    环缩酚肤抑制视网膜表达V E G F 及P E C A M 基因和血管增生

    【目的】观察两种环缩酚肽衍生物(Hep-A和Hep-B)对氧诱导的小鼠视网膜表达血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和细胞黏附分子(PECAM;ICAM-1;VCAM-1)基因的影响及血管增生的变化。【方法】建立氧诱导的血管增殖性视网膜病变模型,12d开始给小鼠皮下注安慰剂(第1组,n=7)、Hep-A 10 mg/kg(第2组,n=6)或者Hep-B 10 mg/kg(第3组,n=6),每天两次。5d后取出左侧眼,分离视网膜并抽提RNA,用荧光定量PCR测出上述基因含量,并分别求出每个靶基因与标准基因S16含量的比率;右眼经心脏荧光素灌注后取眼球做视网膜平铺片,用图像分析软件定量计算视网膜新生血管的面积。【结果】视网膜中VEGF/S16的mRNA比率为:第1组(0.554±0.050),第2组(0.355±0.037),第3组(0.287±0.051);PECAM/S16为:第1组(2.050±0.249),第2组(1.228±0.153),第3组(1.027±0.210)。经ANOVA分析,第2组和第3组分别与第1组比较,视网膜中VEGF基因表达分别减少36%和48.2%(P=0.001);PECAM基因表达分别减少40.1%(P<0.05)和49.9%(P<0.01);而VCAM-1和ICAM-1表达无明显差异。视网膜平片检测视网膜新生血管面积:第1组为(1.06±0.03)mm~2/眼,第2组为(0.17±0.01)mm~2/眼,第3组为(0.11±0.01)mm~2/眼;经ANOVA分析,第2组和第3组分别与第1组比较,视网膜新生血管的面积明显减少(P<0.001)。【结论】两种环缩酚肽衍生物均抑制氧诱导的小鼠视网膜表达VEGF和PECAM基因,并抑制其形成视网膜新生血管

    随着互联网的发展,微信不仅仅可以应用于日常生活当中,还可以应用于医疗服务当中。而病案复印作为医疗服务的后续环节,为改变传统病案预约复印邮寄服务的缺陷,某院在微信公号中增加了病案复印预约邮寄功能。微信公众号预约复印邮寄平台的应用使患者不再受出院时间和地域限制,还缓解了病案复印工作人员的窗口压力,但目前此项服务还伴随着网络信息安全和微信病案预约复印邮寄服务公众号的宣传力度等问题,仍需在实践中继续改进。</jats:p

    基于大数据语境行为分析的应急值守人员能力评价体系设计

    突发事件报送是我国电力系统工作中的重要一环,如何筛选并培养合格的应急值班人员对电力安全和紧急事件处置具有重要意义。本研究基于语境行为科学理论的指导,综合运用了数据分析与挖掘等大数据技术,以及德尔菲法、专家排序法等统计学方法,对应急值守人员的线上报送行为进行行为分析,建立了应急值守人员能力评价指标体系和线上行为分析模型,并在此基础上建立了基于大数据语境行为分析的线上应急值守人员能力评价体系,实现了对应急值守人员能力客观、全面、综合的评价,为选拔和培训出优秀的应急值守人员提供可靠依据和有力支持。</p

    基于UPLC-oaTOF-MS的糖尿病及糖尿病肾病的代谢组学研究

    Ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) coupled with orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight(oaTOF) mass spectrometry is becoming an effective and high-throughput analytical technique in metabonomics research.In this paper,an UPLC-oaTOF-MS system was employed to investigate the serum profiles of 40 diabete mellitus(DM)/diabetic nephropathy(DN) patients and 25 healthy volunteers in an effort to find potential biomarkers.The UPLC system produced information-rich chromatograms with typical measured peak widths of 4 s,and generated peak capacities of 225 in 15 min.After the UPLC-oaTOF-MS analysis,principal component analysis(PCA) was used for group differentiation and marker selection.In the projection of positive mode,DM/DN patients and the controls were obviously divided into three groups.Furthermore,two potential markers were identified as phytosphingosine and sphinganine,respectively.Phytosphingosine and sphinganine with decreased concentrations in the patients,were closely related to the sphingolipid me..

    目的分析青春期及青春期前重度β-地中海贫血(TM)患儿生育力保存行小儿腹腔镜的术中及术后情况,进一步探讨小儿腹腔镜在生育力保存手术中的应用前景。方法对13例青春期及青春期前拟行造血干细胞移植的 TM 患者通过小儿腹腔镜获取卵巢组织行卵巢组织冷冻(OTC)合并卵子体外成熟(IVM)行生育力保存的病例进行分析,探索小儿腹腔镜在生育力保存手术中的安全性及可行性。结果13名患儿的手术方式均为腹腔镜下单侧卵巢切除,平均手术时长(58.31±20.25) min,术中平均出血(2.46±1.13) mL,13例手术术后均无并发症,平均住院日为(3.62±1.33) d。13例患儿均成功获得卵巢组织可供冷冻,平均冷冻卵巢组织7.77±2.31片;其中11名患儿同时获得成熟卵母细胞可供冷冻,平均冷冻卵母细胞4.92±4.27枚。结论小儿腹腔镜获取卵巢组织是安全有效的生育力保存术式,可在青春期及青春期前血液疾病患者中大力推广

    A pseudo-plastic engagement effect on the toughening of discontinuous fiber-reinforced brittle composites

    In brittle composites, such as whisker reinforced ceramics, the sliding of reinforcing fibers against the frictional resistance of matrix is of a pseudo-plastic deformation mechanism. High aspect-ratio whiskers possess larger pseudo-plastic deformation ability but are usually sparse, while, low aspect-ratio ones were distributed widely in the matrix and show low pseudo-plastic deformation ability (engagement effect), also. A comparative investigation was carried out in present study based on a multi-scale network model. The results indicate that the effect of low aspect-ratio whiskers is of most importance. Improving the engagement coefficient by raising the compactness of material seems a more practical way for optimization of discontinuous fiber-reinforced brittle composites in the present technological condition

    Prediction of Energy Resolution in the JUNO Experiment

    International audienceThis paper presents the energy resolution study in the JUNO experiment, incorporating the latest knowledge acquired during the detector construction phase. The determination of neutrino mass ordering in JUNO requires an exceptional energy resolution better than 3% at 1 MeV. To achieve this ambitious goal, significant efforts have been undertaken in the design and production of the key components of the JUNO detector. Various factors affecting the detection of inverse beta decay signals have an impact on the energy resolution, extending beyond the statistical fluctuations of the detected number of photons, such as the properties of liquid scintillator, performance of photomultiplier tubes, and the energy reconstruction algorithm. To account for these effects, a full JUNO simulation and reconstruction approach is employed. This enables the modeling of all relevant effects and the evaluation of associated inputs to accurately estimate the energy resolution. The study reveals an energy resolution of 2.95% at 1 MeV. Furthermore, the study assesses the contribution of major effects to the overall energy resolution budget. This analysis serves as a reference for interpreting future measurements of energy resolution during JUNO data taking. Moreover, it provides a guideline in comprehending the energy resolution characteristics of liquid scintillator-based detectors
