Proteomic Response of Prorocentrum donghaiense to Phosphorus Depletion and Resupplement

校内网是典型的SnS校园网站,其传播主体是个体间的人际传播。本文通过对校内网的人际传播主体、符号、内容、传播情景以及传播中时间因素的分析,旨在说明SnS下的人际传播并非是虚幻的、不真实的,并非只是对面对面人际传播所带来的种种社会线索的一味的消除。SnS人际传播局部社会线索的消失有可能反而会激发人们对其他社会线索的探求,同时SnS有可能带来面对面人际传播所不具备的社会线索。本文同时对基于SnS校内网所特有的传播特征进行了进一步的探讨
Usefulness of mycobacterium tuberculosis-specific interferon-γ release assay in investigating the background value of it in healthy elderly population in the region
目的:探索本地区45岁以上健康中老年人群血浆结核分支杆菌特异性γ-干扰素本底值,为Tb-IgrA定量试验广泛应用于结核病的临床诊断、疗效观察提供本底值参照依据。方法:选取100位45岁以上健康中老年人,结核分枝杆菌(MTb)γ-干扰素体外释放定量试验测定其血浆中特异性γ-干扰素含量。结果:盐城市100位健康中老年人血浆特异性γ-干扰素含量为0.1 Pg/Ml~7.1 Pg/Ml,中位数为1.1 Pg/Ml。结论:本地区健康中老年血浆中特异性γ干扰素含量存在一定的本底值,在使用Tb-IgrA定量试验方法进行结核病临床诊断、疗效观察时要充分考虑健康人群本底值带来的影响。Objective: To explore the background value of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis-specific Interferon-γ in healthy population with age over 45 years in Yancheng city and to provide reference for TB-IGRA test widely used in clinical diagnosis of TB and efficacy observation.Methods: Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB) interferon-γ test in vitro quantitative form was used to detect the specific interferon-α level in plasma of 100 selected healthy elderly over 45 years.Results: Plasma concentration of interferon-γ in 100 selected elderly was 0.1 pg/ml--7.1 pg/ml,with median of 1.1 pg/ml.Conclusion: There is a certain background value of MTB-specific interferon-γ in plasma of the elder over 45 years in the region,and the impact of which should be given full consideration when using the TB-IGRA quantitative test methods for clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis and efficacy observation
卡介苗集中接种在新生儿疫苗安全管理中的应用
目的探讨如何提高卡介苗接种工作的安全性。方法选取2010年出生的1000名新生儿为观察组,接种疫苗的方式采取卡介苗集中接种、乙型肝炎疫苗和卡介苗两种疫苗分开接种的方法;选取2009年出生的1000名新生儿为对照组,接种疫苗的方式采取乙型肝炎疫苗和卡介苗同时接种方法。观察比较两组卡介苗接种不良反应发生率和卡介苗使用数量。结果观察组卡介苗接种不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组卡介苗使用数量较对照组节省678支。结论初生新生儿采取卡介苗集中接种、乙型肝炎疫苗和卡介苗两种疫苗分开接种的方法,能减少卡介苗使用数量,节约医疗资源,提升卡介苗接种工作的安全性
Determination of sulfite in flue gas desulfurization with seawater by ion chromatography
建立了燃煤电厂烟气脱硫海水中亚硫酸根(SO32-)的离子色谱-脉冲安培检测方法。色谱柱为IOnPAC AS14A阴离子交换柱,流动相为14MMOl/l nAOH-12MMOl/l nA2CO3溶液(PH11.7),流速1.2Ml/MIn,脉冲安培法检测。因SO23-易被氧化,故在采样时加入甲醛作为保护剂,使之稳定存在。在测定海水样品前,用nAOH溶液(PH12.0)沉淀海水中的Mg2+,以避免其在PH较高的流动相中生成沉淀堵塞色谱柱。采用该方法检测SO23-的线性范围为0~100Mg/l,平均回收率为116.8%,检出限为0.05Mg/l;对7.5,25.0和75.0Mg/l的海水基底加标溶液分别进行9次平行测定,其相对标准偏差(rSd)分别为2.1%,3.1%和4.0%。该方法具有快速、灵敏、选择性好等特点,用于烟气脱硫的海水中SO32-的检测,可得到令人满意的结果。The technology for flue gas desulfurization(FGD) with seawater is widely adopted by coal-fired power plants in coastal areas.SO2 in the flue gas is absorbed by alkaline seawater and transfered in aqueous phase as sulfite(SO2-3),and most SO2-3 is transformed to sulfate(SO2-4) after an aeration process.The remaining SO2-3 in the seawater discharged to sea area may be harmful to marine organism because of its biological toxicity,thus it is necessary to determine the concentration of SO2-3 in the seawater for desulfurization.In this study,the method of determination of SO2-3 in the seawater by ion chromatography was investigated.The separation was achieved on an IonPac AS14A column with 14 mmol/L NaOH-12 mmol/L Na2CO3 solution as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min,and the detection was performed by a pulsed amperometric detector.Formaldehyde was added as a protective agent when sampling because the SO2-3 is easy to be oxidized.To avoid the formation of Mg(OH)2 in the mobile phase with high pH value which might block the column,the Mg2+ in seawater was precipitated by NaOH solution(pH 12.0) before sample determination.The method showed good linearity within the range of 0-100 mg/L with an average recovery of 116.8%.The method detection limit(MDL) reached as low as 0.05 mg/L.The relative standard deviations(RSD) for seawater matrix samples spiked at levels of 7.5,25.0 and 75.0 mg/L were 2.1%,3.1% and 4.0%(n=9),respectively.The method has been applied for the determination of SO2-3 in flue gas desulfurization seawater with the advantages of being fast,sensitive and selective
柯里拉京对宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖与凋亡的影响
为了探讨柯里拉京对宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖与凋亡的影响,不同浓度柯里拉京作用Hela细胞后,利用MTT法和克隆形成实验检测柯里拉京对Hela细胞的增殖抑制作用,用倒置显微镜观察Hela细胞的形态变化,用流式细胞仪分析细胞周期与细胞死亡率,用Western blot法检测细胞PCNA、Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9、PARP蛋白的表达。结果:柯里拉京能显著抑制宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖,并呈浓度依赖效应;流式细胞仪测定结果表明柯里拉京能使Hela细胞发生S期周期阻滞;Western blot结果显示加药组细胞中与增殖有关蛋白PCNA的表达量显著下调,与凋亡有关蛋白Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9、PARP被剪切激活。结论:柯里拉京对宫颈癌Hela细胞有明显的抑制作用,其抑制作用与柯里拉京诱导细胞周期阻滞及凋亡有关。福建省高校产学合作重大项目(2016Y4011
细胞穿膜肽研究应用的新进展
细胞穿膜肽(Cell-penetrating peptides,CPPs)是一类能够穿过细胞膜或组织屏障的短肽。CPPs可通过内吞和直接穿透等机制运载蛋白质、RNA、DNA等生物大分子进入细胞内发挥其效应功能。相比于其他非天然的化学分子,CPPs具有生物相容性佳、对细胞造成的毒性小、完成入胞转运后可降解、并能与生物活性蛋白直接融合重组表达等优点,因此成为以胞内分子为靶标的药物递送技术发展的重要工具,并在生物医学研究领域具有良好的应用前景。文中针对CPPs的分类特点、入胞转运机制及其治疗应用的新近研究进展进行综述和讨论。国家自然科学基金(No.81672023)资助~
Impact of discharge water from seawater flue gas desulfurization system of coal-fired power plant on the environment of surrounding sea area
进行了某4×300 MW燃煤锅炉的海水烟气脱硫(海水FGD)系统投运前后的海域监测。研究结果显示,海水曝气工艺可以较好地使脱硫后的海水水质得到恢复,除Hg必须引起严重关注外,排海海水的其他水质指标变化很小,附近海域所受影响甚微。The monitoring results of seawater samples from seawater flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system and surrounding sea area before and after running of seawater FGD system of a 4×300 MW coal-fired units in a coal-fired power plant have been presented.The results show that the aeration,mixing and dilution systems have obvious good function on sea water quality's resuming.Most of the water quality indexes remain unchanged and the discharge water has little effect on surrounding sea area except Hg to which more attention is needed.国家自然科学基金资助项目(20777063
