本发明涉及亲和色谱柱,具体地说是一种硝化苯硼酸亲和色谱预柱及其制备和应用;预柱填料为硅胶基硝化苯硼酸,用于HPLC在线富集临顺二羟基化合物。本发明预柱除了具有的耐压和不溶涨的特点外,较未硝化苯硼酸功能基团对应的亲和色谱预柱具有保留强度大和保留适用 pH宽等优点,非常适于两柱联用的HPLC在线分析系统,定性定量结果好。带填
基于液相色谱质谱的代谢组学方法在疾病标志物发现中的应用
Metabonomics is an important platform of systems biology, which focuses on the dynamic metabolic changes in the organism. When applied to life science, metabonomics surveys provide great potential in the exploration of potential biomarkers, which could improve diagnosis and subsequent clinical outcome.
Based on the chromatography/mass spectrometry analytical techniques, we have developed an integrated strategy for the metabonomic study of diseases. Firstly, we had set a standard for sample collection which may ensure the data quality for the whole study. Secondly, an effective method for the treatment of massive data was developed based on chemometrics and feature selection techniques. Thirdly, a method for the structure identification of unknown metabolites has also been established. The last part is the biological interpretation and validation of the potential biomarkers. In our group, the metabonomic platform had been applied to the study of cancer, diabetes 2 and other diseases.

全二维气相色谱技术及其进展
