Reaserches on Video Quality of Transmission Based on H.264 Bitstream

基于H.264码流的全参考视频传输质量评价

(ZnS)_(6~12)团簇三阶非线性光学性质的理论研究
在TDDFT/Lanl2DZ+6-31G*水平下对(ZnS)6~12半导体团簇的三阶非线性光学性质进行了计算,并用态求和(SOS)方法得到静态三阶宏观极化率χ(3)和0~2·5eV范围内输入光子能量对三阶微观极化率γ的动态行为.结果表明,(ZnS)6~12的χ(3)值比其它半导体团簇的略好.且(ZnS)7和(ZnS)11分别在1·6和2·0eV处出现了很大的γ值,为-2·38×10-33和1·26×10-33esu.在此输入光子能量处激发,它们将会产生很强的三阶非线性光学效应
黄精多糖通过调控结肠内胆汁酸代谢改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型小鼠的结肠损伤
目的探究黄精中性多糖(PSP-NP)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型小鼠结肠损伤影响及作用机制。方法将雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为空白组,COPD模型组和PSP-NP组,并采用熏烟联合脂多糖(LPS)滴鼻的方式建立COPD模型。PSP-NP组造模同时每日灌胃200 mg/kg的PSP-NP,其余组灌喂同体积的生理盐水。通过苏木精-伊红染色(H&E)染色观察结肠病理学变化,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中LPS水平、结肠组织中ZO-1、Occludin、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平。UPLC-MS检测结肠内容物胆汁酸种类和含量,筛选差异胆汁酸。通过16S rRNA基因测序法筛选差异菌群,并与差异胆汁酸进行相关性分析。将PSP-NP与差异胆汁酸:胆酸(CA)和脱氧胆酸(DCA)进行体外结合,分析PSP-NP对CA、DCA的结合能力。将PSP-NP作用于CA、DCA培养的正常结肠上皮细胞NCM460,通过划痕实验、RT-qPCR法检测细胞的迁移能力以及炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6和NF-κB的mRNA表达水平。结果PSP-NP有效改善了COPD模型小鼠的结肠损伤,增强了机械屏障功能,减轻了炎症反应,调节了结肠菌群和胆汁酸代谢异常变化。相关性分析结果显示,PSP-NP通过增加拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobiota)、拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)和阿克曼菌属(Akkermansia)的相对丰度,降低乳酸杆菌属(Lactobacillus)和双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)的相对丰度,从而调节结肠胆汁酸代谢,减少次级胆汁酸的冗余。体外结合实验发现,PSP-NP与差异胆汁酸DCA和CA的结合率最高为58.2%,其中对DCA的结合能力最强。细胞实验表明,DCA抑制了结肠上皮细胞NCM460的迁移能力,并显著提高了炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6和NF-κB的mRNA相对表达量,添加PSP-NP后,DCA对NCM460细胞的影响显著减轻。结论PSP-NP可以明显改善COPD模型小鼠的结肠损伤,其作用机制可能涉及通过调节菌群和直接结合两种方式调控结肠胆汁酸代谢及胆汁酸谱,从而减少DCA等次级胆汁酸对结肠上皮细胞的损害
Evaluation on difference of therapeutic efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and Pills in treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause based on Greene Climacteric Scale
目的:在前期加味逍遥丸治疗围绝经期情绪障碍具有比较优势的基础上,基于grEEnE量表探讨其颗粒剂和丸剂不同剂型间疗效差异。方法:经筛选后患有情绪障碍的围绝经期女性75例随机等分为A、b、C3组,分别对应采用帕罗西汀、加味逍遥丸和加味逍遥颗粒剂治疗8周。所有患者在治疗前后各进行1次grEEnE及其子因子评定,并在观察期结束时进行TESS评定。结果:grEEnE总分差及其焦虑、抑郁因子分差:3种治疗方法均能改善,且相互间无显著差异;grEEnE性因子和血管因子分差:后二组均优于A组(P<0.01);TESS评分:与A组比较,b、C组均有统计学意义(P<0.01),评分均小于A组,且后二组间无显著差异。结论:加味逍遥的2种剂型间疗效无显著差异,考虑到帕罗西汀的不良反应,治疗该病加味逍遥的2种剂型都值得推荐。Objective: To investigate the difference in therapeutic efficacy between Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and pills based on the preliminary research of treating emotional disorder during perimenopause with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Greene Climacteric Scale.Methods: 75 female patients with emotional disorder during perimenopause were slected and randomly divided into 3 groups as group A, B and C.Patients in the 3 groups were treated with paroxetine, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules respectively for 8 weeks.Greene and Greene factors assessment were carried out in all the patients before and after treatment, and the TESS assessment was carried out at the end of the observation period.Results: The three therapies all could improve the gap in total score of Greene and its factors as anxiety and depressed, and the difference among these three groups was no significant.The factors of Greene and gap in score of vascular factors of group B and C was better than that of group A(P<0.01).The difference in TESS score between group A and group B and C was significant(P<0.01), while the difference between group B and group C was not significant.Conclusion: The difference in curative effect between the two formulations was not significant.Because of the adverse reactions of paroxetine, in the treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause, the two formulations of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder were worth to be recommended.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81302960)~

电子邮件地址: [email protected] abiding surprise in fullerene science is that I-h-symmetric buckminsterfullerene C-60 (ref. 1) (I-h-C-60 or C-#1,812(60), the nomenclature specified by symmetry or by Fowler's spiral algorithm(2)) remains the sole C-60 species experimentally available. Setting it apart from the other 1,811 topological isomers (isobuckminsterfullerenes) is its exclusive conformity with the isolated-pentagon rule(3), which states that stable fullerenes have isolated pentagons. Although gas-phase existence of isobuckminsterfullerenes has long been suspected(4-7), synthetic efforts have yet to yield successful results. Here, we report the realization of two isobuckminsterfullerenes by means of chlorination of the respective C-2v-and C-s-symmetric C-60 cages. These chlorinated species, (C60Cl8)-C-#1,809(1) and (C60Cl12)-C-#1,804(2), were isolated in experimentally useful yields. Structural characterization by crystallography unambiguously established the unique pentagon-pentagon ring fusions. These distinct structural features are directly responsible for the regioselectivity observed in subsequent substitution of chlorines, and also render these unprecedented derivatives of C60 isomers important for resolving the long-standing puzzle of fullerene formation by the Stone-Wales transformation scheme(8-11).NNSF of China,20525103 ,20531050 ,20721001 ,

YKL-40对特发性肺动脉高压患者预后的意义
目的探讨YKL-40对特发性肺动脉高压患者预后的预测作用。方法收集2016年1月至2018年3月在广东省人民医院住院的82例特发性肺动脉高压(IPAH)患者病历资料进行回顾性分析,根据临床结局分为死亡组和存活组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清YKL-40,使用Vivid 7超声平台采集超声心动图相关数据。结果IPAH死亡组患者的血清YKL-40水平明显高于存活[95.3 (13.1~217.3) ng/mL vs. 11.0 (5.7~47.7) ng/mL,P=0.006],三尖瓣环收缩期峰值速度(TAPSV)低于存活组[7(6.0~8.0) cm/s vs. 9 (7.0~11.0) cm/s,P=0.001]。IPAH患者血清YKL-40水平与N端脑钠肽前体、肺动脉平均压、肺血管阻力呈正相关。Logistic回归分析显示TAPSE/lgYKL-40、TAPSV/lgYKL-40与IPAH患者的死亡结局相关,OR值分别为0.722和0.519 ,OR值的95%置信区间分别为(0.368,0.987)和(0.283,0.951)(P<0.05)。结论YKL-40联合超声心动图参数对特发性肺动脉高压患者的临床结局有预测意义
