线性自抗扰控制参数整定鲁棒性的根轨迹分析
从极点配置和根轨迹的角度研究了二阶线性定常对象的线性自抗扰控制.提出一个新传递函数框图.基于该框图,将线性自抗扰控制的参数整定解释为闭环极点配置问题,控制器带宽、观测器带宽等参数的整定被看作开环极、零点位置的选择.建议用根轨迹法研究线性自抗扰控制的鲁棒性.通过分析根轨迹定性说明了观测器带宽可以等于控制器带宽,以及线性自抗扰控制对被控对象参数变化的鲁棒性.国家自然科学基金项目(61733017);;福建省自然科学基金项目(2016J01317);;国家留学基金项目(201606315084)资助~
Medium Optimization for Antitumor Agent Mycoepoxydiene by Marine Lignicolous Fungi Diaporthe sp.
从海洋木栖真菌HLY-2分离得到的真菌环氧二烯(Mycoepoxydiene)是新发现的高抗肿瘤活性化合物。通过正交设计,改良普通半海水PD培养基的配方,比较固体和液体两种发酵方法,得到了使该化合物产量大幅提高的最佳培养条件:在固体发酵条件下土豆250g/L,海水300mL/L,葡萄糖30g/L,乳糖50g/L,磷酸二氢钾0·65mmol/L,硫酸铵1g/L,产量高达543mg/L,比普通的PD培养基提高了43倍,也比液体发酵的最高产量提高了近15倍。同时还对固体发酵和液体发酵造成的产量差异进行了分析。并检验了发酵产物的抗肿瘤活性。Mycoepoxydiene is a novel antitumor agent extracted from marine lignicolous fungi HLY-2, which is Diaporthe phaseolorum by molecule identification. The medium optimization for mycoepoxydiene by orthogonal design and the comparison of submerged fermentation and solid state fermentation were studied. The rusult is that the maximal yield of the compound is 543mg/L, which is 43 times compared to the customary half-seawater PD medium and 15 times to the best submerged condition. This optimum culture medium included potato 250g/L, seawater 300mL/L, glucose 30g/L, lactose 50g/L, KH_ 2 PO_ 4 0.65mmol/L and (NH_ 4 )_ 2 SO_ 4 1g/L in the solid state condition. Differentiation analysis between submerged and solid state fermentation, and antitumor activity of these ferment products were also studied. 反复荷载作用下L形钢管混凝土柱滞回性能研究
本文介绍了7根L形钢管混凝土柱试件在承受常轴力和水平荷载作用下的试验研究。试验中考虑了不同的轴压比、内部有无加劲和加载方式对试件抗震性能的影响,试验结果表明,内部加劲能够明显地延缓柱子钢板的屈服,而且柱子的耗能能力和延性也有较好的改善。最后通过编写计算程序,对L形钢管混凝土柱的荷载-变形进行了全过程分析,考察了常用的方钢管混凝土柱的钢材和混凝土的本构关系对L形钢管混凝土柱纤维模型数值分析的适用性,计算得到的弯矩-轴力-曲率关系和荷载-位移关系与试验结果吻合较好
Unfalsifying Pole Locations Using a Fading Memory Cost Function
Given a feedback control system with an unknown plant, the problem of choosing a stabilizing controller is considered. Working within the framework of unfalsified adaptive control, we consider a finite-dimensional linear time invariant system as a special case of the standard adaptive configuration. A fading memory cost function is presented in which the influence of older data is reduced exponentially. With this cost function, the location of the poles can be detected with only input-output data. Compared with existing results, the cost function can detect changes affecting stability sooner and be used in adaptive switching control to improve the performance of controller switching. ? 2013 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society

文章对物流配送过程的路径选择进行建模,通过遗传算法,得到车辆运输过程中的不同路径,分析不同路径选择最短距离的路径,路径的选择上要充分考虑顾客等因素,然后通过 MATLAB 仿真对配送路径进行择优选择,实验结果表明,使用遗传算法选择运输路径,能够减少相应的碳排放量,实现运输的绿色化。</jats:p
基于纤维模型有限元柔度法的L形钢管混凝土构件非线性仿真分析
本文基于纤维模型有限元的基本原理,比较了基于刚度法和柔度法建立纤维模型梁单元矩阵的方法和特性。基于柔度法的纤维模型单元的特性是以单元的截面力形函数为基础,在整个计算的过程中,单元各截面内外力严格满足力的平衡条件,不受单元材料非线性状态水平的影响。在合适的纤维材料应力-应变本构关系的基础上,从构件单元层面的角度,推导建立了考虑材料非线性和几何非线性效应的L形钢管混凝土柱数值模型,对L形钢管混凝土轴压、压弯和滞回试验算例分别进行了仿真模拟,试验算例结果与数值结果吻合良好,从而验证了该数值方法的可行性和准确性
基于激光点云的网架球节点中心点坐标提取方法
大跨度异形空间网架结构在大型公共建筑项目中广泛应用,但该类结构存在大量球形构件,传统全站仪监测的测量精度和效率较低,因此提出一种基于激光点云的大跨度异形空间网架球节点中心点坐标高效自动检测方法。利用三维激光扫描仪获取结构成形态的钢结构屋盖点云数据,然后对点云进行降噪处理,基于深化设计模型并根据后续工序的精度要求设置空间域,提取目标点云,最后采用编程算法对焊接球节点的中心点坐标实现自动化批量提取。为验证拟合球体中心点精度,对比了深化设计模型球节点与点云重构球节点的半径。以杭州西站大跨度异形空间网架焊接球节点为分析对象,结果表明,由该方法提取得到的大跨度异形空间网架球节点坐标精度高、效率大幅提升,具有良好的工程应用前景
A DDDAS System for Estimation and Adaptive Observation of Ocean Current Field with Marine Vehicles
海洋机器人是海洋环境观测的重要工具,精准的环境流场信息是海洋机器人观测行为优化、观测路径规划与精确跟踪的关键。针对高时空分辨率海洋环境流场准确估计,基于动态数据驱动应用系统(DDDAS)框架,提出一种海洋环境流场估计和自适应观测系统。采用数据驱动的方法,建立海洋环境流场时空分布模型;基于克里金卡尔曼滤波方法同化海洋机器人集群获取的空间相关环境流场观测数据,动态更新模型参数;最后,应用遗传算法优化海洋机器人集群的海洋流场观测位置,以降低海洋流场估计误差。设计的算法进行了计算机软件实现,并应用普林斯顿数值海洋模式计算的南海部分区域海洋流场数据进行了计算机仿真实验,结果表明所提出的系统可以有效地实现海洋环境流场的高时空分辨率准确估计
An economical scheduling strategy of battery-equipped data server with dynamic-pricing power supply in smart grid

Meanwhile, more and more modern power grids have adopted dynamic pricing electricity supply model. When a data center or data server is equipped with temporary power storage devices such as a battery, it is feasible and important to study how to schedule power supply to reduce the overall power consumption cost. In this paper, we present a dynamic programming based scheduling strategy by considering the stochastic arrival nature of network load and characteristic of battery storage.
