Research on facial spectrum and color characteristics of five-zang disease status
目的:观察疾病状态人群面色光谱色度情况,为疾病状态五脏病评价提供可供依据。方法:采用日产柯尼卡美能达CM-2600d分光测色仪,观测健康组(183例)、疾病组(370例)额部、眉间部、鼻部、下颏、左右颧部、左右眼胞8处明亮度l、红光度A、黄光度b、饱和度C值及波长段(400~700nM)下的面色反射率值等指标,并据中医理论对疾病状态进行五脏病位分析。结果:疾病组l值显著低于健康组,b、C值均显著高于健康组;疾病组各波长段下反射率显著低于健康状态组(P<0.05)。疾病组除左右眼胞外的6个位点间的l、A、b、C值有显著性差异(P<0.05),不同点位有其特异性的色度变化特征。疾病组五脏病各组光谱色度特征比较有显著差异(P<0.05),结果与中医面部脏腑五色理论在一定程度上相符合。结论:运用光谱色度测定方法,可以作为诊断疾病状态五脏病的重要指标。Objective: To observe disease status facial spectrum and color,providing good quantitative basis for disease assessment.Methods: We gathered the facial color information in health(183) and disease groups(370) including L,a,b,C values and reflection of different wavelengths in 400-700nm with CM-2600D spectral photometric color measuring instrument on 8 points including frontal part,glabellas nose,mandible two cheeks and eye cells and analysized disease status five-zang positioning according to the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation.Results: L value of Disease group was lower than health status group and b,C values were higher than health status group,reflection of different wavelengths of disease group were lower than health group(P<0.05).6 points in disease group between loci L,a,b,C values with varying degrees of significant differences(P<0.05).Different point had its own specificity facial complexion variation characteristics.Facial spectrum and color of each five-zang disease group had significant difference through comparion of facial complexion.To a certain extent the result was consistent with TCM facial organs Five-color theory.Conclusion: There existed diagnostic value in distinguishing five-zang disease status in some degree by spectral photometric color measuring technique.国家科技支撑计划(No.2012BAI37B06);国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)资助项目(No.2008AA02Z407);国家自然科学基金资助项目(No.30873463;No.81173200);国家自然基金青年项目(No.81102558);上海市重点学科(第三期)建设项目(No.S30302;No.S30303)---

The Development of an Optical Fiber Methane Sensor by Infrared Absorption Method
据统计,瓦斯爆炸已占到中国煤矿事故的80%以上,造成的伤亡占到特大事故伤亡人数的九成。瓦斯的主要成分是甲烷,具有易燃、易爆特性,对其的实时监测与报警是防止煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故的有效措施之一,对煤矿的安全生产有着十分重要的意义。本文首先介绍了目前矿下使用的瓦斯报警仪器及其存在的问题,然后介绍了气体分子红外光谱吸收理论。利用气体的红外光谱吸收原理,对吸收式光纤甲烷气体传感器进行了研究,设计了一套甲烷气体浓度检测系统。本系统采用价廉的1.66微米波段的LED作为光源,PIN管作为光电探测器,光纤作为传输媒质,用可弯曲的内壁镀金毛细玻璃管作为气体吸收室,实现了对甲烷气体浓度的监测。本系统具有选择性高,响应...Statistically, firedamp explosions have been up to 80 percent of all the coal mine accidents in China. 塔里木沙漠公路防护林生态工程的综合生态环境效应
为了探讨重大工程的生态环境效应,从风沙环境、土壤环境、小气候、生物多样性和地下水环境5个方面对塔里木沙漠公路防护林工程的综合生态环境效应进行了研究.结果表明:(1)防护林改变了近地表风沙运动过程,防沙体系内风速、输沙率降低幅度分别达64%~80%和87.45%~99.02%,风沙流结构、沙物质粒度、地表蚀积状况也发生了明显变化;(2)与自然流沙地相比,防护林土壤容重减小,全盐含量、总孔隙度和含水量增大,土壤肥力质量明显提高,其变化基本呈现"先快后慢"的规律;(3)防护林对于小环境改善作用明显,距地面6m范围内,林地不同高度的空气温度普遍低于自然流沙地,而空气湿度则高于自然流沙地,林地土壤温度也低于自然流沙地;(4)随着防护林内生境的变化,土壤微生物种类显著增加,但不同种类微生物的种群分布并不均匀;(5)目前防护林灌溉抽水对地下水位、地下水矿化度的影响不大,水位在厘米级范围波动,矿化度的变化幅度在±1g·L-1左右,且没有明显的变化趋势
Studies on determination of glucosamine by HPLC-ELSD
目的:建立氨基葡萄糖含量测定的高效液相色谱分析法。方法:样品采用高效液相色谱进行测定,使用Waters Carbohydrate色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水=70:30,用蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)检测。结果:方法的进样量线性范围为2.0~12.0μg,相关系数为0.9997,回收率为96.0%~97.7%。结论:此法简便、快速、准确,无需衍生反应,是测定氨基葡萄糖含量的有效方法,并可用于硫酸氨基葡萄糖含量的测定。Objective:A HPLC method for the determination of glucosamine was developed.Methods:The content of glucosamine was determined by HPLC on a water carbohydrate column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-water(70:30) as mobile phase and ELSD detector.Results:The linear range of calibration curve was 2.0~12.0 μg(r=0.9997),the recovery was 96.0%~97.7%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and without derivation.It is a effective method for determination of glucosamine and can be used for determination of glucosamine sulfate.厦门市重大科技项目(3502Z20051025
Quantitative determination of arachidonic acid from microbial oil by gas chromatography
建立了快速、灵敏测定微生物油脂中花生四烯酸(AA)含量的气相色谱法(gC)。采用HP-InnOWAX毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(fId),优化了分析花生四烯酸酯化产物的色谱条件。结果表明:花生四烯酸甲酯(AA-ME)在0~1.00 Mg/Ml范围内具有较好线性,相关系数为0.999 6,检测限为0.000 5 Mg/Ml,相对标准偏差(rSd)为1.49%,回收率在95.86%~105.32%;花生四烯酸乙酯(AA-EE)在0~1.23 Mg/Ml范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999 9,检测限为0.003 0 Mg/Ml,rSd为0.60%,回收率在97.79%~103.61%。A gas chromatography(GC) method for the determination of arachidonic acid(AA) in microbial oil was developed.Capillary column HP-INNOWAX with FID was used for detection.The parameters for analyzing esterfied AA were optimized and the method established was proved to be accurate and precise.The linearity range for methyl arachidonate was 0-1.00 mg/mL and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 6,the detection limit was 0.000 5 mg/mL,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.49% and the recovery rate was 95.86%-105.32%.The linearity range for ethyl arachidonate was 0-1.23 mg/mL and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the detection limit was 0.003 0 mg/mL,the RSD was 0.60% and the recovery rate was 97.79%-103.61%.厦门海洋研究开发院共建项

Design of USB host controller
讨论在SOPC(SySTEM On A PrOgrAMMAblE CHIP)系统中设计uSb主机接口设备的一般方法,着重阐述主机控制器的驱动程序开发。利用XIlInX公司的Edk软件在Ml405开发板上搭建一个基于POWErPC的片上系统,设计Ez-HOST的uSb主机控制器的lInuX驱动程序,使系统具有uSb主机功能,能够和各种uSb设备进行通信,实现SOPC系统上基于lInuX的uSb接口的扩展,对于开发其他uSb主控制器驱动具有一定借鉴意义。The general development method of USB host interface based on SoPC system is discussed,and the driver program development of host controller is introduced in detail.A PowerPC-based system on chip is built up by using Xilinx′s EDK software in the ML405 development board.Linux driver program of USB host controller of EZ-Host is designed.The system is capable of communicating with a variety of USB devices,achieves extension of the Linux-based USB interface.The design is helpful to the development of other USB host drivers.福建省重大专项项目(2007HZ0003
