绞股蓝的化学成分研究

目的 :對葫蘆科植物絞股藍的抗腫瘤活性皂苷成分進行研究。方法 :利用色譜的方法分離活性皂苷成分 ,利用波譜和化學方法鑒定各單體皂苷成分的化學結構。結果 :從絞股藍的地上部分離得到多個化合物 ,鑒定了其中 5個皂苷成分的結構 :3 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 2α ,3 β ,12 β ,2 0 (S) 3羥基 達瑪烷 2 4 烯 2 0 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (1) ,GynosaponinTN 1(2 ) ,GypenosideLXXⅦ (3 ) ,GypenosideXLⅥ (4)和GynsenosideRd (5 ) ,其中化合物 1為新天然產物 AIM: To isolate and identify the anticancer constituents of Gynostemma pentaphyllum. METHOD: Some chromatographic methods were applied to isolate pure saponins, whose structures were elucidated by using chemical and spectroscopic methods. RESULT: Compound 1 is a new natural product. Saponins 2, 3, 4 and 5 were identified as the known compounds
