,获得大量优化的拟合参数,从而得到通道模型参数分布图。通过对比两种细胞的拟合参数分布,指出这两种不同细胞IP3r通道的开关动力学差异,主要来源于抑制CA2+结合时IP3结合位点和当IP3结合时抑制CA2+结合位点的结合动力学不同。The inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor(IP3 R),which is a Ca2+-release channel in the endoplasmic reticulum,plays an important role in cellular signaling system.In recent years,several IP3 R models have been proposed to fit the stationary data of patch clamp recordings.The De Young-Keizer model is one of the most widely applied IP3 R models.With the rapid development of artificial immune system,the artificial immune algorithms have been widely applied to multi-objective optimization problems.In this paper,the authors applied the immune algorithm to fit the parameters in De Young-Keizer model according to the nuclear membrane experimental data of open probability,mean open time and mean closing time of the Xenopus oocyte and Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9 cells.By comparing the fitting parameter distributions of the two types of channels,it is indicated that the differences in the IP3 R channel dynamics between the two types of cells are originated from the dynamic differences in the IP3 binding site when inhibitory Ca2+is bonded and the inhibitory Ca2+binding site when IP3 is bonded.国家杰出青年科学基金项目(11125419); 福建省高校领军人才资助计划; 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(NCET-12-0649)~

    燃用生物质气化气的内燃机特性分析

    生物质气化气的组分对内燃机的排气温度、最大爆发压力、有效热效率和尾气排放都具有重要影响。各种气体成分的燃烧速率以及其中的阻燃成分都直接影响气缸内混合气的燃烧,同时影响内燃机的尾气排放。分析发现内燃机的排气温度过高、爆发压力偏低、能耗偏高的主要原因是由于生物质气化气热值低、燃烧速度慢;通过对尾气排放的测试分析发现,混合气的完全燃烧可以降低碳烟、CO和HC的排放,降低燃烧温度可以降低NOx的生成率
