    以大黄鱼(PSEudOSCIAEnA CrOCEA)管家基因18S rrnA和β-ACTIn作为内参基因,分别比较2个内参基因建立的相对定量曲线,最终确立以18S rrnA为参比基因,定量分析大黄鱼的HEPCIdIn抗菌肽基因.该相对定量分析方法所得结果与nOrTHErn-blOT方法一致.应用建立的HEPCIdIn基因的实时荧光相对定量研究方法,对大黄鱼头肾中的HEPCIdIn基因转录物进行相对定量,为今后开展鱼体内免疫相关基因的表达特性、诱导机制等工作奠定研究基础.同时,克隆得到的大黄鱼β-ACTIn基因和18S rrnA基因片段已提交基因库,并获得登录号.Two house-keeping genes,18S rRNA and β-actin,were cloned as endogenous genes for relative quantification of an antimicrobial peptide hepcidin in large yellow croakers(Pseudosciaena crocea) using the real-time RT-PCR.In comparision of the slopes of the relative standard curves between the two endogenous genes and the target gene,a relative quantification method for hepcidin gene using 18S rRNA as the calibrator gene was established.Results obtained with this method were consistent with the rusults from Northern-blot,suggesting feasibility and effectiveness of the method.This paper provides an effective method to investigate expression patterns and induction profiles of the hepcidin gene in large yellow croakers,and other immunity-related genes in fish bodies.The cloned fragments of 18S rRNA and β-actin genes from the large yellow croaker have been submitted to the GenBank,which have provided accession numbers.福建省科技计划重点资助项目(2007I0022);上海市高校选拔优秀青年教师科研专项基金资助项目(SHU08021);上海大学创新基金资助项目(A10011109006

    MOCVD growth of high-reflectivity AlN/GaN distributed Bragg reflectors

    利用金属有机物化学气相沉积(MOCVD)方法在蓝宝石c面衬底上制备出高反射率AlN/GaN分布布拉格反射镜(DBR)。利用分光光度计测量,在418 nm附近最大反射率达到99%。样品表面显微照片显示,有圆弧形缺陷和少量裂纹出现;在缺陷和裂纹以外的区域,DBR具有较为平坦的表面,其粗糙度在10μm×10μm面积上为3.3 nm左右。样品的截面扫描电镜(SEM)照片显示,DBR具有良好的周期性。对反射率和表面分析的结果表明,该样品达到了制备GaN基垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的要求。A high reflectivity AlN/GaN distributed Bragg reflector(DBR) is grown on c-plane sapphire substrate by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD).A peak reflectivity of 99% is observed around 418 nm by spectrophotometer.Compass-shape defects and a few cracks are observed on the surface.The surface root mean square(RMS) of roughness in the flat area is around 3.3 nm over a 10 μm×10 μm area.The cross-sectional scanning electron microscope(SEM) image reveals the good periodicity of DBR.Considering the peak reflectivity and surface morphology,the DBR can be used to fabricate GaN-based vertical cavity surface emitting laser(VCSEL).国家高技术研究“863”计划资助项目(2006AA03Z409

    中国城市化进程中的能源消费有什么特征?论文首先在生产与生活能源消费之间进行区别,然后在吸收结构分解法内核的基础上,提出了一种新的简单易行的能源分解方法,对1985~2006年间中国能源消费量的变化进行分解和时序比较分析。结果表明:在近20年中国的城市化进程中,生产能源消费始终占据支配地位,但生活能源消费已经加快;在全国范围上讲,从长期看,产业结构调整没有起到减少能源消费的作用,反而向着增加的方向发展;目前,中国城市化过程中的能源消费处于重要的规模扩张阶段,技术进步一直是能源消费量减少的关键因素;中国的节能潜力巨大,不仅仅在技术领域,而且存在于产业结构中;从各产业能源消费上看,节能应是全面的,不仅仅在单耗大户上,还应注意增长快的产业

    The macrofaunal community in Fenglin mangrove area, Xiamen

    为摸清厦门集美凤林红树林湿地的大型底栖动物群落结构及其多样性现状,2002年1、4、7和10月在厦门集美凤林红树林区进行大型底栖动物调查,4个季度共获得大型底栖动物42种。生物量优势种是软体动物门的珠带拟蟹守螺(Cerithideacingulata)和节肢动物门的弧边招潮(Ucaarcuata)。密度优势种是软体动物门的短拟沼螺(Assimineabrevicula)和环节动物门的沼蚓(Limnodriloidessp.)。集美凤林红树林区大型底栖动物年平均密度和年平均生物量分别为1,990ind./m2和139.0g/m2。密度的季节变化是:1月>4月>10月>7月,生物量的季节变化是1月>10月>4月>7月。聚类分析和数量分布表明,优势种珠带拟蟹守螺、短拟沼螺、弧边招潮和沼蚓的季节变化各不相同。与2002年10月深圳湾福田红树林区大型底栖动物群落的物种多样性指数平均值(0.56)比较,厦门凤林红树林区的平均值较高(2.66)。文中分析了影响大型底栖动物多样性的环境因素。To elucidate the macrofaunal community structure and diversity in Jimei Fenglin mangrove area, we investigated macrofauna in January, April, July, and October 2002. A total of 42 species were collected and identified. Of these, the dominant species in biomass were Cerithidea cingulata and Uca arcuata, while the dominant species in density were Limnodriloides sp. and Assiminea brevicula. The average density and average biomass at all sampling stations in four surveys was 1,990 ind./m2 and 139.0 g/m2, respectively. The density ranked in the following order: January (winter)>April (spring) >October (autumn) >July (summer), while the biomass ranked January>October>April>July. Cluster analysis and quantitative distribution showed that the seasonal variations of Cerithidea cingulata, Uca arcuata, Limnodriloides sp., and Assiminea brevi-cula were different. The average species diversity index of the macrofaunal community in Jimei Fenglin in October 2002 (2.66) was higher than that in Futian, Shenzhen (0.56).     东北黑土漫岗区侵蚀沟发育广泛,侵蚀沟的发展已经严重影响了该区工农业生产的发展。根据东北黑土漫岗区侵蚀沟的发展阶段、形态特征、侵蚀沟底冲淤状况、侵蚀沟边坡扩展方式等,将该区侵蚀沟分为顺犁沟、浅沟、切沟、冲沟和槽沟5种类型。在此基础上,对侵蚀沟由顺犁沟发展至槽沟的发展过程、发展条件,以及面蚀与沟蚀的发展转化关系进行了阐述。最后,从宏观和微观两个方面阐述了侵蚀沟在东北黑土漫岗区的分布特征

    通过对杉木、观光木混交林和杉木纯林细根的养分现存量动态进行研究 ,结果表明 ,混交林细根N、P养分现存量分别是纯林的 1.3和 1.2倍 ;年归还量分别是纯林的 1.2 3倍和 1.14倍 ,且分别占混交林凋落物N、P养分年归还量的 38.3%和 6 7.4 % ;年分解量分别是纯林的 1.2 6和 1.2 3倍 ,而年累积量分别是纯林的 1.2 3和 1.14倍 ,可见混交林细根具有比纯林更高的养分累积和周转能力。混交林和纯林群落中林下植被细根在群落细根N、P养分循环中占有重要地位 ,而杉木和观光木 <0 .5mm径级细根则是其细根养分循环功能的主体。混交林和纯林杉木活细根N养分现存量动态变化呈单峰型 ,P则呈双峰型 ;死细根N、P养分现存量动态变化均呈倒“S”型。混交林中观光木细根的N、P养分现存量动态变化与杉木的较相似 ,但其活细根P养分现存量动态变化呈单峰型。混交林与纯林中林下植被活细根N、P养分现存量动态变化均呈双峰型 ,而死细根的动态变化则呈单谷型Dynamics of standing crop of N and P for fine roots of pure and mixed Tsoongiodendron odorum forests of Cunninghamia lanceolata were studied. The standing crop of N and P for fine roots of mixed forest were 1.3 and 1.2 times, and annual return were 1.23 and 1.14 times as much as those of pure forest, respectively, which were 38.3% and 67.4% of those returned through litterfall. Annual decomposition was 1.26 and 1.23 times, and annual accumulation was 1.23 and 1.14 times, respectively, as much as those of pure forest. It showed that fine roots of mixed forest had a higher accumulation capacity and a more rapid turnover rate of nutrients. Fine roots of undergrowth played an important role in nutrient cycling of fine roots of forest community. Roots <0.5 mm in diameter was the major body in nutrient cycling of fine roots. Seasonal dynamics of standing crop of nutrient in living fine roots of C. lanceolata showed a single apex curve for N and double apices one for P, and those for N and P in dead fine roots both showed an "S" curve. The dynamics for fine roots of T. odorum were similar to those of C. lanceolata , except for that of P in living roots which showed a single apex curve.     国内客源市场的游客偏好比较分析——以喀什市为例

    旅游客源市场空间结构研究是旅游产业发展的重要动力。旅游偏好特征则是游客差异化市场选择的根本原因。文中以喀什市游客市场调查问卷结果为基本研究对象,运用SPSS软件中的多重对应分析方法,实证研究了喀什市国内客源市场空间分异与游客选择偏好的耦合性。研究发现,环渤海、长三角等远程客源市场偏好于观光旅游、民族旅游等旅游产品以及高质量的餐饮、住宿等旅游设施条件;新疆及近中程游客市场则对商务旅游、探亲旅游等旅游产品更为关注,且对商务、信息和交通等基础旅游条件更为关注。文中特别指出,旅游地发展只有更加关注差异化地域客源市场的游客偏好区别,采取有针对性地措施提升旅游地产品、设施、形象,才能全面有效推动旅游地可持续发展
