No full text比较学术迹、F1000评分、影响因子、被引次数、h指数、ESI高水平论文数量等评价指标用于评价个人学术影响力的效果和相关性。【方法/过程】选取拟南芥遗传学领域的30位学者,查询其SCI发文数量、被引次数、期刊5年影响因子、h指数、ESI高水平论文数量、F1000评分,并计算学术迹,检验各个评价指标的相关性。【结果/结论】学术迹T与F1000评分低度正相关,与ESI高水平论文数量中度正相关,与平均5年期刊影响因子无相关性,与篇均他引和h指数高度正相关。F1000具有即时评价的优点,可以作为学术迹、h指数等指标的补充。针对个人学术影响力评价,定量和同行评议结合,定量指标多维化才可以解决目前评价的局限性。 更多还原</p
