Efficiency Evaluation of Xiamen's Private Enterprises

Explosion Sintered Sm2Fe17Ny Permanent Magnet
Since the discovery of R2Fe17Ny by Coey and Sun Hong, the intrinsic and extrinsic magnetic properties of these nitrides have been extensively investigated. Having very good intrinsic magnetic properties with Curie temperature of 749 K and room temperature anisotropy field of 14 T superior to Nd2Fe14B, and room temperature saturation magnetization of 1.5 T, the Sm2Fe17Ny nitride is expected to become new permanent magnet for application. The Sm2Fe17Nynitride with intrinsic coercivity of 3T has been obtained by mechanical alloying. 本文報告一種叫做自保護MOS柵晶閘管的新器件 .這種器件無寄生閂鎖效應 ,并在較高陽極電壓下展現出電流下降而不是飽和或上升的特性 .因此 ,這種新器件具有令人滿意的正偏安全工作區 .器件的保護點由用戶外接輸入電阻自行調節 ,極大增加了使用的靈活性 .此外 ,器件保護點電流和電壓的溫度系數均為負 ,這種特性使器件在高溫工作時可更好地起自保護作用 A novel device called self-protected MOS-gated thyristor is reported for the first time.This device is parasitic latchup free, and exhibits the characteristic of output current decrease, instead of current saturation or increase at higher anode voltage. Therefore, the novel device possesses satisfactory forward biased safe operating area.The device protected point can be adjusted by customer through external applied input resistance and this improves the flexibility dramatically.In addition, the temperature coefficients of current and voltage at protected point are negative.Such a feature makes the device self-protected more efficiently at high temperature

黄土高塬沟壑区沟头溯源侵蚀非常普遍,已经对塬面地区的土地、农田、村庄民居、道路和工厂造成了严重的威胁。通过对董志塬的调查发现,影响溯源侵蚀的因素为自然和人为因素两类。自然因素主要包括降雨径流、地形地貌和土质。总结出溯源侵蚀的发生类型为水力冲刷型、陷穴诱发型、裂缝诱发型和人为诱发型。溯源侵蚀的过程从时间顺序上可分为3个阶段,主要分为水力冲刷阶段、水力和重力共同作用阶段、重力侵蚀阶段。最后,根据不同类型的沟头侵蚀与活动特点,提出了沟头的主要防护措施
