    Micro-extraction Determinationof Alkylphenolic Acids in Chinese Patent Medicine GBE with n-hexane Extract by LiquidChromatography - mass Spectrometry

    正己烷萃取,并用HPLC-UV、HPLC-MS对中成药银杏浸膏(GBE)中微量烷基酚酸进行定性、定量分析。正己烷萃取效率高、共萃杂质少。在优化的实验条件下,平均回收率为98.9%(n=5)。银杏烷基酚酸(M=346)的HPLC-UV检测限为0.1μg/g,线性范围为0.5~10μg/g。With n-hexane extraction, the qualitative and quantitative analyses of alkylphenolic acids in Chinese patent medicineGBE (Ginkgo Bilobu Extract) were carried out with liquid chromatography-UV detector and mass spectrometry detector. Then-hexane was proven to be a very efficient extracting reagent, and few interfering materials were coextracted. Under the optimizedexperimental conditions, the recovery was 98.9%(n=5), the detection limit was 0.1μg/g, and the linear range was between 0.5~10μg/g for Ginkgo Biloba alkylphenolic acid of molecular weight of 346.厦门市科委夕阳红基金会资助项目(2000-1043

    柴郁温胆汤对大鼠抑郁模型行为学及脑内单胺类神经递质的影响

    目的:探讨中药复方柴郁温胆汤抗抑郁作用的机制。方法:以孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法建立大鼠抑郁症模型,用旷场行为测定及糖水消耗试验进行行为学评分,并用高效液相-电化学方法检测其脑内单胺类神经递质的含量,观察模型大鼠给药前后的变化。结果:抑郁症模型大鼠体质量增长缓慢,水平和垂直活动及糖水消耗量均明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);杏仁核NE、DA、5-HT、HVA含量减少(P<0.05);纹状体NE、DA、5-HT含量减少(P<0.05)。柴郁温胆汤能改善模型大鼠行为学变化,升高杏仁核NE、5-HIAA、5-HT、HVA(P<0.05)及DA含量(P<0.01),升高纹状体DA和5-HT含量(P<0.05)。结论:柴郁温胆汤具有抗抑郁作用,对中枢单胺类神经递质的调节作用是其疗效机制之一

    黄土丘陵沟壑区地形变化异常复杂 ,1∶5万地形图对原始 1∶1万地形图等高线形态综合、取舍程度很大 ,这些都在不同程度上影响了地形分析结果的准确性。以高精度的 1∶1万比例尺DEM为校准值 ,运用 1∶1万及 1∶5万比例尺DEM叠合比较分析的方法 ,研究 1∶5万DEM的地形信息容量及提取不同地形要素的精度。试验结果表明 ,在黄土丘陵区 ,与 1∶1万DEM相比 ,1∶5万DEM在所提取的地面坡度、地面曲率、沟壑量等地形定量指标方面均都存在着较大的误差

    以不同生境中的鱼腥草为研究对象,分析其形态特征及主要有效成分含量的差异。该文测定了不同生境下主要环境因子指标及鱼腥草的叶长、叶宽、株高、基径、生物量和含水量,用高效液相色谱法测定其各部分主要有效成分金丝桃苷、槲皮苷含量,并对测量结果进行单因素方差分析和相关性分析。结果表明:环境因子会对鱼腥草的形态建成及有效成分积累造成不同影响,适宜的光照强度有利于鱼腥草对有效成分的累积;鱼腥草中有效成分的含量表现出叶>茎>根的规律。适宜的遮阴处理,既可避免强光照对鱼腥草生长的抑制,又可显著提高有效成分的含量,从而整体增加对鱼腥草有效成分的收益。The influence of different habitats on the germ plasms of Houttuynia cordata,morphological characteristics and effective composition contents of H.cordatain different habitats were compared.The main environmental factor  indexes under different habitats and leaf length,leaf width,individual height,stem base diameter,biomass,water content were measured.And the effective composition contents were determined by HPLC.The results were analyzed  by one-way ANOVA statistical analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that environmental factors had significant effects on morphological characteristics and effective composition contents of H.cordatain different habitats,the optimum light intensity would promote the accumulation of effective composition.The effect sequence of effective component in various parts of the H.cordata was leaf>stem>root.Proper shade could avoid the strong light that restrains the growth.It also significantly increased the content of effective components.The results would give some advice to increase the quality of the H.cordat
